Had an abdominal US on 9-24-2020 and the tech was patient, professional and had a good sense of humor. That may sound silly but it helps people feel better when theyre anxious about taking the test. Thank you

The staff doing the screenings are good. Check in and phone service are another matter. Was told to arrive 1/2 hour early, which I did. Waited an hour to be called for the screenings. Check in is very sow - they need more people. Then when I was done with once screening, I was supposed to go directly to another. Front desk staff had somehow not given them the message even though we talked about this at check in. The next day got a message via my doc that they wanted to repeat one test. Called and was on hold for 1/2 hour. Finally gave up and called central scheduling who tried to get a hold of the center and could not. Am waiting for a call back...

2nd year getting mammogram here and it continues to be a great experience. Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean ,had a very comforting atmosphere. Both times I was checked in and done within 45 min.

I had my mammogram on August 10. I still do not have my results. What do I do next? When I called the first time they said they were waiting for my previous mammograms from Simon med but isn’t 5 weeks a little long to wait ? I have a history of breast cancer so anxiously wait for my results.

The techs are very comforting..not to bad on the check in time.pretty clean..

Fast, easy, friendly. Staff and procedures. Was there today. I only wish that the technology wasnt so damned expensive. The prices make medical care less palatable.
