Called about the third of may was told there going to check my insurance out and call you in three days. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and call another clinic.

I have known Dr David Musicant since 1983 in his other practice and now at Midvale Medical Center Dr Musicant is a very caring doctor he takes the time to listen to his patients health needs. If your looking for a great doctor look no further. The staff is so polite and caring the nurses are Amazing as well. Jo, the referral gal is Amazing! She listens to your concerns and helps out in a very positive way. Overall the staff that works at Midvale Medical Center are Amazing! Thank you Midvale Medical Center Doctors, nurses and all staff. WELL DONE!!

Staff very accommodating. Front desk can be very busy. Dont know if water dispenser is working yet. NO CUPS. Disappointed because people do need rehydration. One reason for for stars. Sometimes you have to call for test results. Not happy with that situation either.

I have been at this facility a number of times and I never had what I would call a problem! I think that the staff and doctors are very professional! specialty the ladies at the medical records department! they go the extra mile to help you! they are awesome!keep up the good work girls!

Dr. M. is great --- office staff is not. I always have to leave a message with his medical assistant. The recording says I will get a call back within 24 hours. Thats a lie. Once, I had a sinus infection and wanted to see the doctor for evaluation and possible medication. First available appt. was in 3 weeks. I was sure my sinus infection would either be better or so bad Id be dead in 3 weeks. I wasnt going to the emergency room for a sinus infection. Ive seen their front desk staff in motion. Phones are ringing but theyre laughing and talking. Im looking for another doctor. Medical field is going to the dogs.

I was looking for a new PCP, but after reading the reviews of this place, it reads like it should be shut down as a public menace! I dont know who presides over these places, but the County Health Dept and State Health Dept, should look into this place. These reviews of this place are nothing short of SCARY! Thank you reviewers, I will find a place that treats patients like human beings!

I have been going there for years and the staff is excellent, caring, and very attentive to your needs. Everyone has bad days and good ones so sometimes the staff is not in a pleasant mood but they do not take it out on you, they are just short some times.Every doctor that we have been to there is caring and competent. They take all of your symptoms into consideration and then make a diagnosis. If some one called with two separate opinions I would call them back to make sure of the right diagnosis, they are human after all and all humans make mistakes once in a while.

Had my first visit there last week. I arrived early, got my paperwork done. Went into the back room early and saw the Dr. Wadleigh after a wait of 5 minuets. I had a great first experience with them. I will be needing some follow-up visits soon, I hope they all go just as well..

The staff sucks at this place! There lazy and rude. They do not answer your questions! Instead they sent you to automated voice mails for you to leave a message. And if you do leave a message they do not call back whatsoever. I been trying to get my mothers medicine and they been giving us the run around. Lying to us that there going to call the pharmacy when they dont! I do not recommend this place to no one.

NEVER GO HERE! I waitrd 3 months to just see my pcp. Then when i go in i wait a hour and 20 minutes just for them to tell me they where busy when there was allmost no onr there. I literally seen 20 difrent groups of people come in after me and seen them all leave. Go anywhere else and i guaranty you will get in faster.

Horrible location! I every time I make an appointment it gets cancelled that same day since either the doctor called out or they left early or some other reason. I have NEVER had an appointment with them that wasn’t a reschedule. When I called about abdominal pain they made an appointment for me 2 weeks in the future. Then they called the day of my appointment to cancel my appointment and try to reschedule my appointment another week In the future. This has happened to me more than 4 TIMES so I’m just done with this place. If you are looking for timely appointments, this isn’t the place.

Joe goes above and beyond to help take care of patients needs. I have many health issues and she fights for my needs. Where to start… Ive been going to Midvale Medical Center for over four years.. The staff is the most rude unfriendly unprofessional group of folks I have ever encountered… Everybody seems to be in a bad mood everybody has an attitude, like your doing them an injustice being their... When calling them on the phone hold times are unbelievably long, every time Ive ever called in the past four years you go to there voivemail hell, trying to talk to a medical assistant is impossible and God forbid you leave a message for them to call you back, they never do... When you have any blood work done you have to call them to find out what your results are and most of the time your put on hold for ever, then they hang up on you (by accident)... I know your asking... four years... Why would you put your self through that? - the answer is simple... because I like my doctor and hes the only reason why Ive hung in there that long... I wouldnt recommend this office to any one... Do your self a favor and check around... You can find a hell of lot better service at Government VA Hospital then there... Ill miss my doctor... But,...Oh well.

I no longer go to this place. I saw 6 different doctors is the year and half that I went there. I never was able to see the same doctor, they where not in or they where just to busy. So I found some place that makes me feel like I am a person.

No wonder this place is rated the way they are. I do NOT recommend anyone going here at all, “Doctor’s” there have no idea what they are doing, and they are not friendly what so ever. I changed doctors from kaetlyn to Jaime and it went from worse to worser. I am completely dissatisfied and upset.

My visit to Midvale Medical Center was hands down the most unprofessional Medical experience I have ever had, from the clueless and indifferent staff, to the medical care I received. It took them about a month to schedule a visit, all I needed was a sleep study referral, so I made the mistake of visiting this place.They took about 1 hour over my scheduled time to see me. I work at a hospital and I realize things rarely run on time, but this is unacceptable. Once I finally got in, I saw Dr Wadleigh, who took another 15 to 20 minutes to see me (AFTER I was put inside the visit room) for symptoms of insomnia. He wrote a prescription for a blood test and scheduled me for an ear cleaning. (The actual visit with this Doc was not too bad, though he seemed a bit indifferent. This place is likely completely overbooked in their pursuit of your money) TThe tech they sent in had these words for me “I GUESS I am going to clean your ears out” (She didn’t look a day over 17 years old, and acted the part. Where do they find these techs and desk people? The lot of them appear to be clueless 17 year old kids) She proceeded to rough my ear up and hurt it with her rough and forceful treatment with the ear scope. She obviously did not want to be there, and made no attempt to hide it.After she was done, I was told to wait in the room. (For what? I don’t know, I made the mistake of following directions at this dump) about 15 minutes went by before I decided to get up and go to the front desk. The lady behind it informed me it would take about 10 business days for them to get my sleep study script. (W T F????) I decided to go with these clowns because my insurance was close to running out, (it was towards the end of the year)I finally received the script, while it was to a facility that was in-network, it wasn’t even written for the hospital I work for (where the study would have been free, these people DO NOT have your best interest in mind)Oh yeah, that was back in November of 2012, It’s January 23rd 2013 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY BLOOD TEST RESULTS BACK.Don’t go to this place unless you have no other option.

Ive been going to see Dr. Musicant at this location for many years, 10+. All of the staff is caring, and works hard to change things around for me when I need. My family now go to this location as well. After going to this facility for so long I just dont believe the prior comment by,sign language. For the past 6 years I have had to see my Dr. every month due to a car accident. I wouldnt have tolerated the staff this long if they were rude and disrespectful.

Ask to make an appointment and they say I am discharged for the no shows when I had paid them the amount they wanted for the no shows and say they have a policy saying clients are discharged from that. There was no letter sent to me on my mail about it and why am I having to call and be told that over the phone. Longer waits for the appointments are ridiculous and the doctors dont fully tell you whats actually wrong its a quick look then they let you go in 5 seconds. What a shame this place has been Ill never go here EVER again and I suggest anyone who is thinking about DONT!

Dr Wadleigh is great when I can see him but Ive had appointments and sat for hours forgotten, Ive gotten a NP that prescribed meds that my chart says Im allergic to, waited months for referrals, and last min overbooked cancellation call from staff. The staff should have been fired a years ago and because of them Im thinking of switching my PCP!

I have been waiting for my refills for 2 months. The girls they have up front dont care for no one. They are very unprofessional and rude. Walgreens faxed over my info 3 times and havent received anything. I spoke with the office manager and got nowhere. I will have to go somewhere else. Thanks for nothing....... I was telling her why I was there and she kept walking towards the door as I spoke about my concerns like she didnt have time yo hear me and she was rushed. The list goes on. Tried to set up one of the NPs as my PCP, unfortuantely I made a poor choice. After getting the refill of a medication I need wrong, I tried calling them multiple times in regards to getting it fixed and never received a call back. Everytime I go there the front staff is rude, inept and inefficient. The medical providers could use a lesson in customer service and listening skills as well. I dont know whos managing that place but they need to do a better job! The phones ring off the hook every time Im there, and the staff is slow and could definitely be working a little harder. Its the closest primary care facility to me, but Im willing to drive farther to get better service and care. A very disappointing experience.

I havent been to this place in a while, My mother took me here as a kid. Its been 4 years since my last visit, but ive been having issues and I was maybe thinking it was my thyroid. So I decided to get seen for a referral for blood work and I was gonna go from there. Since its been so long since my last visit, I was considered as a new patient. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early to do paper work, ect.... There was an error of mis-communication, I heard 15 minutes. (BY THE WAY, it only took me 4 minutes to fill out the paperwork and im sure that one of the ladies had enough time to call and verify insurance, by the time I left the facility it was barley time for my appointment.) When I got there, they refused to see me. I told them, so the doctor wont see me, and he misses an appointment during that time he will see no one else, but I still cant see him to have a minute of this time for a referral. She said to that I needed to still reschedule. I asked if I could fill out the paper work and if they could take a copy of my insurance card so that I would be prepared for next time. They did and I updated my current info which included my phone #. I rescheduled my appointment for the following week. I had to take more time off of work to keep this appointment as well. Well, I get there today with plenty of time.... I signed in and waited at the front desk to be helped. The lady up front said, you can take a seat. I told her that I was a new patient and that I already provided them with the paperwork last visit. She said that the doctor was out that day and they were trying to call me. I asked to see what # they called. It was a phone # that I hadnt had for about 4 years. I told her that I gave them my new # on the new patient paperwork and that it should have been updated. The response that I got from her was, Oh. I told her that I needed to be seen and she said that i needed to reschedule once again, I told her that I couldnt and that was met with a blank stare and an uncaring attitude. Its no biggie to them, of course im not getting comped for the hours of worked that I missed. ITS SO FRUSTRATING, I broke into tears out of the frustration and told them shred my paperwork, that i will never be coming back. OH, not to mention the 20+ minutes on hold every time you try to call, and i mean EVERY TIME. On my first visit, there were 2 girls sitting up front, it was a Wednesday and not more than 4 patients waiting at the time. As I was trying to sign in, the phone just rang and rang. 1 girl sat there next to the phone while I was talking to the other. UNPROFESSIONAL, such a shame though, I heard the doctors are great....

The front desk girls are very rude I had an appointment at 1030 I arrived at 1020 they told me to reschedule because I didn’t arrive at 10 which I was not told I waited 2 months to get an appointment now they are telling me to reschedule to wait another month mind you they waited to tell me to reschedule after I waited 25 minutes it was around 1045 when they xall me up to the front to reschedule terrible service

Didnt know I had a copay,Im on Medicare,they waited until I came in for a problem to give me a 88 dollar copay bill and refused to see me when I didnt have it.
