Been there a few times. The Cholla location. In there 5 minutes for thyroid ultra sound. My insurance paid them $88, they want more. I am not supposed to pay for test only doctor visits. Follow up: so I called my insurance to ask about my responsibility to pay them. They could not find the service they provided as they have changed their name. Using a different name for billing purposes. So I have to go through all my records. Thanks

Once checked in I did not have to wait long. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful. Basically the whole process from start to finish was quick and painless! However, I was bummed to see that they did not have roses out for each patient to take one on their way out. They had them last year and it was so nice: ).

I received my mammogram in January at a local Health Fair. The mobile unit was clean and tidy and the office clerk was friendly and efficient. appointment was right on schedule, no long wait and the tech was fast and very professional. No one enjoys getting this done, but the staff made it as pleasant as they could. I would definitely recommend Assured Imaging !

This was super easy and fast. I was able to walk out of my office into the parking lot and have a mammogram done within minutes! The staff was nice and helpful. I have needed a mammogram for 5 years and kept putting it off because it wasnt convenient. Because of Assured Imaging...its behind me now!

The lady checking people in was overwhelmed. With client appointments then walk-ins she was abrupt and confused. I had an appointment and she let a walk in go ahead of me. Seating was another issue. Perhaps next year have seats outside the facility. Once inside the lady doing the mammogram was wonderful. Regardless of the service I did appreciate the convenience. Have a blessed day.

The employees on the van were extremely nice and comforting. My paperwork was already completed based on my previous visit. I was in and out of the van within 10 minutes. It was a breeze and such a convenience that they come to our work place.

I got a 3-D mammogram this morning in the mobile office in Yuma and it was the least painful mammogram I have ever had. The female tech was really professional and put me at ease during the whole process. It was fast, easy and friendly. I will be doing all my mammograms with this company in the future! Thank you!

Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had the same experience when I called a few weeks later to have my results faxed over to a different physician. I would highly recommend Assured Imaging.

My experience was quick, easy and efficient. The only thing that I did not like is the person who checked me in kept my ID and medical card the whole time I was being seen. It was a little alarming to me since I have been a victim of identity theft before. He apologized it could have been an honest mistake. That was the only thing that made me uneasy.

Terrible experience. I coordinated a health fair for our entire school district where mammograms and bone density screenings were offered by Assured (this is at least the 3rd year weve used them). The day of the event, two coaches were brought, but neither had a bone density machine. This was never communicated to me, and even worse, the bone density patients appointments were confirmed BY YOUR STAFF the day before on January 24. Completely unacceptable.When I inquired, Patricia got on the phone with a VP who was supposed to text me on my cell to let me know what he was going to do to resolve the situation. I never heard from him. Then Patricia, the driver, was supposed to let me know how many bone density patients were scheduled, but she never let me know. Very disappointing. We wont be using Assured again, and are extremely frustrated by this experience.

If you are considering using their mobile mammogram it would be the worst mistake you ever made , especially if you actually have something wrong , you can die before they get your images to you your doctor. And they lie directly to you about recieving image requests. My wife had a mobile mammogram done over 30 days ago and was notified that she needs further tests because of a mass that was seen, yet she cannot see a doctor because they have no images. good luck.

Dont do a mobile mammogram your records get sent out of state and then you spend weeks getting your films delaying your diagnosis. If its invasive you could lose your life waiting.

Im Mrs. H Squires. My prior mammogram service, Dr Philip Bain merged with this group and I was led to espect him when I scheduled this years mammogram. I found a bare sterile office, was told to fill out the forms, was called in, imaged and sent home. No conversation, no smiles, totally impersonal. I got a lengthy report by mail that told me a whole bunch of stuff I have known for years. I have no idea who Valerie Robertson MD is. I never met her. I have never talked to her. I expected a letter from Dr. Bain who knows my history and family history. If I am to be subjected to a different machine and and an evaluation by a stranger I may as well go somewhere more patient centered. I miss you Dr. Philip Bain! Ill ask my friends for a recommendation.

Note added December 11, 2011 by Eileen:The company has sent me an apology, and compensated me for the extra costs I incurred.My case was likely as exception, and not the norm.For those who do not, assuredimaging is a good option.The Van staff is very professional and made me feel very comfortable.The Radiologist did a really good job (hence the need for me to get the followup).Since the owner saw this review, and cared, I am sure they are working to fix any administrative issues they may have.[End notes added December 11, 2011] [Start Original Review]It seemed like a good idea, get a mammogram done in the mobile van that was parked at work for 2 days.It seemed convenient.So far it has cost me more time and money than had I just gone to a local clinic that could both do the original mammogram and any needed followup work.The first problem was getting the appointment. There was no response to the online appointment form I filled out. Calling for an appointment got me to a message asking me to leave my name and number.The day the mobile van was at my work, they were taking walk in appointments, so I got the exam done.The people in the Van did a good job.Next came the need for followup. To get the followup I had to request that the images be sent to a local clinic.After giving them all of the necessary information on Wednesday of the week before my followup appointment I am told that the records will be sent. I tell them the records need to be there by Monday at 1PM.Instead of sending the records, they leave me a message. I do believe they left the message late on Wednesday, but I didnt notice it until Friday.At this time I call back, and they do not need any additional information, it is all there. The person tells me she will see if the records have been sent, and if not would fedex them and they would be there for my Monday appointment.Later that same Friday, I get a call from someone else in their records office. He does not need any new information, and I am still not sure why he called at all, but I got the idea that he was frustrated that now he had to send the records out by fedex.I am still told the records would be there by Monday.I tell them I have an appointment Monday afternoon.They do NOT tell me that they will not arrive until 3PM on Monday.Had they told me that the records would not arrive until that late on Monday, I could have re-scheduled my appointment, and saved myself a few hours and $40.I spend $38 in cab fair to get to my appointment, and $2 in bus fare to get home.(The bus ride is 2 hours each way).Now I have to return again tomorrow.To have had my followup work done today, they would have had to re-do the initial exam, and I would have had to pay for it.Even if the company does fix the problems they have with their administrative staff, I am wondering if it is wise to use a non local mobile service to get ones annual mammogram?What about the immediate followup that most clinics provide. If I had gone to a regular local clinic, the need for further pictures would have been noted right away, and I would have gotten them during the same visit.My records would be local.What about comparison of next years exam to this years exam?My advice to others is to just make an appointment with a local provider, using the same provider for your regular mammogram that you will be able to use for any needed followup.
