Wont ever go back. If you have long hair dont trust the blond lady with curly hair. You will walk out with no hair. SMH!!!!

I loved this place!! The girls were very busy but I still got my chair for a hair cut with in 15 minutes. Both me and my daughter cut our hair here for the first time and the girls did exactly what we asked for. The facility was clean and fashionable and accessible. The price was really good which was a relief because a lot of places tend to over price woman for haircuts. I have found my go to place for a haircut and I will probably not switch hair stylist for a long while. As far as colors I cant say from experience, but there was other girls there getting color in their hair and from what I saw it looked fantastic. Good job to all the ladies from Express!!

I went here the very first time I dyed my hair. HUGE mistake. The lady completely botched my hair it was not balayage. I will not be returning ever

I had such a hard time before getting anyone to style my hair the way I wanted. Finally here they did it for me here. Everytime I go Im never disappointed.

Got my hair cut back in June, it seemed nice until I washed it. My hair was so thinned out in the back and UNEVEN. Had to wait till September to let it grow out and fixed at Great Clips. Not going back.

Great place, the people are nice and they cut my hair and my sons hair just how we like it.Update 12/29/17: Got an awkward vibe after they told me they dont cut hair like a barbershop. Never been told that before. They opened a barbershop down from them, maybe same ownership? Gonna try them out.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Obviously they dont know how to do their jobs and they should find another career or learn to do their job correctly. I let my hair grow out for 2 years. For what?! So they could completely ruin it. And then on top of that theyre extremely unprofessional saying unnecessary comments. Oh yeah and watch your things ladies ! I left my phone and when I went back to get it they tried telling me they didnt know until i told them my car bluetooth told me it was their they gave it up so easily. Its just funny because they kept trying to unlock it . Point is if you want to be the laughing stock this is the place for you.

They were rude they kept taking all the people barely coming in and had me, my mom and daughter waiting just for a haircut. This isnt the first time theyve done that. Officially done with that place. They dont have people on a list they take whoever they want.

Save your money and go somewhere else. The customer service is awful, when i wasnt satisfied with my hair, everyone began to get ugly and make negative comments even whispering about my comment and about me. I brought in a picture to show the hair style, in the end it looked NOTHING like that and told her. I was charged to fix her mistakes! POINT IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
