Staff is super friendly, professional, and kind.The pharmacy staff is also very nice. I believe that the male pharmacist (Joe?) was very patient and he explained everything about the prescriptions to us. Overall a good place to receive services and a wonderful pharmacy for my meds! 😊

In the past few months, our pediatrician, general physician, and nurse have quit and we werent notified. Long wait times on the phone. Often dont answer the phone, or I leave a message, and no one calls back. Am often transferred around because no one knows the answer to my question. Im give different answers by different people and it has sometimes taken weeks to get the information I need.

MHC has been my sole provider for behavioral and medical help for the past 4 years. The first year was a breeze, I would have stood by them because they made things as easy as possible. This year I magically had problems with billing when I have two health insurances so this was super ridiculous. They LOST my account information. Ive tried to get in with my same therapist and did not receive a call back. I called multiple times after and did not get help. Come to find out through a text message someone scheduled me randomly without my permission a month after I called to see my therapist once more. I had to go through intake all over again because of the billing department losing my information for insurances. Intake appt comes and they schedule me for in person when I was told it would be telehealth. By the time I got the link for the telemed appt BHT Nancy Cruz apologized for miss communication and that shes run out of time to help me and would have to schedule me out two weeks later. Although I appreciate apologies my mental health can no longer take neglect from this kind of organization who has failed to hear when someone needs help. After leaning on MHC for so long and being established I will be looking for another organization who takes their patients seriously.

This was Extremely SAD! I was denied access back with my grandma who has dementia. I read to her the fine print and explain and ask questions she wont. I had on a face shield but was still denied. I was told that because I am her care taker I can be involved over a conference call. This never happened. I use to like MHCs but would give no stars if I could.

Me gusta mejor ver a nurse practitioner more comfortable and comunicated than the dr vega she supposed to be my dr vega very rare that i get to see her. Its been some months and weeks havent Refills some of my prescription and im starting to probably believe that i dont need this medications and it was wrong prescription for me Ive been calling pharmacy they said havent received order or answers from dr ..call front desk at least you wait on the phone from 10 to 20 minutes😞😫

Cancelled my personal appointment one hour before it was scheduled, had an appointment for my one year old on Christmas Eve only to be turned away when we got there; the receptionist informed me they called to cancel days ago but no one got a phone call or message of any kind? Unprofessional and annoying, I’m just glad my child is not in dire need of care

Had an appt today at 3:40 I wasnt called in until 4:15. Then waited another half an hour for the nurse practitioner just to be seen for 5 min. She was very rude and told me to just take some advil and make another appt for any other issues. After going back to the front to make another appt per the provider the girl in the front was extremely rude as well and threw the appt card at me. I dont know why I keep giving this clinic a chance. Thats the last time Im going back.

The Prince/Flowing Wells clinic is way too small. On one visit we couldnt get a parking spot! The lot is cornered in and it is difficult to maneuver. There is always a lineup to check in. The staff are burdened with a series of steps to hurdle through before you can be seen. Calling in makes you go through a maze of options to get to the right department. My Moms doctor left the clinic (quit!) and they didnt bother to assign her to someone else. They let her prescription refills be denied without an explanation. We were left hanging to figure out what to do on our own.Seriously, MHC is the worst medical organization I have experienced. I moved my Mom to Carondelet and we are much happier.

If I could give this place a zero I would, my husband has been sick for 5 days and this place did NOTHING! Just sent him home with no medicine or guidance on what could be wrong with him. Just drink plenty of fluids, rest, and exercise daily for an hour which my husband already does. $250 dollars later told him, to come back in 14 days if he doesnt get better and if he wants to get blood work done to go to Marana! Thank you for helping your patients, charging us money that we barely had during this pandemic, and doing nothing!

My appointment was at 3 30 , and it took them an hour to get me in there to see a doctor. Plus the doctor was rough and rude laughing with her medical assistant before entering to see me. Plus she hurted my hand by shaking it. When I have arthritis in my hands.. so I left at 520 pm. Didnt let her to touch me. No more hurting.

If you want excellent medical care, go to Clinica Del Alma. Phyllis Schling is kind, caring, and efficient. She will do whatever it takes to make you feel great again. Referrals go to insurance companies on the same day as your visit. Her medical assistant is the best in the business. The pair make sure care is timely and accurate. Ill never go anywhere else again.

Horrible experience!!!They all lack communication skills and don’t care about their patients. They lie just to get the patient off the phone, and they ignore voicemails.My mother constantly goes through a run around when getting refills. They take days to send the request to my mother’s preferred pharmacy and/or they don’t send it at all. Both my parents and myself have all called for the last week and a half dealing with Dr. Vega, her assistant and the receptionists in the office. Thankfully today my mother has had enough and is switching doctors. Save yourself the stress and time and do not give this clinic your business.

I am a long time patient at Clinica Del Alma. I was a sliding scale patient in the beginning. I have insurance now and continue to see the medical team there.The staff is quite busy at times, but I havent had anyone be rude to me. They are always pleasant. (Allthough check in sometimes does take a while.)My medical caregivers are excellent! I would recommend this medical facility to anyone!

I really appreciate the care I receive from my psychiatrist at Clinica Del Alma. She is really kind, respectful, understanding & works with me to find the best medication combination for my diagnosis. I would recommend this agency to anyone needing psychiatric care.

The staff is very rude and half the assistants do not know what they are talking about.The receptionists are extremely unprofessional and they have zero regard for patient privacy.They need to dress a little more presentable, learn punctuality and treat patients like they matter.They should acknowledge and greet EVERY PATIENT, instead of staring at the computer waiting for the patient to get their attention!I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Never had a bad experience here, the people have always been nice, the appointments have been on time, The Doctors and other healthcare workers have treated me with respect, the place is always spotlessly clean, The pharmacy is prompt and on the rare occasion that they do not have what your doctor prescribed, they are quick to order it within a couple of days at most.

This would have been a five star review all the way around, if i didnt deal with the phlebotomist. Everyone there was incredibly professional and in a great mood. Then as i followed the guy to take my blood the whole mood changed. He was nasty, abrupt, had no personality and literally manhandled my limbs with absolute aggression. First, saying nothing, he grabbed my arm moved it out of the way to reposition the drawing table. Second the needle dug deeper every time he switched out the sample vial. Finally when it was over and he placed the cotton ball over the draw site, i pressed the cotton ball into the crook of my arm and he finally spoke the wordsDont do that it will bruise as i bent my arm to hold the cotton ball. With that statement he abruptly grabbed my arm and straightened it out. Let me tell you i could not get out of his sphere fast enough. Hit the first door i saw daylight through to get out of that place. Creepy doesnt describe this man accurately enough. Dont remember his name, my ptsd triggered all i could see was run from this place. Big slow moving fat guy wearing a smartwatch is a i remember.Like i said, everything went wonderfully right up until forced to interact with this man. Also right in front of the draw station was a sign stating please no audio or video recording and now i know why it was put there. HIS word against yours. THAT IS WHAT GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FOR FOLKS. Take heed folks, if they are afraid of you recording they are gonna do something wrong and want to get away with it. They will quote HIPPA regulations just to confuse you. If I could give a -2 Stars I would! The girls at the front desk are the worst Ive ever seen in my life. I dont talk Spanish at all, and when I talk too them they dont understand English at all. So I dont get the help I need at all, which is not fare at all. All the girls do at the front desk is talk on their cell phones, go on Facebook and text. And why you say something about not getting any help all they say is sit down until your name is called. The girls up front never told my doctor that I was their, I sat there for all most 2 hours until my doctor came out and I told her what happend. And I got a dirty look from my doctor, never again if your a white person dont go their cause they will not help you out.

Very slow, terrible staff! Do not recommend them. Ive came in even though they called and cofirmed my apt. As they usually do, came in the following day and told me my apt was cancelled. I first had a psychiatrist over webcam since they didnt have anyone in office yet when I started going there, she was friendly but hard to hear and it always would freeze and just take double the time of the usual apt should be. Once they got a psychiatrist in office I was happy to hear that, but wasnt impressed at all after a couple visits. She would literally see me for a few minutes each time, some times I would have to bring my child with me and she seemed annoyed with us both. Not worth it as I live 30 minutes away! She called me one time after my SO called the case manager with a concern about my depression, she was really rude about it when she did call back and said come see me in two weeks ... why, so I can sit there for five minutes and feel like she dont even truly care to help me? People in this field need to have a true passion to help people. I work in the medical field as well and would never talk down to or mistreat a patient. The only person I can say I really like is a case manager named Doreen.. when I had to bring my child in for one appointment she was so kind and even went out of her way to entertain and pay attention to my toddler. I understand this apt is not about my child, but things come up and some times we do have to bring them to our appointments! I have never had a problem with bringing her to my apts until I met this psychiatrist.

On hold for an hour and a half trying to get a copy of my psyche eval only to get hung up on, the frustration Im feeling from trying to get my documents from here is making me borderline irate

The staff was extremely rude, and not very friendly. That was ridiculous over and hour. Once I got called back Dr. Vega never even looked at me. Was very short and in a rush to get me out didnt treat what I wanted to be seen for a sinus infection. Said I had bad allergies told me to take claritin and sent me on my way. When I told her no she said if I didnt like it get a second opinion. And refused to speak to me again. I have private insurance was treated like I was an ahcccs patient. Worst experience of my life. I do not recommend anyone go there and if you do Im sorry.

Difficult to find. We were there on a Saturday morning so it wasnt busy. The girls at the front desk were polite and the waiting area was clean.

Most incompetent people ever! First, starting with threats to call cps, to not checking my stomach after going to the ER for colitis, to giving my husband a referral to the wrong cardio doc... total ignorance.

This place sucks I took my 6 month old baby who was very sick! Btw They tell you to come 15 minutes earlier all to put you in a room for 1 hour!! After a whole hour the doctor came looked at my son less than 5 minutes and just to tell me to give him tylenol and pedialyte electrolytes which I already had been doing for the last week. Very disrespectful works at the front desk, they treated the people very poorly because most of the people had AHCCCS. Do not recommend this place!!!!
