Not only was this my first visit to this location, but a new customer as well. Stephanie, at the front was super amazing with getting me the paperwork fast and explained the info. She was very nice and helpful. Eliza, the Practice Manager, rocked on the x-ray equipment and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Absolute joy. And Dr. Rod was super cool. Great bedside manner. And lastly, Victor, cleaned my teeth like a boss. Thats why they call this place Gentle Dental. Super amazing experience. I was very impressed with the staff and procedures. I will be coming back again and recommending to family and friends!

I had to get a root canal and was relieved to see that I did not feel any pain during the process. The doctor was great and gentle. Hopefully I do not need another root canal but if I do I will definitely go back! Thank you Gentle Dental!

Nothing like having an appointment only to find everything locked up and moved out when you show up. Communication to patients would have been great.

I had an amazing experience with the Gentle Dental family. The front office staff was very friendly and Elisa was very quick with paperwork. My ex rays were quick and painless; as was my cleaning. Dr. Rodriguez was thorough and personable! This was by far the best office I’ve been to! I will be returning regularly!

I was a patient at Gentle Dental for about 2.5 years. I had braces there until august 2019 when I got them removed. After my braces were removed the Orthodontist told me they had missed a tooth during the whole two year period and my smile is not what they promised because of the missed tooth. They said they would contact me to schedule to put my braces back on, but I never got a call, and when I asked them a few months later there was no record of them ever messing up my braces. I paid over $5000 for my braces, and you would expect they would do something to fix it.Update: My sister, who used to be my guardian, sent an email to Gentle Dental HR about this issue since no one in the office would speak to us regarding the issue. No response from HR as well. This whole situation is just horrible, and no one will do anything to fix it. Now tell me, Does my smile look perfect and like I had braces to you?Side Note: I wear my retainer every single day, and its obvious that there is a problem

I have visited the dentist 6 times in my life, 3 of those being at Gentle Dental. All of the staff are kind, knowledgeable and ready to help making your visit quick, easy and relaxing. They dont try and upsell anything and just want to make sure they help you to a happy healthy mouth. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience, Dr. Rodriguez his staff were truly amazing and friendly! The wait was minimal, Dr. Rodriguez is great at explaining everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back.

If I could I would give them a 10 star rating but there are only 5. Since day one, they have been very professional and have been there through the whole process for me. I want to say thank you to Janelle, Damian, Raquel, and Andrea for always making me feel welcomed and making me always look forward to my next appointment.

My daughter has braces with gentle dental and has had nothing but issues. She leaves messages with them and they don’t return her phone calls. She is currently having issues with her braces and for 3 days has been calling with no call backs. Just leaving voice mail with the automated phone system. The orthodontist side of Gentle dental is not ideal at all

Let me start by saying that I really dislike seeing the dentist. Bad childhood experiences. The entire staff here is great. They help you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is so friendly. I like that they have early hours. It allows me to get to work on time. Victor is a great hygienist.

Very fast service !! The dentist himself and the rest of the staff were wonderful !! Explained everything before hand. Actually LISTENED to what I said and made adjustments for MY dental needs..VERY IMPORTANT ! Myself and my husband will be going back for our future dental needs.

Gentle Sent me was amazing. I had gotten a massive tooth ache Monday night and they got me in the next morning and pulled my tooth. I didnt feel a thing and the dentist told me what he was doing before he did it . it was a great dentist visit.

What an office! I am a new patient there and I already feel special. The treatment that this team offers you is unlike any other, I have ever experiened. They treat you like a family member not just a customer. I can keep going of how great this team at this office is! But I dont want to take more of your time. This is my for ever dentist place . ooh that sounds like a good new name for this office!

The staff were very nice to me, they had to verify my new insurance, and made my trip to the office a pleasant one. They also offered me some tips to keep my teeth healthy.

At 66 years old Ive had my teeth cleaned many times but victor Garcia is a gift from God, very professional and kind hearted. I love this man and consider myself fortunate to be one of his patients.

If I could post zero stars I would. I had my braces taken off nearly 4 years ago, I wore my retainer every night and my teeth were in perfect condition until one night I accidentally lost my bottom retainer. I went the night without using it and immediately went the next day to get a new one. When I woke up I could feel that my teeth had already shifted (also Im a side sleeper). I went the next day and expressed how I felt that they had already shifted but the orthodontist said it was fine. I got the new retainer molded and made and began using it immediately. I still noticed my bite felt off, teeth felt shifted, and even my facial structure seemed different. Long story short I have been trying to get this fixed for months but the orthodontist is either never in the office or when I do get in she is beyond rude and was even to the point of yelling at me on front of her other patients and saying I needed to stop trying to get help for this because she thought nothing was wrong and nearly had me transferred to another orthodontist and was going to charge me over $100 to have my charts sent there. She finally offered to put braces on me again but is going charge me $3,000!! For an adjustment!!!!! $3,000!!!!!! To adjust my teeth slightly!!!!! Service is beyond rude, orthodontist is never in the office. Will be transferring soon. Dont give these people a chance.

Customer service is lacking!! I signed a release of information to have my records emailed. It has been over 3 months, no records. I was at one office, that office closed with no notice. The correct amount of X-rays were taken in order to have tooth extracted the same day. I was not able to pay all of the charges, hence the tooth was not pulled I continued to pay the amount due in order to have the tooth extracted. I was told there was no indication that the bill was paid to have the tooth extracted. The agencies are not connected to one another within agencies systems. A office manager at one location told me there was no problem, and office manager from the other site said there was no payments to indicate to have the tooth extracted. Agencies need to stop passing the buck. My experience with Gentle Dental has been less than unsatisfactory!

This is a follow up and update to my mom Jennifer’s review. The general manager called me and after telling her my horrible experience all she said was that I could go to another location. To be honest, I hate writing bad reviews, I really do, but this experience was sooooooooo awful. Mind you, I paid $250 out of pocket I feel like I should get a full refund or partially. The whole experience was terrible. For those who didn’t see Jennifer’s review, I came in for an extraction after the first Novocain I didn’t feel numb, during the second time I felt it all spill into my mouth. He began to pull my tooth out without checking the numbness and I was in so much pain. The third time he numbed me he made a statement that he can’t give me anymore Novocain so when he began to pull my tooth I just dealt with the pain hoping and knowing it would be over any second. It was awful. Not to sound mean, but I think it’s about time he retires. He was very elderly and I’m sure he meant well and didn’t mean to hurt me, but oh my god I’m traumatized!

Everyone in the office is friendly and proficient at their job. Victor, who I’ve been seeing for several years, is a true professional. Highly recommend!

Hated my experience here.Front staff were indifferent, the dentists assistant was rude and Dr. Valdasaars (I do not recall his exact name, but thats a good approximation) focus was on selling me a service an not providing dental care. I will not go back again, ever.Thats the short story, heres the longer for those interested or those with a similar experience that want confirmation that their experience wasnt a fluke:I called and scheduled an appointment and was surprised when no one ever asked me why I wanted to be seen. I arrived early and had to wait until thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. The dentists assistant sat me down and immediately began to try to take x-rays of my mouth. When I protested that I just wanted to have a spot on my tooth looked at by the dentist she argued with me telling me that the Dr. Valdasaar wouldnt see me until after Id had 18 x-rays! He finally came over a few minutes later and wouldnt settle for less than one x-ray before hed look at my tooth. After the x-ray he looked around in there with his *DIRTY* mirror, and concluded I needed a filling, but they were far too busy to fix that today, but how about a nice cleaning? Wouldnt you like for your mouth to feel nice and clean? $275 for one x-ray, five minutes of the dentists time and maybe fifteen minutes of his assistants time only to be told something I already knew. I can only imagine what that would have cost me if Id simply trusted that they had my best interest at heart and let them do the cleaning and all the x-rays. BE WARNED, THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU.

Terrible!I recently started bringing my son to gentle dental, the few times I have gone have been a waste of my time. They canceled serveral appointments and my son has not received the care he should have. He has been in pain for 3 days now and when I got a call back from the on call dentist he told me the office is open Saturday and I could just take him in then. Well.... The office is not open Saturdays and hes still in pain. This experience has been the worst I have ever had with a dental practice. I do not recommend this practice, spare yourself the disappointment.

The process went very smoothly. The staff and doctor were very professional and curteous. The work was painless and efficient. Hardly any wait time and the facility was clean.

This dentist is the worst. My daughter came out of there crying after getting a tooth pulled because this dentist allowed her to feel the entire process. Im telling all of my family and friends about this experience so that they NEVER come here and have to go through feeling all that pain. I myself have had a ton of dental work and have never had to feel anything like she did. Good dentists make sure the patient doesnt have to feel pain by giving enough novocaine. OMG the entire process was the worst ever!!!

I have been going to the ina road office for a few years before it became gentle dentle. I have noticed a difference staff wise since the change. They seem not as organized. However, Camy, one of the hygenists there is amazing. She is sweet and thorough, and always takes time to take good care of me. Whatever they pay their hygenists is not enough. I love her!!!!!!!

I called for a cleaning, but got x-rays and a follow up appointment. The staff is curt and the Dr. Is an octogenarian. I sat and waited for 45 minutes after I was scheduled. Wont be back.

Made an appointment to get my braces off at 7am on a Saturday and waited an hour and a half until someone showed up. They said they dont open until 9am so not sure why I was told 7. My 1 hour appointment turned into 3 hours

Terrible older dentist. It took many visits and 9 painful novocaine shots to finally get a crown put on my tooth. He also chipped an incisor trying to pry a temporary off. I protested to the insurance company and got nowhere. I will get a new dental clinic asap.
