Check in process smooth, clean area and the Tech I see for my imaging is always attentive and explains the process as she goes plus always has a smile, can see it through her mask.

I went for my second mammogram ever, which lets be honest, can be awkward and uncomfortable. The tech was super nice, explained everything before she did it, checked in repeatedly on my comfort level and just very sweet. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional while still showing interest in my care.

Professional, courteous, friendly staff. Physical facility was exceptionally clean, indeed immaculate. Scheduling, check in, and appointment all ran very efficiently. I appreciate that the technicians explained all aspects of the two exams I had. I had an excellent experience at Radiology Limited, Midvale location. I would rate them higher than a five if I could.

My appointment was at 3:20, check in at 2:50. I arrived at 2:30. Everyone was very friendly at the check in and the check in was very easy to do. Once I checked in, I was taken back within 3 minutes or so! Wow! The technician was super relaxed and friendly. She had a great personality and she put me at ease. I was out the door and in my car by 3:20. Thank you so much!

When I registered my mom for her appointment at the Midvale location over the phone, I stated I have a visual impairment and wanted to know if I could wait inside. The phone recipient stated she would state it in her chart that I could wait inside. When we arrived for my moms CT scans, I was informed I could not wait inside. I said Good Morning to the lady at the front desk and she was very snappy, not pleasant to talk with. She commented that I could wait in the car or outside on the sidewalk.This is the second time this has happened. I ride along with my mom in case I need to contact emergency services for her. They were unwillingly to make a reasonable accommodation due to the coronarvirus.I was informed my mom needed to drink barium and that there was no IV contrast ordered. I spoke with the Center for Hope and they indicated she was supposed to have the IV contrast. Her test may not be as conclusive due to this mix-up. I know that things are very difficult for everyone during these trying time of uncertainty caused by Covid-19. I feel that there should be some sort of accommodation for individuals accompanying their loved ones.In my opinion, the front desk staff are not very friendly.

I would rather use Rad Ltd over other Southern Az imaging companies

Okay. I cannot believe that I would ever write a review of a radiology center. I live in Green Valley and our local radiology source is just awful.Since I need radiology studies frequently it became very important for me to find a good location not locally.I was happy to find a location that is only fifteen minutes away from where i live. But I was not sure of its quality.What a lovely surprise. I love everything about this place. I especially love the staff. They explain procedures and wait time and any concerns you have and they ask a lo of questions about your comfort.It is professional in the BEST of the word. They get things done in an orderly way but also with heart and seemingly genuine interest in the comfort and safety of their patients.I have been there several times and although at times it takes a long time due to volume, they do the best that can be done.Very special indeed.Located right off the freeway. They treat you respectfully here, unlike the NW place. Very happy with my three experiences here. A bit out of my way but its worth the extra driving time.

On Web page says it opens at 8 but really they open at 7 30 and would not see my daughter. Then when I mentioned the time on the Internet to the reception she argued with me and had a bad attitude these workers need to go through public relations training to know how to treat people just rude
