I finally was able to get my teeth fixed. I had broken, missing, ugly teeth for so long i thought i would never be able to smile again. I called GENTAL DENTAL on Tanque Verde. From my firsrt visit i found everyone so nice. No long waits in the lobby. Dr. Maule and Dr. Ham are outstanding. I never thought I would enjoy going to a Dentist, but this time was a great experience. Have my new dentures and can smile again. Thanks to all of you. You have a great team.

Had procedure for a crown on Feb 25, 2021. Ive had lots of crowns, and always get great service, but today, Mayra Gutierrez, the hygienist, did a perfect job--usually, it takes two or three attempts to get the temporary crown the right size/shape, but Mayras skill got it to sit perfectly in my mouth the FIRST time, and that doesnt usually happen--they usually have to grind it down, replace, try again. I think that great result happened because of her attention to detail while placing the cord material around the gum, and I want to thank her and the dentist also. Really super job, Mayra!

Dr Ham was awesome and the staff there was so helpful and courteous. They were super flexible and accommodating and I’d highly recommend them.

My partner suffers from extreme dental anxiety and they made the exception to let me stay in the backroom with them while they had an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Ham was amazingly understanding. We are very grateful for the services provided

I was very nervous to have my Peridontal Surgery. Dr Deebs explained everything. I am very pleased with my procedure and results. My pain was minimal afterwards which tells me he took great care. I paid out of pocket and it was worth it. I feel he went above and beyond. Patti at the front desk was very helpful. She is always a pleasure. The whole staff is great!

If you want your dental done quick yet dilligent, professionally and inexpensive; get an appointment quick, especially since this (sole) location has stayed open since Corona Pandemic hit and It functions like an Olympic relay race team full of Gold medalists.

I went in for my appointment at 10:30 AM. They did not have an appointment for me. They finally found my file under an incorrect spelling of my name and told me theyd fit me in. I waited for an hour in the waiting room repeatedly asking how long it would be and being told it would be just a few minutes. I finally got called back after 1 hour and 7 minutes. When I finally got to the back room, they asked me if I had xrays. I told them I wasnt told to bring xrays with me and have never had access to them. They then told me they couldnt do anything without xrays so I was unable to have an appointment. There was no apology and apparently no one could have determined that I wasnt able to have an appointment while I was waiting for over an hour.

My daughter was very afraid of dentists and being seen, but this location was so wonderful with her. Everyone was so very kind but especially the amazing gentleman that did her work-cleaning and the awesome office person that worked with us to make sure she got done what she needed. Thank you all so much for your kindness and great work...

I have been coming to this office for years. The hygienist was amazing and very kind, the dentist on the other hand is highly unprofessional and rude. My five year old was frightened to open his moth initially. The dentist counted to three and said ok, I’m done here, and walked out. I strongly suggest seeking care elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

I love this gentle dental! I recently moved across town, which makes this dentists office out of the way but I still go. They tend to be very busy, but the staff are very kind and are always helpful. They also make it a point to get the patients back very quickly. When I recently went I was very early and they fit me in before my appointment time. The dental hygienist does a great job. I love Dr. Tuli she is so nice and the reason I continued my care with gentle dental. Would recommend this dentists office to everyone!

I have been to this location two times now, the location is simple to get to and the office is clean and modern. The front desk Ladys are nice and welcoming. I have had Diego as the assistant two times now and he has a good personality always beating me to the punch with the jokes. I like the place, I am going to keep on going. Only thing, If I may suggest are name tags. They are all nice and I would like to call them by name but I have a hard time remembering a name upon introduction.

Dangerous staff! Please enter every appointment with extreme caution! Best example of their ignorance is when my husband went in to get a cavity filled and the techs were to busy goofing off to read his chart. He was injected with lidocaine on the incorrect side of his mouth and he had to alert them of their error. Worst part was no one seemed surprised by this. The bad experiences just never seem to end. They dont communicate with patients well because no one in the office ever has a clue about whats going on. I had my final straw with them today. After giving them more chances than they deserve. Shame on me for trying to be understanding.

The girls at the front desk are pleasant and informative. When I needed to have a tooth extracted and bone graft done on my gum, they quickly provided me with the info I requested prior to scheduling my appointment. I was nervous going into the surgery, but Dr. Tuli did an excellent job - the procedure went well and was done in a timely manner. I was also surprised to get a followup call the next day by one of the assistants asking if I was feeling OK or if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental Tanque Verde.

My experience has been very good. I do have a suggestion. I use a walker, so it is difficult to open the door. The doors are to heavy to open, for my back and shoulders. I call the front desk to ask that someone open the door for me, (which I will have to do everytime I go) which they gladly do. But, it would be so much more convenient If there was a door that opens with a push button.

Ive been to 3 different dentist in Tucson and Gentle Dental was far the best visit I have ever had. I was in severe pain and they removed my tooth with no issues and if my Ins ever go through with Gentle Dental, then I will be back ... Best dental experience in the last 10 years ..

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Tuli and her team at Gentle Dental Tri Pointe. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Services were explained well, quick, and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to this facility for my future dental needs.

I knew I had dental problems, loose, misaligned, and missing teeth, and bony growths in my jaw. I avoided smiling for years. Luckily I chose The Gentle Dental Tri-Point office to help.At the initial appointment I was met with multiple courteous, friendly and experienced staff. It was obvious they were very happy there with their work and co-workers.I saw Dr Nay, who diagnosed all the issues I was faced with. He went over the xray results meticulously explaining everything, and answered all questions in detail, explaining what to expect of the recommended procedures, which were extensive. I had extreme gum disease, deep pocket bone loss, and multiple large bony torus growths. They provided detailed cost estimates of the surgeries required. Partial upper/lower dentures, needing 14 extractions with 14 bone grafts, and torus surgical removals to make the dentures fit. Dr Nay did all the work himself flawlessly over nearly 4 hours. He was determined I would leave with all the promised work completed. I was so relieved and happy when I left!Little to no swelling or pain, I couldnt believe it went so well. The next day Dr Nay worked to get a perfect fit of the dentures to my few remaining teeth. Many staff stopped by to check on me, so nice of them. I can call at any time if any further issues at all as the needed weeks go by for grafts, and gums to settle in.I absolutely recommend Dr John Nay 100% with his dedication and expertise, his assistants Lorelei and Solange, and the front staff Patty, Reyna, and Jamie. We truly appreciate the kindness and friendliness of everyone there!

She is super gentle, so gentle in fact that she alone has cured my negative attitude toward going to the dentist. I will now only have her as my hygienist! Im so grateful for Gentle Dental Tri Pointe. After my previous dental office closed, I was transferred to the Tri Pointe office. It turned out to be a stroke of good fortune, as Gentle Dental Tri Pointe saved me thousands of dollars, putting me on a different treatment plan than the other office had prescribed. In addition, this new treatment plan healed a decades-long infection, something none of the other dentists Id seen over the years had been able to do. The Gentle Dental Tri Pointe dentist and staff have been caring, responsive, skillful, and exactly what Ive needed. Theyve turned a difficult situation into something positive, and Im grateful for them and the twists in fate that brought me to them. I highly recommend Dr. Tuli and her team!

I have been with this place for 2 years and there is nothing but problems. First their hours are not accommodating to any kind of working person which I can handle I understand but it doesn’t make sense with the amount of locations and staff members they have.First they scheduled an appointment with me for a holiday that they were closed and did not call to alert me until the night before. I had made this appointment 6 months in advance! Then was told I couldn’t make another appointment until 2 months later than my originally scheduled time.Second I went to a location that was closing soon so they said they would transfer my info. Nope! But when I arrived at the appointment, the woman couldn’t shut off the alarm system that was going off!Third I went to my appointment that I had to take time off of work for only to have the lady tell me that neither of their hygienist were in today. Someone should have called me but the previous location did not transfer my information! They did not have my phone number even though I had called to make the appointment and the lady I spoke to asked me to confirm my phone number!Do not use this company. They are not at all worth it!

My husband and I have been going to Gentle Dental for over 15 years. The staff has changed over the years, and they have all been personable and professional. However, the current staff is the best. They always greet us by name, and do their best to make our appointments work with our schedules. Dr. Tuli and Dr. Bryan are extremely concerned with our overall dental health. Kelly, the hygienist, is gentle and thorough. She gets to know you personally, and remembers it 6 months later! I used to be terrified to go to the dentist due to bad and painful experiences. Ive only had gentle dental treatment.

What a terrible experience! I checked in ON TIME, and because of the front desk trying to find information regarding insurance, I was delayed by half an hour. The dentist sent her messenger boy out to the lobby to inform me she would not see me, even though I was in a great deal of pain. There are many dentists in Tucson, and I am now taking my business (as well as my husbands and parents) to a much better office.

Today I visited Gentle Dental ..My visit was awesome.They were all just wonderful, especially Skyler my dental hygienist . She was the best hygienist I have ever had. Friendly and professional! I will be back soon!

No one should ever consider choosing this place for their dentist.I was new to Tucson and was looking for a new dentist in town. I went to Gentle Dental because it was close to my apartment. First, I got put into the chair and the dental assistant comes by to take pictures of my teeth. She tells me that I have some gum disease but I cannot diagnose you because I am not the doctor.Next the dentist comes in and looks at my x-rays and tells me I have 11 cavities that I need filled and needed to pay $1,500+ in expenses. I had only had 1 cavity in my life before this so it was a little hard to believe. The dentist disagreed with the hygienist and said I did not have gum disease (which was another red flag). The kicker was that they tried to tell me that a place where I had bit my lip while eating was an ulcer (Completely wrong and didnt even ask what it was from).With all of these red flags I went to get a second opinion at another dentist and low and behold I had 2 cavities(costing $100 -Much less per cavity through the same insurance) instead of 11.This place is unethical and will try to get you to pay as much money as they think they can get. I cant help but think about how many other people they have attempted to scam with their unethical lies.

This review is just for the office staff since I never made it back to be seen. I was a new customer and they knew that. So one expects to be greeted to SOME extent. When I walked in it took them quite a while to say anything to me. When they did, it was rude or short, by someone that clearly hated their life and their job. Dont put that on your patients, especially new ones! Even though they had been open for almost an hour, they were not ready to handle customers yet. After filling out paperwork, I waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time only to be told it will be about 20 more minutes. I just got up and left. I had to get to work and was just frustrated with the overall treatment. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they TRIED to squeeze me in. And the place looked clean... And i couldnt vouch for their actual Dentists. Perhaps theyre wonderful! I just couldnt stand the office staff.

I go to Gentle Dental at 6373 E. Tanque Verde, AZ Suite 100. I have gone to them ever since they opened at this address and at their previous address on Tanque Verde (under a different name) since approx. 2000. I have had cavities filled, crowns made and also dentures. The last few years I have had implants done (at a different place) and they do the crowns for them and also did a full implant denture. Always wonderful service. The staff is great and always greets you when you come in the office. The dentists (Dr Tuli) and hygienist (Kelly) are excellent. They treat you as if you are the only person they are treating. It is true that they talk to you, numb you up and then go work on another patient....this I believe happens in most dental offices in order to treat more clients. They explain everything to you so that you understand and answer all questions you ask. Yes, sometimes there is a wait...but how many of you have been in the chair longer then you were scheduled for?

Dr. Tuli is always amazing. Every time I need to be numbed for whatever reason, I can never feel any of the work that she is doing on my teeth. Also, had a filling done today and it only took her 20 minutes to do the actual filling. Thats the fastest filling Ive ever had done. I will always come back to her for all my dental work. She always treats me with respect and kindness, and always lets me know whats going on and how she is going to fix it properly. I love coming here and getting to see her as well as Solange.

I used to have a major fear of dentist but ever since I started going to see Dr. Tuli at Gentle Dental...Herself & her helpful staff have assured me that going to the dentist doesnt have to be like pulling teeth😉 lol, But that there is such a thing as a pleasant dentist appointment! I had a tooth fall out of my denture a couple days before we were to leave on a vacation trip. I called an employee, Derrien Maas, and asked if I could get the denture repaired in a very short time. He and Doctor Tuli were able to get me worked in for an early appointment on Monday, July 15th and I was able to go back for my denture late that afternoon.I was so very grateful for their assistance and we were able to leave on time for our trip.I was treated very professionally and the whole staff was so friendly, and the office is immaculate everywhere. I would recommend the Gentle Dental group to everyone.

I have been going to Gental Dental for years. Now, I feel that the people who work here really dont care about me. I had my third crown done in September. Two weeks later, it fell out and I had to wait until Monday to get it put back in - no problem. The problem now is that Im being charged for another $63 by Gental Dental. I paid for the first $63, but was charged another $63. I have asked for an itemized statement from Gental dental three times (the first time was to Patty, the second time was to the office manager and the third time to Patty again). I have yet to receive this statement on where the second $63 is coming from. The first $63 was because of extra x-rays from my crown per Patty. Who knows why they are charging me again. I have yet to receive a call back about it.Another thing, the needle/syringe they use to numb the nerves before putting in my crowns looks like a needle/syringe they used from the 1970s. It is quite painful. There is nothing gentle about it. I have had a root canal done and it was not that painful when they numb the nerve. I have offered to use a syringe/needle from my place of employment, but was declined. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place.I am still waiting on a call back (3/24/19) from 2 weeks ago. I doubt Ill ever get a call back. I have even mailed in a request for an itemized statement back in September of 2018 and have never received this request from Gentle Dental.

Best experience one can get when you have a set of full dentures made and teeth pulled. Its like they are part of the family great group of people who care and are genuinely concerned .

Based on Dr Tuli and her team, I gave four stars. Theyre great and other than the sometimes long wait times between procedures/bad hours for working people this place and Dr. Tuli are great. I didnt want to tarnish her Google Reviews with a low star rating, but feel like I have to warm people about the other guy there, Dr. Deeb.This guy is a massive dummy. I believe hes the periodontist. They said I needed a crown lengthening surgery, so I went for it, had a temporary crown on the tooth getting worked on which was removed for the procedure.Afterwards it was very sensitive breathing/drinking water so I asked Is this going to go away after a day or so? to which he says Oh dont worry, youve had the root canal done so it shouldnt hurt at all and I reply with a very confused look ....no, I dont believe I have. So this guy didnt even check my chart to see what had been done before! Strike One.Next, after discussing basically how bad its going to suck the next couple weeks having this exposed nerve in my mouth, the assistant tells me she needs to clean the area and puts the suction hose DIRECTLY ONTO THE EXPOSED NERVE! White-hot blinding pain. Then she had the nerve to request that I not move while shes cleaning. Figured theyd teach you in dental school how bad something like that can hurt. Strike Two.Lastly, while theyre frantically trying to figure out a solution for my tooth, one idea they had was to put the temp crown back on. So this genius gives it a try after his assistant couldnt do it, and puts his fingers in my mouth, then takes them out and puts the saliva covered fingers ON MY FACE for leverage! Strike Three.Absolutely insane. Guy straight up smelled like fish too. All of this happened in 1 ~hour long visit. To be fair, the crown lengthening went okay and was done correctly as far as I could tell, but his oversights/errors on virtually everything else was the main issue I had. Dr Tuli pulled some strings and got me scheduled at the OV Office the next morning for a temp filling and there was little pain afterwards.Ultimately ended up changing dentists because of scheduling issues and I moved so there was an office closer to me that did same-day crowns, but Id still recommend Dr Tuli to friends. Just be warned, steer clear of Deeb if you have the option.

Dr. Tuli is very professional and has a good sense of humor making even a trip to the dentist a positive venture! Her assistant Ed is also professional and does his job well, but could also hold a second job as a stand up comedian! They are both great at what they do and great to be around!I will let you know later, next year, how their procedures endured, lol, true.

I have unfortunately been going here for years because it was where my parents go and when my mom offered to help me with dental care now that I am off her ins I had no choice in where I got to go. Patty and Dr. Tuli know myself and family well. I feelthat Dr.Tuli in fact caused the severe issues I’m having now just for the $$$. She did a filling on me which when he was finished realized “the cavity was too far up my tooth/into my gum so I was going to need a crown.” Well that began my mistrust and anxiety so I put it off,well one day I’m eating and the filling literally fell out of my mouth within a couple months so now there’s more of an issue which then leads to the tooth breaking so now I need”root canal and crown.” Again put if off due to anxiety and mistrust so when I do return I’m told the tooth is not saveable but first I need to go to valley endontics pay $100 visit fee for an incredibly rude dr to spend 2 minutes with me to tell me the tooth is dead and needs to be pulled. Now I’m having severe pain due to a cavity I’ve called twice this week about my pain and getting in and patty tells me I have to wait until next WEDNESDAY to be seen,I can’t eat or sleep from the pain butoh well. Sadly I have their joke of “insurance” but I’ll be dammed if I go back to these money hungry scam artists,my grandmother calls them the McDonald’s of dental care.😂 Luckily my amazing pastor is going to pay for me to receive real dental care. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU CAN!

How rude is that!?

This dentists office has been going downhill for years now and weve come to the final decision today to no longer use this office for any of our dental needs. The scheduling is horrific, cancellations are unacceptable and absurd, waiting in the chair for more than an hour to see the dentist is rude and disrespectful to clients time, and favorite hygienists are either being pushed out or leaving in rapid pace. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I was referred by Dr Blaze next office in the same building. My 13 year old had to have 4 teeth pulled before his braces could be put on. Dr Tuli office was very professional and we were seen by Dr Tuli within a few minutes. She was kind and very personal with my son and my self dispite a very busy office. Theyre clearly looking to just overbill your insurance company by unbundling procedures for billing, offering unnecessary procedures (they tried to convince me to get braces AGAIN despite me having no reason for more orthodontic work and they recommended I see an oral surgeon because my wisdom teeth are coming in an they might be a problem when Im in my 50s). They also were misleading - I was not informed the first visit would be an exam only and not include a cleaning despite me calling to schedule a cleaning (which means they get to bill out twice for something that should all be done in one exam). Avoid these scam artists.

***DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE *** Just like the post below these people are unethical to say the least...almost criminal. They had me convinced I had all sorts of problems $$$, most importantly a cavity that didnt even exist. I went and got a second opinion from Rita Ranch Dental (highly recommended.) They did more x-rays and found that this Gentle Dental was going to drill into my tooth for NO REASON! There was no cavity and the other problems they were convincing me I had were typical in my adult mouth. These crooks would have been perfectly happy charging me thousands of dollars and having me go through pain for no reason. BEWARE of the pre-cleaning inspection and If you feel uneasy about a diagnosis, get a second opinion. The people we refer to as professionals sometimes let greed get in the way of care.

Dr. Tuli was the best thing to ever happen for me! After having a very traumatic experience with my last dentist, I was terrified of them all! She and her staff were aware of this, thanks to my fiance, and couldnt have been more accommodating.I have gone through a lot, total denture, and Dr. Tuli and her staff made it very easy, personal, and professional as one could expect.

I took my daughter to Try Pointe to have extractions done for her braces since her normal dentist office does not do pediatric extractions, and was extremely pleased with everyone there. Patty who is at the front desk is always very welcoming and as the first face you see, makes you feel comfortable being there. Solange, sorry if I misspelled your name, assists Dr Tuli and was always very sweet and kind to both myself and my daughter. Dr Tuli is an absolute gem! It is difficult to take a 7 year old in to have teeth pulled, especially when you have to go more than once, but my daughter was so comfortable with Dr Tuli that she was ok with going. Dr Tuli did such an amazing job and is very patient and explains everything she is doing in a way that is easy to understand. I work full time and live far from the office and they were so wonderful with working with me and my limited availability for scheduling. Thank you to everyone at Tri Pointe for being so great to myself and my daughter!!!

Do Not use this dentist the staff and dentist our rude and very impatient to the patient especially id the patient is disabled or someone who can not fend for themselves also they find a way to charge you for things you did not see on the paperwork you sign as an approval for services and when we found out about it they tell you oh dont worry about it but next cleaning they add it again they dont listen and they just try and bill your company for it anyway and find a way to blame you for it

Some of the staff is very rude and has no patience.I came in for tooth pain, I was told I needed a root Canal and that I would go to another office of theirs for it. They said they would make the appointment for me and a week later when I was in excruciating pain, they had NOT made the appointment and ignored me and my phone calls and finally made me an appointment after I had been battling them for a hour.Dont want to continue coming here after I get my permanent cap.

First off it is impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone for some reason. Also my husband has left work early twice only to arrive and find out that his appointment has been canceled.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I’ve always felt like they care about their patients, from cleaning all the way to check ups.
