Paid 50.00 to re program a cochlear aid and I got a new aid next week that has not been programmed and I hear better with the one that has not been programmed that they want 300.00 to program. I do not think they programmed it to my hearing test. Brooks hearing clinic will program the new one for 183.00 but I think it is a scam as I hear better with the one that has never been programmed. Sound logic used to charge 100.00 then 200.00 now 300.00. They priced themselves out of my affordability. I now believe it is all a scam after trying the new one that has not been programmed verses the one they just programmed.

I could not be more PLEASED with Sound Logic!!!! They have always met and even exceeded my hearing aid needs from the start of my journey. I always am confident knowing I can depend on them for anything concerning my hearing and my hearing devices. I have appreciated Dr. Jordan Saavedra and her willingness to serve as my Audiologist. It is nice that there ia a office in Longview now which is much closer to my house. I enjoy my rechargeable hearing aids. When the battery failed in one ear it was replaced in a very short time.

Absolutely horrible service. Wish I could give a lower score. Got lied to from day one until leaving and going to a competent audiologist who made 3 Major adjustments on the 1st visit. If you wear a cochlear device DO NOT go there. Another cochlear implant recipient had similar issues - an inability to get competent professional services. Dallas or Shreveport provide professional cochlear device services from competent audiologists.A complaint was filed with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation where a case was opened and assigned to an Investigator. The Investigator passed it to their Prosecutor.Dont tolerate rude staff, unprofessional audiologists, or being overcharged. If you have problems with SoundLogic defend your right to professional services without being lied to - file a complaint. If enough are filed the State of Texas will more aggressively investigate them.

Poor phone etiquette given by receptionist around 12:15 pm on 8/29/19. She was dismissive and acted bothered by our phone call. Her poor customer service was noted and does not represent Sound Logic well!
