I would certainly recommend NextCare Urgent Care to anyone needing medical help. They are professional and compassionate caregivers. I was able to walk in and be seen the same day...something you cannot always get at your primary care doctors office. With the additional protocols due to the pandemic, they made instructions clear and easy to understand and that significantly increases the rate of compliance and decreases the chance for exposure. I felt confident in the services I received at NextCare Urgent Care last night. Thank you, NextCare!

I was able to walk in and get x-rays the same day. All of the staff were friendly and took wonderful care of me! When I had to get a referral for another urgent care, the staff at this office filled out the paperwork before I left. When I arrived at the other urgent care, the staff there were very surprised that all the paperwork had already been filled out for them!The only negatives were the referral (for crutches they didnt have in stock in my height), and the long wait time.Both issues are understandable during these crazy times. Because of the supply chain issues, several other clinics were also out of crutches and waiting for their shipments. And with COVID, I wasnt going to try the ER, so I imagine many other people are also going to urgent care as their first option.My wait in the lobby was about 2 hours. When I got there, the receptionist let me know the estimated time and how many people were ahead of me. I appreciated that!

The staff was polite and professional. They were efficient with paperwork and getting a room(s) ready. The office & medical space was clean and maintained. I would recommend this location (old Spanish trail) as it was my first time here or any next are in general and they made a great impression. Also like to disclose that I did make an appointment instead of walking in, which definitely saved alot of time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though our wait time was about 2 hrs, we were helped in a timely manner. We were able to wait most of our time in our vehicle and when a room opened up they called us in. We were a walk- in appointment. Its best to try to get an online appointment though.

It was a wonderful experience, the online appointment process was easy. The front desk representatives were friendly and caring. I was in and out in 30 minutes, actually quicker than at my pcps office. Thank you so much to everyone involved...

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and patient with my toddler as he was running around getting his energy out but the amount of time I’ve had to wait was ridiculous. My husband arrived with our son at this location for pinkeye just before 5:55 pm. Once I was off of work I was able to meet them around 645 and at that point my sons vitals were already taken and my husband filled out our info. At 5:55 they told my husband it would be a two hour wait. Around 710/715 I gave them my phone number and asked if they could call me when we’re next so I can get my son and I some dinner. My phone was about to die and I didn’t have a charger so I came back in around 840 pm only to be asked, “you haven’t been seen yet?” And then told that they tried to call me for the past 30 minutes? But I never received a single phone call nor did my husband. Finally went back into a room around 9 pm only to wait again for the physician. Felt like an eternity and seeing the physician literally took less than a minute and confirmed it was pinkeye. I was irate. Let’s not forget I asked how long it would take for the drops and was told only a few minutes only to get to the Walgreens on grant and swan at 10:20 pm (the only one open) and be told that It’s not ready yet and it usually takes about 90 minutes. They even said this urgent care is ditzy and don’t know what they’re doing. Called urgent care customer service and was told the order was put in at 9:37 pm and that it would take 25-30 minutes…

Wait was long even with a scheduled appointment time, but the provider was great answering questions to ease the situation.

Very, very poor service. Being there was clearly an inconvenience to them and they didn’t even attempt to hide it. I came in as a walk-in with a potential fracture and was checked in. 15min later another guy came in asking for a wheelchair for his wife for the same reason. The woman at the desk told him they stopped talking walk-ins 4hrs prior, so he asked to speak to a manager. The woman then literally rolled her eyes and grumbled out loud, “oh my god!” as she picked up the phone to call for the manager. He and I both pointed out that was no way to respond to someone in need of emergency attention and she didn’t reply. Manager came and reiterated that “corporate advised they were unable to accept walk-ins as of 4hrs earlier, adding that radiology was also closing in an hour and there was no way he’d be able to get an x-ray before radiology closed down because they already had a 4hr wait for x-rays. I popped in that they’d just accepted me for the same thing 15min prior (because I was going to offer my spot for his wife) but they responded I, too, wouldn’t be able to get an x-ray. Not sure they could’ve been less empathetic, less communicative, or less accurate. Here’s to hoping I never need Urgent Care again. But if I do, I’ll be going elsewhere.

This facility is always clean. The staff are very friendly and have excellent bedside manner, and are very professional. Also very quick to get patients seen as volume allows and are thorough.

Omgosh, I was so sick with food poisoning, all of the staff were so professional and polite, they all worked so efficiently and quickly to have me seen as soon as possible. The physician, Bill, was amazing. He was patient, and listened to my symptoms and immediately properly diagnosed me, within an hour I was feeling considerably better. This team is amazing I highly recommend them to everyone.

I arrived at the clinic and was greeted by a very professional medical assistant named Sarah W. I used this clinic years ago and I must say check in procedures have since changed , but for the better. Sarah W. Was very knowledgeable , courteous and respectful. She immediately got me brought up to speed and checked in successfully. Thank you so very much. Once I was checked in, it was almost no time waiting,, I was seen by The PA-C on duty. Her name was Ann Henry. She was very professional and knowledgeable to my current situation. Thank you as well. I am now onto a speedy recovery.

This is ridiculous. First, what is the point of the website forcing you to make an appointment if they are not going to adhere to it. My appointment was for 8:20pm. I checked in at 8:05 which the recommended check in time is 10 minutes before the appointment. Finally around 9pm I got a call asking for my symptoms and told that they would call me back in order to take me back for testing. I wasnt called back for testing until 2 hours after I was contacted about my symptoms. I wasnt seen until 11:30 and was with the physician foraybe 2-3 minutes before I was sent on my way. On top of all of this when I asked for a wait time they didnt give me one until 2 hours into waiting telling me it was a 3 hour wait and their systems were down. If I had known the wait time when I first inquired, I would have gone home and waited there instead of sitting in my car for three hours. To add, the front desk ladies were exceptionally rude to me when I had asked for a wait time. And even though on the door it is noted that masks are required, the two women did not have on their faces masks until someone approached the desk the physician also wasnt wearing their mask. By the end of this awful experience, it was 11:32pm

We came for a sports physical. No wait time at all. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back if I need to be seen in the future.

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. The beautiful girl with the purple hair did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable while being sick. The provider Cassandra was awesome as well, she was very thorough and helpful and made me feel so much better about coming in. Great job ladies!

Before I got to this urgent care, I stopped at one closer, that turned me away before I removed the bandaid and stated. Due to possible fingernail bed cut I needed to go to ER. NextCare, was busier when I got there and was standing room only. During shift change for an assistant there who had been there since early morning, it was already 630pm. After I filled out my w.comp. Paperwork the lobby was almost empty and I was ushered back within :10, no appointment or anything. I felt considering the flood of patients and countless hours these nurses and everyone there, they were efficient and caring. Gave me attention and professional care. I will be referring my employer to use that specific urgent care if ever need be in the future.

Friendly staff and provider. I had an afternoon appointment where only one provider was working so waited around 40 minutes to be called into the room since there was several walk ins. I’m not sure if appointments are honored over walk ins but if they aren’t i believe they should since we make the appointment for a reason. Overall everything was good and got answers for my concerns and would come back if needed.

I was a walk-in patient and had to wait up to 4 hours. The staff and doctor were very friendly and the waiting rooms and patient rooms were very clean.

The service provided at this location is fine. However, you should carefully monitor your billing issue. The location would collect co-pay/patient liable costs from you on the day of your visit. Then they would bill your insurance company again to collect what youve already paid.

The ladies in front were very helpful and very nice and so was the doctor its nice to see ppl smiling .

Loved the whole experience. From the phone call to acquire about services. To the check in. Quick and easy. The nurse was very thoughtful and helpful. Shiesty business practices. A bill was never sent to me for services rendered and went straight to collections. Now I have an unnecessary derogatory mark on my credit... over 150$.. what a joke.If you have no other choice but to go to a NextCare (or lack thereof), make sure to keep all your documentation because they will screw you.

My husband is waiting for the results of his pcr covid test done oh 91521. He cant go back to work until he gets the results. He called yesterday and asked when he would know and all the person on the phone said was indent know. We are both in limbo until he has his results. With covid being so high profile, why does it take so long to know? Not knowing is torture. Not sure why rapid was not done

You can check in from home and wait. Once you are there things move fast you are in and out within a hour. In the past you could get in on line these days they are so busy. Thank you to all the staff

I was immediately acknowledged when I entered the office and was seen within 15 minutes (before I even finished the online paperwork.)Once my vitals were taken I went into the exam room and waited no more than 15 minutes. My cut hand was stitched and I was released all within an hour. Very surprised!All personnel were very nice and professional.

I made an appointment for 940pm. I get there and check in. A few minutes later they call me for triage. Then tell me there is a 4 hour wait and they will call me when its my turn. I told the girl ok but I have an appointment at 940 which is in 5 mins. She said yes but there are 14 other people in front of you. That made no sense. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait 4 hours. Isnt that why you make an appointment so you dont have to wait. I will never go back.

Had to visit NextCare due to a car accident. The process to get an appointment was easy and efficient. I was able to pick the appointment online, fill out my information, and upload my id and insurance card. Once I arrived they asked a few more question and within a few minutes I was called back. The doctor and all the staff were friendly and took care of my concerns quickly. I was in and back out in just about an hour. I recommend NextCare and will use them again if the need arises.

The Dr. was direct and to the point. She told me things I needed to know that no other Doctor has said to me. I appreciate her honesty and the extra help she gave me.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing and were treated with care and kindness by all of the staff, from the front desk and triage nurse to the physician’s assistant and X-ray tech. In particular, we would like to thank M. Ann Henry for taking outstanding care of our son from midnight to 1:30 in the morning. Her bedside manner was wonderful throughout, and we left feeling confident that our son’s wound and fracture would heal in good time.

Waiting time was fairly short. 20-25 min.Staff were fairly friendly; although, they didnt ask if I had developed any new symptoms. They only asked about ones that I had originally. But overall, decent experience, much better than anything in Sierra Vista.

It was crazy busy and they make you wait outside if youre sick, but they were really nice and patient despite how busy it was. Once they were able to see me they were through. I would recommend this location.

Use to be my go to if I needed an urgent care, but after this I wont return. Came in for a severe reaction rash all over my back, and was pushed back repeatedly on the list. Waited over 3 hours to even be seen, but the kids with physicals are constantly being taken back. RIDICULOUS!!!! Ill use the St joes Micro hospital on wilmot and I10 next time! Dont waste your time here

I have been hete several times for myself, my husband, dad, and grandson. I have always been pleased with how everyone tries to get you in and out quickly even when its busy. Everyone is always very nice. I never encountered a cranky person and that says alot. In a day and age where doctors are very rushed.

Horrible place. I had a set appointment 4 hours ago and they still couldn’t have enough time to see me. When I asked the nurse how long, she said to go back to my room and don’t bother anyone. When they finally saw me, they only spent minutes and didn’t listen. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Fastmed was better then this

At 10:20 AM I received a phone call from NextCare for triage. (My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM and I arrived 15 minutes early) The person began to triage me I answered all the questions she needed, I asked her what time would they take me back since my appointment was at 9:40 AM she very rudely said “we are very busy you don’t have an appointment you have a reservation!” Wait what??? I scheduled my appointment online.I explain to her I wanted to have a Covid rapid test done this is when this person again snapped at me and said we don’t do rapid test at NextCare. I explain to her that’s not what your website says. She told me that they’re starting a new program with Covid rapid test in a few months and that’s why they don’t do rapid test anymore, I am sick and I came to NextCare to have a service provided so I can get better and I was treated with nothing but disrespect. I strongly believe This location (22nd and old Spanish Trail) needs extensive training in compassion and customer service. Going to this location was a tremendous waste of time and energy..

This is the best urgent care Ive ever been to. My son had fell on his wrist and I was worried about something being broken. As I was filling out the forms online for an appointment, they called to informed me their x-ray Tech wasnt going to be there at the appointment time, and I explained the situation and that we could be there before 8pm. As I arrived, the friendly office staff quickly processed our paperwork and got us back. Every staff member we encountered was sweet and friendly, and I was shocked when I was met with we are on it already when I asked for images on a disk. 🤯🥳 They gave resources to get him into a cast quickly and explained the treatment plan. I was so impressed with the friendly service, the efficiency, and the above and beyond attitude of this Urgent care, I may never go to another one again. 🥰

I absolutely love this Next Care Location, this as well as their location on E Pima street here in Tucson. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and Staff are always Friendly, Fast, Efficient and Friendly. This is the perfect place for quality health care when your unable to see your regular doctors. Faster and less expensive than going to an ER.However..... this is the only time the woman who check us in is the rudest person Ive had the non-pleasure of dealing! She should work in an ER! We checked in & asked wait in our car they will call when ready Ok....no problem. My phone rang & emeditly hung up, we went in, I asked if they were ready for him? Her response I DONT KNOW THEY ARE PROBABLY CALLING FROM THE BACK!! then she dismissed me and said WAIT OUTSIDE! My phone in hand, not ringing, again shes rudely said THEIR TRYING TO CALL YOU AGAIN!!I know, my phone isnt working, its not ringing!!! Shes looking at me like Im irritating her and seems SO Bothered that she actually hasto DO HER JOB!!I explained this girls rude, dismissive uncalled for attitude to the triage nurseShe apologized and stated she doesnt know who she is, she might just be a fill-in. Well HOPEFULLY, She could really use some training in how not to talk to or treat people so badly especially because she working with people that are not feeling well, her attitude doesnt help AT ALL!!

I have always had a great experience with NextCare. At several separate locations too. Being able to book online is a huge advantage. This is where I will continue to go for all of my urgent care needs!

I reserved a time slot online, filled all of my online paperwork out well in advance, scanned my ID and Insurance card into the online portal, yet I still had to wait 20 + minutes once I arrived at the clinic. I was then asked for my DL and insurance card so that the intake MA could make copies of them even though I had already uploaded photos of both online. The description I had given in detail for the medical issue I am dealing with was changed to the extremely vague description eye problem thats it. Nothing else that I described was documented on my paperwork. Then while being seen by the Nurse practitioner, she hardly gave me the time of day, let alone any feed back other than the symptoms I am having are probably related to allergies. Which one I already know I have and my symptoms are not something I experience with my daily seasonal allergies. Eye swelling/drainage, temple pain, jaw pain, headache, on only the left side of my face. So the diagnosis of just allergy symptoms seems pretty broad. These symptoms are obviously something that are bothersome and worrisome, definitely not the norm for me, which is the whole reason I felt the need to be seen and willing to pay my copay to begin with. Though I do usually try to avoid going to the doctor all together. I was just hoping to get some care and answers. Not to mention the fact that Im new to Tucson and have not yet established a pcp so I was definitely expecting understanding and a totally different experience as a whole. Also when asking for paperwork stating I had been seen to provide to my employer, I was told in a rude tone that its not going to be an excuse for work. Which seems pretty bold and abrasive to say to a patient. I wasnt asking for an excuse for work, all I was asked to provide by my manager was paperwork stating I had been seen on the date I missed work. Im not happy at all, waste of my money and time, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE. I left worried, still in pain and worst of all completely baffled by the way I was treated.

Scheduling and check-in were smooth and on time. However, spent nearly 2 hours in the exam room waiting to be seen only to be told to go to the hospital, then charged me $120 on the way out. Poor service and unethical practice.

The online checkin is a great help especially in an emergency. The staff and nurse practitioner were friendly and cared for our needs quickly and put us at ease. They provided great with care for our toddler.

Went for a Covid 19 test. Got me right in. Test was negative but determined I had pneumonia. All staff was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend

Found my ear infection and treated it with antibiotics! Now I can get on with my life!(I was afraid they would find nothing. At least thats what they said at the hospital after viewing my last brain MRI). In all seriousness, they are the most relaxed and have the best sense of humor, which is part of the healing process. And they listen carefully to all your symptoms before diagnosising you.

My son needed a last minute sports physical, I’m a busy mom who works throughout the week running a business and working a regular job among other things to juggle including homeschooling. For this urgent care to be open on Saturday and allowed us to do a walk-in was a blessing in disguise as my 17 yr old athlete starts school basketball on this coming Monday! We were in and out in less than an hour!!!!! Now that’s my kind of service! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks to all of the staff for being amazing during these times.

This is probably the worse clinic I have ever been to and I am coming from Sierra Vista where most of our clinics are bad but not like this. My 3 year old got sick and needed medical treatment. Being a Saturday we decided to go to this clinic because of the reviews. We made a appointment on line for noon, they made us wait in the car for over a hour, once the room came available they brought us in. The PA that was taking care of my child spent maybe 3 to 4 mins with him, She did not want any information on my child and seemed to be to much in a rush to even take the time to see what my child was really going through other then being in a rush to get out. She only looked into his ears and said he had an ear infection. She sent the medication over to the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy they advised me that they will not fill the medication and wanted to call to get it fixed due to being over 2x the dose my child was suppose to be taking. I am glade the pharmacy caught this and said they were going to try to fix it for him. We will never go back and I hope there is other providers there that are better then this one.
