Made an appointment this morning for routine lab work online, it was super easy and when I got to the location I checked in the kiosk and was seen quick. I recommend coming to this location.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Perfect, pain free blood draw. And quick results.

The check-in woman was horribly rude. I work in healthcare so Id know how a patient is supposed to be treated. There was a Spanish speaking man who was very hard of hearing and his wife was so upset she was being really rude just because of the language barrier instead of asking does someone speak Spanish or let me get someone else to help you. She kept telling him there was no order and he was asking her what can he do and shed ignore him. If you hate your job then dont work there??? I hate seeing elderly being treated poorly. When he came to sit with his friend I explained what was wrong and called their doctors office myself and sure enough the lab was sent. NOT HARD. This was a couple months ago. Otherwise, the phlebotomist was amazing and was quick. 10/10 on blood draws. Also has a drug test there and it took longer than it should have but phlebotomist was really nice.

I used to do phlebotomy and can sometimes be a little judgmental when I get my own blood drawn, but this was definitely one of the best phlebotomists Ive had here in Tucson. The whole process was very quick and efficient too. I came in with my daughter, and between the registration and blood draws for both of us, we were in and out within half an hour.

My daughter had an appointment so i checked her in but asked for my name, after i had asked the front desk that my daughter had an 8 am scheduled front desk person said to hold on to it, rudely enough to then proceeded to tell me next time i had to check in my daughter at the kiosk but it asks who is financially responsible for it. So if you go to this location prepare for the unprofessionalism of front desk because she wears black glasses face doesnt move probably botox But the ladies that draw blood are excellent and i give them a 10 very kind and didnt make my daughter cry we were in and out

I go here every 3 months. Always fast. Always friendly. Very easy to sign in. I have never had a problem here and ignore the bad reviews. They cant be true and must be a bad person reviewing. Really you sign in get blood drawn and leave fast. If there is a problem its because of you. Thanks for the hard work and fast service LabCorp

I went there yesterday and this morning and both times the reception staff were very VERY rude. This morning I went and the lady rudely and loudly said they dont test for covid said that I shoudnt even be there (looking at me as if I was the plaque) I will never go there again. She literally got up and started spraying everything.

Organization is key here. I understand that budget may be the issue why they cant hire a person who would handle/help with all of the people walking in and leading them to the kiosks as the order as they arrived & help at the kiosks. If this would be available, staff and customers would we MUCH happier. Staff was polite and professional.

I don’t know why this place has such poor reviews, I went there for lab work and the techs were super helpful and friendly, particularly the woman working the desk/blood draws. Even though they were short staffed that day, I was still done in a timely manner. Wonderful service, thank you to the people who work there.

What was just a simple urine analysis, was a nightmare, the front desk people are awful! Rude & condescending! They needed me to print the lab work order, when i have had it done without printing anything before... stay away from this lab

I would not recommend my dog go here for labs. First I stood in line 30 minutes early because they arent taking appointments. No problem... until I entered the building (my first time ever using this facility or company) and the person at the desk directs 2 people BEHIND me to other kiosks to check in...I was like ok....but then there was NO sort of social distancing being practiced in a MEDICAL facility. I elected to wait in my car, which is an option and the only reason I give it 2 stars. I was texted to come in just to have the tech Briana tell me that she didnt think I would come that fast so she called someone else...REALLY! NOT TO MENTION that I actually made it to the door faster than the lady she called...the APPROPRIATE thing to do wouldve been to tell THAT person that I was ahead of them and she would be right with HER not me. She proceeded to argue with me until the OTHER LADY said Just let her go! I have not mentioned that I suffer from claustrophobia due to PTSD so I was unable to sit in a room where there was no social distancing being practiced and upheld. I am recommending that my insurance provider TRICARE remove them from their approved list.

I have visited this site many times. In general, the service has been very good. The wait is sometimes long, depending on how busy they are, but no one has ever been rude. The phlebotomists have always been friendly, professional, and helpful.

A full time rver who needed some labs drawn for my doctor back in Indianapolis. Went to this location because it was close. The only experience I didnt care for was the sign in process. The phlebotomist was exceptional and did a great job. The receptionist was pleasant and made the process seamless. Kudos to the professionals in this lab!

The staff was upbeat and helpful when we were there today and has been in the past as well. We commend and recommend them. Thank you.

It would be nice to know that they’re closed from 12-1pm every day. Also that drug screens are only 1:30-3pm. That being said I was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient so not really any complaints

Please...it seems to not matter what person is working up front.. And I dont care how slow the techs might be in the back, it does not justify the behavior and impoliteness of the front staff! And another issue..hire more Caucasian employees please! Diversity does matter, and should not be a requirement prospective employees just because your business is mostly Spanish speaking folks...or part of the city your business dwells! . Definitely filing a complaint about this location not hiring any other race. But one positive here.. the techs in the back are always friendly considerate and kind.

I’m here with clients on a regular basis, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and effective at getting blood on the first stick.

I wished I would have known it was going to be so busy at 7 am. I needed to be to work at 7:30. I arrived early but there were still 3 people in front of me. I didnt realize there were 3 kiosks to sign in so I think some people behind me got to go before me. Also, my kiosk took a while to work. There should just be one kiosk so that people can go in order. The front staff were tentative for the amount of people that came rushing in and the kiosk not working right away. The phlebotomist was friendly, painless and got me out quickly.

Came to bring my daughter to do lab work. And i am rudely told to check in on a kiosk thar isnt working and the lady at the front desk would not get up and help.Delete the rude front desk person and have instruction on what to do when you walk through the door

Bad service, not willing to help you. Good location thats why it gets 2 stars.Drive around back to sonora quest, way better service and friendly staff.

Staff seems a bit abrupt and condescending. Waiting room is a germ festival. Dust thick on chairs, huge termite tubes hanging from Windows, seats never wiped down. Overall dirty. Its a shame because the facility itself is laid out well, offer good services.

Update: 3/10: still the worse place! Don’t matter if you have appointment. They have no courtesy of kid’s school schedule.Dont come to this one they suck!! Both employees in the front where just there on computer with only 2 people waiting! They didnt even register, I walked out after 30 mins of waiting! Garbage people here!

The phone prompt tells you not to make an appointment, just show up between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. When you show up you find out that you could have made an appointment, and end up waiting over an hour for a standard UA. Front desk guy is super rude. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

Great service, staff is very plesant and kind. They rarely bruse my parents whom are on blood thinners and alway treat them like friends. Thank you Becky and Alfaro for being so proffessional and kind. Your jobs not easy, yet you mannage to find a smile. Your the best!!

Front desk specting from you to do their job I try to speak With a supervisor left it a message and never call me back. I went to a different lab instead.

Probably one of the worst places Ive had to call. They never pick up your call or even to bother to learn to put people on hold. Its ridiculous to think that they have customer service.

In and out in less than 15 minutes. Its true what they say about this place, no ethnic diversity. very sad to see, this whole establishment must be racist against anyone who isnt Mexican or Spanish speaking.
