I just met a very nice, personable, and knowledgeable gentleman named Tom. He is co-owner of this studio and doing a wonderful job, pretty much alone, while his wife recoups from surgery. The studio is clean and pretty with a wide selection of products.I used and sold Merle Norman cosmetics years ago and wish I had stayed with it. Im happy I found Tom and Dennys little studio as it is the last Merle Norman Studio in the Tucson area.Young ladies this is a name in cosmetics you probably havent been introduced to and that is a shame!! Older ladies dont forget about these wonderful products.Remember, your skin will look only as good at 50+ years as the quality of products you used in your 20s and 30s.B. Yancey
You definitely want to interact with the owner. Her husband is not helpful. After driving three hours to get help with foundation color, I was told I had to make an appointment.I asked to get a sample from the tester, I have been a Merle Norman customer for 20 years, I was told that was not how it worked.I went to Ulta and will definitely find what I need there.
Deni the owner is always so polite and quite helpful and if you ever want a free makeup lesson you can do so.
I always feel like such a valued customer when I visit
