I love this place

Went in for neurological issues. Sent me to get a DATscan. Its been over 3 weeks and has not called with the results. Ive called 5 times and the front desk assistants have sent him urgent response emails and he still hasnt called me. Id give him no stars if it let me. Would sure be nice to know what the next step would be.

Went to this neurologist after being diagnosed with complex partial seizures in April (in their hospital) and severe neck pain and headaches due to Chiari malformation type 1. He dismissed everything as psychological because I have PTSD. Refused to treat. Ordered MRI for Chiari malformation type 1 (completed first week of May) wont return calls about next steps. Constant headache and neck pain for almost 5 months straight. Just called again and was told he hasnt even viewed the messages from his assistants. I would suggest looking for another neurologist if you can. If not, be prepared to never hear anything back.

My wife saw Dr. Coull yesterday and had a great experience and consultation with him and his assistant .
