I would not recommend coming to this King Soopers location if you can help it, overall they have gone down hill significantly in terms of service. They don’t notify you if there are any issues with insurance until you’re already there to pick up your prescription. That is if you can get through the line. Recently I waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru without any movement and then I went inside there was a line of about 5-6 people. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a long wait to pickup something already done. Go somewhere else if you can help it or just get it through the mail.

I would like to thank Nicole in the pharmacy. She went out of her way to help me with an urgent transfer of prescription for my dad who has Parkinsons. She jumped through some hoops for us and I hope shes recognized for her patience, helpfulness, and positive attitude! 🥇

This pharmacy is the absolute worse! In the 5 years I have used the pharmacy I have never spoken to someone that wasnt rude or resembled any form of customer service. None of the employees have any sense of urgency or speediness. The grocery store is great however, this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired.

Made an appt for a consultation. Got there early for my appt. stood at the check in counter. I was ignored for 20 min. Now it is past my appt time. I am still waiting and being ignored.I finally go to the other counter strictly for prescription pick up. They tell me there is no appointment. I give them my confirmation number and they say that confirmation numbers do not matter and there is no appt. 40 min have passed now. The counter person tells me she can have some small paperwork ready in an hour. The amount of disrespect and lack of common courtesy is atrocious. Magically an appt disappears once I get to the counter? Confirmation number is not valid? They couldn’t pull up my phone number even tho I received texts to confirm my appt?Zero respect for me or my time. 0/10. Will never recommend.TLDR: don’t come here for pharmacy consultations

My customer requested a holiday edition drink and I couldnt find it. After asking 3 employees on the floor and getting fingers pointing me all over the store, I decided to ask cust service. I spoke with a manger Liz, and she gave me an attitude and told me she doesnt know and they must be out. I expect more effort as a customer. I would guess the policy is to help customers. I shop all over town and this is by far the worst king soopers staff in the metro area.

Im pretty sure king soopers pharmacy could care less about these reviews and im sure they dont acknowledge them. If they cared they would do something about these sociopathic borderline personally employees w/narcissistic traits. They are easy to spot in an interview process unless you are one yourself. So that gives u a clue about the person running the show at this kingsoopers pharmacy location. The end....have a nice day ☺️❤️👩‍🌾

Tammy is hands down the best person I’ve ever interacted with at a pharmacy. I was getting a prescription filled for my inhaler and upon seeing the high price, she tried her hardest to find a way to make it cheaper, even taking down my number and offering to call the company herself. My mom later went and got her prescription filled and Tammy helped her refund orders and reapply coupons which my mom had previously been sent to customer service for. She is the absolute best!

Pharm techs are rude and unsympathetic. They will not do anything to help out. There is one pharmacist that is helpful, unfortunately he cant be there all the time.

50% of the time its hassle free and its simple. Other half everyone is rude rude rude for no reason at all. Actually, most of the time theyre rude. I always blow it off but it shouldnt be like that. They really need to do something about the drive through physically. It is a pain in the butt to access the receive window if you have a truck or SUV like myself. They honor most coupons if youre paying out of pocket. They dont open until 9am. Sometimes thats an issue but its not like its not posted there for you to see.

Thank you kings for all you do. You guys work so hard and are keeping this city going. Were thinking about you every day and want you to know we appreciate you.

I had to comment after seeing the negative reviews--I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy location. Everyone has always been helpful and nice.

The staff at this pharmacy was very helpful when I went to get a prescription filled. There was a issue with my insurance and Monique took the time to figure out the issue.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! It only takes one rude person to ruin your expierence. The employees at this location are always rude! Why are pharmacies staffing such rude and impersonable people. Tip.... If you hate your job find something else to do!! Customer service here is a JOKE!!

Wait is always to long and the people here are always real short and rude. Very non personable bad customer service!
