I cant make an appointment when phones are unattended. Humana has been calling and faxing them to switch my pharmacy for 2 months. I too have stopped in their office with written notices. They cut back their staff 2 years ago and its just a disaster. Problem is I like my doctor. But shell quit soon like the others.

MHC is the WORST excuse for health care that my wife and I have come across in 3 states PERIOD. Trust me if there was a way of leaving a zero rating instead of a one I would have. From the staff to the physician absolutely the worst !!!!!(Sheriff Nottingham, we appreciate and value your feedback. We apologize for this inconvenience to you. Our staff will contact you to follow-up with you to learn more about your experience.)They never contacted me! Liars. They dont care about their patients.

Absolutely the worst. It’s my second experience with an MHC provider and I should’ve expected the level of ineptitude I got from my first. Dr. Bijin saw me for three minutes maybe less and did not address all the issues I brought up. Nor did she have any labs done which I requested. She prescribed a medication and told me to come back in a month. While scheduling the next appointment I was informed that the doctor would not see me again because “doctor is not certified to work under your insurance”....she is listed on my Insurance’s website. I was told to see a different doctor in the same office. Due to conflicting schedules I wouldn’t be able to see the new doctor for more than a month. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. My prescription is currently running out and they refuse to refill it until I see the doctor...once again I tried but due to conflicting schedules it’s not possible. I made multiple calls and the best they’d do is inform me that I needed to make an appointment a month from my first visit. Not helpful. The medication isn’t even a controlled substance (amitriptyline). The lack of compassion, care, and competence is disturbing at best and a form of medical malpractice at worst.Edit: if staff ever reaches out to me I’ll update this reviewEdit 2: staff just got back to me....took them only 2 weeks...prime example of the prompt compassionate care you’ll receive when you visit any MHC facility.

Have to make to many calls or wait up to 48hrs to get a response back from a doctor. By then youve already had to go to the ER or Urgent Care. This is not good Healthcare and is part of why hospitals are overwhelmed.

Connie Olson is hands down the best PCP I have ever had! she is very personable and respectful! i dont feel judged in situations and makes me feel super comfortable! most doctors I have seen just push pills and move on, she does not, she genuinely cares and shows it! she is a very wonderful woman and I highly recommend her if she has opening left. She deserve 3 thumbs up! 😆The staff has always been friendly and respectful! I thank everyone in this office for all their hard work! Keep it up guys! You Are The Best!

Doctors, Physician Assistants, NP and nurses listen and have good ideas. Overall decent, but have noticed over prescribing and over testing to rack up billing. If you go along with everything a doctor recommends to test and prescription to try, you will spend a lot of money and have your time sucked up. Then more office visits to follow up since you won’t get the results over the phone. Takes forever! The receptionists are always having loud and inappropriate conversations. There is a consistent lack of communication. And they talk as if the patients in the waiting room can’t hear them.We have had tests that we never got results from and 3 referrals that were never sent.Recently we called trying to see if an order for blood work has come in from a referred Specialist. No answer several times and still no return call to our messages. We want to come in and spend money for blood work, you would think they would call back! The support team to the medical providers are hurting this office. We are moving our family somewhere else. Sorry.

What does one have to do to get a referral? I hurt my back, had an x-ray and was told I needed a CT or MRI. I called last Friday 2-15-19 for a referral and of course (as usual) received a voice mail and had to leave a message. By Wednesday still no call back so I called again (another voice mail message ) and still today, Friday no call back. In the meantime I am in pain and cant get any relief until I have the CT. Today I decided to call and talk to the office reps to find out what I can but again as usual I sit on hold while I write this. It has now been 38 minutes and the recording keeps saying my call is very important to them. What a crock! As soon as I get through this I am changing to another medical facility where I can get better treatment. My last problem was getting my RX refilled. It took 4 months of this same treatment to get it done. Guess I am a slow learner.

They cant keep doctors. Im on my third doctor now in two years. It took weeks to get a medication pre-authorization form my insurance demanded. I made an appointment, called the office, and even popped in and still nothing from this office. I literally had to make a scene and make them uncomfortable enough to want me gone to get the form for my insurance so I could get medication. My red flags screamed at me when the office manager told me no one was planning to attend the office party but I kept going back. Stupid me!

I wont name any names, but I will share my horrible experience with this place.I went to this clinic because I was having numerous symptoms that could have been either a neurological or rheumatological disease. The NP diagnosed me with a vitamin D deficiency. I went back to her because my symptoms were getting worse, and she became FURIOUS that I had come back to see her. She told me that she would not refer me to a specialist because her boss would laugh at her. I left the clinic shocked that any health care professional could behave this way.Several months later, my symptoms persisted. I went to a different provider at a different medical group, and the NP there referred me to a neurologist. It turned out a vitamin D deficiency was the least of my problems. I have Multiple Sclerosis!I cannot help but wonder how much damage to my central nervous system could have been prevented if that NPs ego had not gotten in the way of her better judgment. Needless to say, I will never go to that clinic again.

Not a good choice for primary care. Maybe OK if all you need are referrals and/or basic lab tests. I was seeing an FNP here for over a year, they left the practice without notifying any patients... NOTE: Anyone professional at this establishment could have shared this info with me when it happened, rather than telling me like it was hot gossip weeks after the fact when I called to make an appointment. After this, I wanted to give the office the benefit of the doubt, and didnt want to have to look for a new Dr.s office, so I saw an MD at the same practice (MHC Flowing Wells). This person asked that I get lab tests done but never followed up about the tests. This practice also failed to renew a medication prescription, or to communicate with me or the pharmacy about it for over a month - this is after I called to follow up twice and had the pharmacy call.EDIT: The appearance of courtesy in the response below is laughable. Nobody from the practice contacted me by phone or email to ask for actual feedback - despite having my contact info, and despite having my explicit written permission to call, email, and leave phone messages regarding my care.I have filled out satisfaction surveys in the past. If MHC Flowing Wells wants specific feedback about how they can improve their delivery of healthcare, they are invited to contact me directly instead of commenting on this Google review.I may delete this review once someone at MHC FW takes a few minutes to acknowledge/apologize for the things this review is about by email or telephone.

Flowing Wells Family medical Center Doctor. Donna Rowe and her assistant Jessie are incompliance with getting prescriptions reordered in a timely matter! I had a scheduled appointment for Jan and because my PCP Robert Miller became ill I was assigned to Donna Rowe who then pushed me back behind other patiences and I wasnt on my medicine for two months, and still after had to wait for my medicine to be prescribed to me.I suggest you make arrangements to seeing a different PCP because everyone there including the nurses dont take you or I serious when it involves our health

Have been on the phone for over 2 hours today and NO ONE answers!!! It is now 5pm....Unfortunately, I like the Dr I am seeing there. I will be seeking alternative healthcare! As a follow-up.....This phone situation seems to be a MCH issue all around! Suggest you get a direct number or extension. With that said, after posting a review and getting a reply to give my best contact info (I did, email) they call me around 12pm. I am at an appointment and ask them to call my back in about 30 minutes.....its been 2 weeks....MHC has horrible business practices!

TL;DR: A highly unprofessional lack of communication and a surplus of poor communication has lead me to seek other healthcare options.Had an appointment scheduled on March 22nd that got rescheduled because the FNP was sick. Thats fine, no big deal. I was told it was moved to the 12th at 12:30. So I wait and I wait and I dont receive any follow up information like I did for my original appointment. I decide to call them on the 12th at 6:30 to verify I have the appointment and I am told by the person who picks up the phone that I will get a call back before 9:00 with the pertinent information; this was false. I never received a call back that day or any following day.Today I check my mail and see I receive a letter from MHC saying I missed my appointment that was on the 11th at 10:45?The absolute lack of communication between MHC and a would be new patient is appalling, and on top of that they cant even reschedule an appointment without getting their own set date wrong.

The office staff are fairly nice but overworked, The Dr. does not follow up on prescriptions, ie does not submit them to the pharmacy, give the wrong directions or amounts. if a prior authorization is needed she will give the insurance company the wrong information.

This office has a lot to learn regarding patient care and customer service! The provider that prescribed my high blood pressure medication in July 2018 for my annual physical is no longer there, so when it came time to refill my medication the office did not respond to myself or the pharmacy request of refill. When I called to ask for the refill I was told to schedule an appointment since the provider no longer there (like it was my fault) as the medication could not be refilled without an appointment. Oh but wait.....the Dr is very busy and there are no appointments available. Was told it was best to call at 8 am and make same day appt. one is available the next day at 2 pm. If you could be the 1st one to call for it! Next day call 8:00 am to be told the appt. is taken but they dont do same day appt. for med refills. They could put me through to the Medical Assistant and see what they decide? Would this be the same Medical Assistant that did not respond to the Pharmacy or patient the week prior for HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION! Then I was told that I could NOT go to Quick Care as they do not see you for a med refill. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE! . QUICK CARE at the MAIN OFFICE AWESOME!!! YES THEY FILLED MY MEDS as it is best to have the meds than go without!

On the days that I went in it started off as a bad visit the receptionist was very rude and very short. We went in for my nine-year-old and my two year olds visit, and while waiting in the room for our doctor, Dr Shoemaker, my two-year-old (whom I had to wake up from a nap) was throwing a temper tantrum, and my nine-year-old wasnt helping the situation. So the social worker decided to come in because it alarmed her, the doctor finally came in glued to her computer screen and and proceeded to lecture me on how much screen time I should be allowing my son to have. We didnt discuss his overall health or anything else while she was glued to her computer screen again, she didnt go over either of my boys weight or health. She then proceeded to Google my 2 year olds birthmark (he has an angel kiss from the middle of his forehead to the top of his lip) and tell me that he had herpes. And then at this point my 2yr old is now over tired, doesnt want to be there and my oldest is done. Reading over certain documents and paperwork she thinks that I need parenting classes because I raised my voice to my oldest.... I couldnt change my PCP for my children and quicker. I refuse to see this doctor again, she puts her personal opinions and feelings ahead of her job as a PCP. Other than those 2 woman the rest of the staff have been nothing but amazing ( Kim & the recpreceptioi have been working with the last 2 days, you both have made this transition great and painless, THANK YOU!)
