I had a gentleman for my pedicure and he was wonderful. He did not rush the process, carefully took care of cuticles, and was warm and personable. He was also careful with my ticklish fee. I think this is the first pedicure I actually enjoyed. Thank you!

I took my family here for treat over the holidays. Social distancing, masks. They loved it! The former owners weren’t friendly but Thom & Mai are very professional and very patient with older customers. Men enjoy the service, too. I left because they were overbooked and it felt chaotic.

First time getting anything done, so take this with a grain of salt. I was happy with my pedicure, the filing and cuticle parts hurt a bit but I assume thats just part of it. The staff was quiet but friendly. They are very happy to upsell

Best and most luxurious pedicures for women AND MEN in Tucson! The environment is clean; staff are all so sweet and seem genuinely happy; so many colors to choose from; and they take their time with you! The women’s deluxe pedicure (unsure of the actual name but the most expensive one) is worth every penny and includes paraffin, hot stones, warm towels, a nice massage, etc. The men’s chrome pedicure package includes the same things. My husband and I are forever loyal to Finis!

Best salon in Tucson. My husband joins me because they have a men’s chrome pedicure. It’s luxurious and affordable. We both get pedicures that include massage, hot stones, paraffin, etc. All the stylist are so genuinely nice and happy. They pay great attention to detail!

I called and the owner assured me they had the pink I wanted for the pink and white. I made an appointment, when I got there she still assured me they had it. Well, she lied to me! They didn’t have it at all. The lady that did they did a great job, which is why I gave 2 stars. Be careful going to this place! I don’t think the owner knows much about nails!!! I went for a gel manicure because my nails looked terrible. I called for an appointment and she was very friendly and had me come in right away. When I arrived I chose my color and sat down about 2 minutes later. Mai did my nails and she was so friendly. She also talked to me about my options on how to make my nails look their best. She put a natural overlay on and they look BEAUTIFUL! The most natural and best nail job I have ever had. She even trimmed my cuticles. Mai was very detailed, didn’t rush, and checked every nail to make sure they were perfect. I will definitely be going back.

Ive found my new nail salon & Let me first start out by saying it is A-typical for a nail salon owner to provide personalized customer service. All the staff there are very friendly and accommodating! They made sure I liked the shape, length, and look which I loved. This place would already be incredible just for the atmosphere, friendliness, and level of service, which never fails no matter how busy they get. So I would highly recommend this spot for all!

I received a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure from my children. I had the pedicure last summer and did not have time for the manicure. The woman owner said that she would remember that I was still owed the manicure and that I did not need a document as proof. She would not forget.A year later--now--I called to ask for that manicure. I made the mistake of thinking it was a facial--manicure/facial...I rarely have that luxury so its almost the same to me.The woman was angry that I said facial and said they dont do facials. Then her voice quickened in a shouting like voice asking me when I wanted to have the manicure. Friday, Saturday? When?! I said, what time do you have for Saturday? She then shrilled at me, you dont know when you want to have the appointment?!Clearly, we were having a miscommunication. Usually I ask for availability and then choose a time based on that, but I decided it was not worth trying to explain that to her. She was impatient, so I gave her a time. She said okay and then I hung up, still feeling this womans wrath lingering.After 10 minutes and speaking to my son, I decided it wasnt worth going there and being treated with that type of attitude, which could be reflected in the service.I called Finis nail spa back and cancelled my appointment. The same lady answered and she sounded pleased for the cancellation.As far as Im concerned, Im Finis with ever going back to this place.Responding to a customer in an angry tone while not completing the promised service is detrimental in a service industry.

My wife has been a client of the owner for over 8 years and I recently have be going too for pedicures, feels like I have brand new feet every time I get one done. The service is top notch and there there nail technicians to great work. Mai and her husband have the best shop in town very friendly.

My first experience was very good. . . because: I had an appt and did not have to wait. The ladies did an amazing job and were very attuned to my needs. The ambiance here is perfectly clean. If you want a clean place, come here.

I went on Sunday a pretty busy day for them and got a full set and a pedicure they were nice and my nails looked amazing. But yesterday night my entire toe is now swollen and I have a bacterial infection. My toe hurts to walk on so needless to say I will not be back. For how expensive the prices and and how nice the studio is you think they wouldn’t have cleanliness problems.

I took my 91 year old mother to Nancy for a pedicure. According to my mom, it was the best pedicure she had in her whole life! Nancy was very respectful and sweet to her. It was a thorough and well executed pedicure and I will be returning often.

I have been eyeing this place for a while now and decided to come in today. They have so many stations Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for service. Theyre perfectionists! They took their time and made sure each one was perfect. This is the best place for my mani pedi needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

First, Kenny and Helen are exceptionally nice people and their pricing is very fair. My wife, daughter and I have been clients for more than 4 years and get our manicure/pedicures their every 2 to 3 weeks. I LMAO at these foolish lies about them, they are very good professionally and personally.

This is for service done on oct. 7th at around 12:30.Soo normally I go to a different salon but I was in the area and this places rating and reviews were wonderful so i thought what the hell, Ill try them so i dont have to drive 45 minutes to my salon.. this was a bad idea. Originally went in just wanting a full set.I received a full set, and pedi.I needed a full set with a take off. She started to come at my nails with a nail tip to cut them off instead of soak them off which should have been the first sign to leave but whatever, I stayed and asked for a soak off. At that point she pushed a pedicure. I said no 2 times and she kept asking so I finally say yes the least expensive since I just had one a week ago and really didnt need it.Pedicure was subpar. It was $27 for a basic pedicure with normal polish which was sloppy and all over my skin and the guy barely touched my cuticles. The massage was okay but he didnt use enough lotion so it felt like he was just stretching and pulling at my skin.Once that was done, they started my full set which was $55 for gel color over acrylic. Oh boy, where do i begin.. first I have to say that the shape and length was fine and they are the proper thickness that i prefer but that is because i specified what i wanted. While the nail tech was shaping me, he cut my finger so deep that it keeps breaking open and bleeding, even after a day of healing. I pointed it out and he barely batted an eye. I dont expect a free mani/discount or anything but a my bad would have been nice. Anyways. So I ask for a red tip. I didnt like it because it had no shape to it and it literally looked like a straight line dividing the clear so I was trying to explain I needed more curve but then another girl sat down and tried to do it. At this point I just pull up a photo of a red tip that is more of a v shape and tell her to do that. I ended up walking out of the nail salon looking like a sloppy chevron candy cane. She didnt even try to clean up the lines, she just was sloppy. It was so crappy i went to my normal lady and had them redone.Just so you know, I had three different nail techs. 1 guy did the pedi, the same girl started my nail soak and finished painting, and another guy applied the acrylic and shaped me and attempted the nail paint. This is why Im giving them one star instead of a second chance. I spent 83 bucks on services that were well below my normal standards. I normally pay for the color acrylic and a design plus a basic pedi for 75 at my normal salon. Overall, just not worth the money.
