This is a great facility! The staff here always greets you upon entering; they are all very nice and courteous. They are always very helpful and make the whole appointment process very smooth. The facility is always clean. Highly recommend this place for anyone with ENT needs!

Very friendly and helpful office staff. The sweet lady who does insurance went over and beyond telling me about other options that might help us. We saw the doctor immediately and he was very thorough and answered all of our questions and took very good care of us! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an ENT!

The visit and tests I had on Wed. 8/4/21 was my second time at ENT. The staff from the front desk to testing to Dr. visit and to check out was great. Very courteous! All technicians doing the testing on both my visits were knowledgeable and attentive. They answer your questions and do their jobs without the least bit of trying to rush you through. Dr. Lewis was the specialist I saw and he explained the results of all my test in a understanding manner making sure that I knew what he was saying. He made recommendations that I am very confident with. The young lady at check out was courteous and proficient with my billing and insurance. A good experience! More medical facilities should model ENT Associates of East Texas!

Had successful sinus surgery this summer - can actually breathe through my nose, even with allergies now. Service is very efficient and timely, which is a big plus. Dr. Langford very thorough and very patient-friendly.

From the moment, I entered the facility I felt at ease. The staff was friendly and courteous. I didnt have a long wait either. Dr Troy Callender has far exceeded all my expectations, as a ENT physician. A couple of years ago, I encountered another doctor who couldnt be bothered to explain the different procedures or listen to my concerns. Dr Callender seemed concerned and didnt appear put off by my questions. I would and will recommend him and/or his clinic to my friends and family in the future. When my husband and I had to make a choice for an ENT for our infant daughter, there was no one else I would consider. It is always a great experience when we have to make a trip to ENT Associates. The office is spotless, the staff is very professional and always so nice and accommodating, and I truly don’t believe that you get better Ear, Nose and Throat care in East Texas. My mom went there she was having allergy problems associated with her ears. They did a hearing test and her visit was extra long lots of waiting in the waiting area. She was told that she has to wait for a chair to come open before the doctor could tell her the results? It took over three hours and she didnt know anymore than when she went there. They didnt do anything for her except waste of time and money which is what they think we all have. There wasnt but a handful of people waiting? They wanted to sell her hearing aids lol.

Saw Dr. Lehr for the first time after our dr moved out of state. He spoke very kindly and showed great concern for my daughter and her health. She [12] really liked him! The ladies at the front are always kind and greet us with a smile. The nurses were quick to get us back in a room and we didnt wait long to see the Dr. We highly recommend this office and Dr. Lehr!😷 were worn by all staff members.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! Dr Lehr is amazing! He is very kind and compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand. It is rare to find a doctor with these qualities nowadays!! Every member of his staff that I encountered was very courteous and helpful.

Doctor Glass is amazing with children with a knack for putting them at ease. Very thorough hearing screening and testing is done before he reccomends a surgical procedure. My son has had his tonsils and adenoids removed, as well as 2 sets of tubes and hasnt had any trouble with the procedures or recovery. They called the house to check on him after each procedure. They have the sound logic center in the same location. There is a contained Childrens play room with seating for parents, which is great for keeping up with little ones while you wait. I appreciate that they always have coffee in the waiting area.

The PA was very gentle with my elderly mother in cleaning out her ears. With sharp tools in hand, she was very careful and did a great job very quickly! Mom can now hear!!

This was our first visit to Dr. Callenders office and it was the most efficient visit Ive had at a doctors office in years! There was very little wait before being taken from the lobby to the exam room and the doctor showed up within 5 minutes of the nurse taking her notes. I am impressed thus far. Waiting on a surgery nurse to call and schedule. Hopefully, well hear from them shortly.

Ive been a patient of ENT Associates of East Texas for several years, and have always had very pleasant experiences with them and their services. They are professional and friendly. They have always been prompt in seeing me for my appointments, but they do have a very pleasant lobby to wait in. I also like their new location on East Grande because its easy to get in and out, and there is lots of parking places right at the front door. Also, they accept my insurance and have never made any clerical errors on my bills. I think they are great.

This was my first visit to ENT Associates of Tyler. Every single aspect of my visit was exemplary, from the greeter to check in, the visit with the nurse and Amy. And Dr. Hardee was outstanding! She was so kind, truly listened to my background story, asked great questions and was direct and forthright with developing a plan for me. The staff was all very friendly from the lady at the door to the nurse and doctor. We were in and out in 45 minutes...that never happens at the doctor office. My daughter went for her first visit and they made her feel very comfortable and at ease through the checkup. The office was very comfortable and clean.

Being a new patient I was very pleased how I was treated and everything was explained what was happening and what was found. The nurses and the doctor was very nice.

I had an amazing six month visit with Dr. Monica Hardee. She took the time to sit down and have a conversation and answer my questions as well as shared insight that I needed to make an informed decision about my treatment. I like that I am able to leave the exam room and walk down the hallway to get my allergy shots. The staff on both sides is superb. I see the allergy staff weekly and they ROCK. Doctor Hardy and her nurse are great. The front desk staff on the other hand are rude and they don’t talk unless absolutely necessary. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen it! Every time! I really don’t like coming in because they start the visit off wrong!!

Dr. Lewis at ENT Associates is great. I went in to see if I was a candidate for a simple, in office procedure to help me breath better.Ive been a mouth breather most of my life because I could never get enough air with just my nose! Anyway, if you take your pointer and middle finger, both hands, place them on both sides of your nostrils, where your cheekbone is, gently pull out, away from you nose...and you breath better, YOU may be a candidate for this procedure too!!!I was able to breath SO MUCH better, I hyperventilated a little...LOL 😃!!The whole process for this took like 30 mins tops?! Of course he does have to look up in your nose, but so what!! Its a minor discomfort, with a little nose running later, but SO Worth it IF YOU have trouble breathing through your nose!!! I guarantee you WILL be glad to meet Dr. Lewis. He is kind, gentle, professional, with a smile you can see in eyes,(masked face), when he meets you!I have allergies, stuffiness all the time, and boy did my sinuses get awakened!!! Ty Dr. Lewis!!!! Drainage and all! 😁

The staff here was amazing. They helped ease my mind and kept me in the loop while my son was there having surgery.

They should notify the patient what they will do next (procedure) so the patient has a chance to decline. A scope is not necessary on the first visit for self-referral for allergies anyway.

Meet by friendly staff member checked temp and made sure mask was warn. Check in easy and fast. Wait time was minimal to be examined and check out was the same.

Clinic emails Medical History paperwork so new patient can complete before appointment. I completed paperwork at my leisure before appointment. However, the last page of paperwork does not specify whether the office received it, so I took my laptop to my appointment just in case.When I got to clinic, office confirmed they had received my paperwork. The website needs to specify to end user that they have been successful in completing the paperwork. A brief message indicating completion would be helpful. This can probably be easily resolved by IT team...Otherwise, very pleased with Dr. Kolert and Staff.

This ENT office is run by efficient and friendly people. I went in for hearing issues; pressure and ringing in my ears. I was able to get my appointment quickly and once there didnt wait long at all. Dr. Lewis knew just what to do and did it fast... unclogging decades of wax, not pretty and not fun, but immediate relief.

I was a nurse for 40 years. I enjoyed working for private practices more than anywhere, because I enjoyed the public relations and customer service end of nursing. When I saw Dr Lewis this past week I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and of Dr Lewis. I would give zero stars if I could. No one answers the phone and if you leave a message no one calls back. I’m finding another facility as it should be this hard to get medication refilled.

Every person on the staff I encountered during my visit was very nice and genuinely concerned for my well being, Both the Dr. Glass and my nurse listened to me about the issue I was having and informed/explained every step they were going to take before they did it. I was more than a little nervous about the possibility of having to have a endoscopy of my nose. Again, both the Dr. Glass and my nurse were respectful of my feelings, and did everything they could to ally my fears.

Dr Kholert is the doctor of the year for us. Husband struggled with this lesion for years. 4 surgeries later we were referred to ENT Associates. In a matter of a very short time Dr. Kohlert removed the entire mass and reconstructed his eroding ear. Dr. Kohlert is better than any in his communication and so helpful. Nothing but accolades for him and the entire staff at ENT Associates. Professional and personable with just the right balance in their state of the art facility. We could not be happier.
