Nice, clean facility. Front desk lady and MRI Tech were both punctual and pleasant to deal with. MRIs are never fun, however this was an OK experience. Get some bigger chairs in your waiting area and this would have been 5 stars.

They all did a very good job - scheduling my appt, working with insurance or self pay. I got a reminder call the day before. And when I arrived - I did my paperwork and did not wait much longer and it was time for my MRI..The scan was explained and it didnt take long at all. Yes I would recommend Touchstone imaging in Thornton CO. Thank you

On January 18, 2021 assisted my wife in taking my father in law to the Thornton office. The patient Service Representative Kristie N. was amazing and had so much patience with me. To start off my father in law forgot his mask and that meant I didnt have one because I had to give him mine. I felt so embarrassed that I had to ask for one however one of the staff immediately found me one to utilize. I assumed that all my father in laws paperwork was done prior to taking him however this was not the case. Unfortunately, I forgot my glasses so now I not only didnt have information to provide to the service representative but now I couldnt read or at least attempt to provide information. I explained this to Kristie and she took the time to help me fill out the information verbally. I was then able to sign and date all the documents. My father in law was there for an MRI, in addition, Colleen the Technologist was very helpful and kind to my father in law. In any organization or business it takes employees who not only step up to perform their regular duties and responsibilities, but those that go above and beyond with pride in the company and a smile on their face. My Patient Service Rep Kristie was great and very professional. Brandy my Technologist was a blessing. I was treated with respect and lots of questions to make sure she will be getting the best image. MRIs are very noisy so it was a pleasure to have my favorite tunes piped in to help distract me. I have a small space phobia and Brandy made it more pleasant. Thank you for having such a great team.

FANTASTIC! Definitely recommend. My appointment time was scheduled for 7:45am. I showed up at 7:15am to fill out paperwork and than I was taken back to get an ultrasound done. Everyone was super nice and straight forward about everything which I appreciate. I also finished at 7:45am so I was only there about a half hour- super super awesome!

The tests, mris and actually services are great. Very courteous technicians and services. It’s the billing at this place that is infuriating and has been for the ten years I have been going here. This place goes out of their way to rip you off. If you have insurance do not believe what they say about how much you owe. My plan is a PPO plan with copays. An MRI should be $120.00 but they always quote me $640.00. They say they don’t do copays only deductibles Which I think is against the rules for a place that is in network. They only bill out of network and they won’t do the service unless you pay their incorrect billing amount. When you question their fraudulent billing they are rude, combative and don’t care that they are billing incorrectly. Go anywhere else where they know how to handle insurance. This place is an affront to quality health care.

I just went for an MRI today for the first time ever. I’m slightly claustrophobic, but didn’t say anything, I was just trying to conquer my fear in silence lol and I did. Colleen was my technologist during my MRI and she was so nice. You put your things in a locker before you go in and they prep you on the table. I started to get nervous as I was placed into the machine, but Colleen gave me some head phones to listen to soothing Christmas music and checked on me while I was in the machine to make sure I was doing good. She was even able to turn up the volume on the head phones so I could focus on that more than being in the machine. It was a mental challenge that I overcame, but glad to say I made it. Thanks for your help Colleen!

I have been coming to the 120th and Pennsylvania location for a few years now. I have tumor that requires an annual MRI checkup. The staff has always been courteous and professional. I’ll be coming back for my continuing follow up visits. I highly recommend TouchStone Imaging.

This place does not have an open sides MRI but their larger diamete MRI gives great resolution, the tube you are in is much shorter and you can see out of the head area and she plays good music and checks on you and mine only took 13 minutes. I will never fear that again

Ive been sent to the Thornton and Lafayette locations for imaging for the past 2 years. Every experience has been great (except being in the MRI tube... dislike it a lot, but the technicians were great helping me cope, each of them have been so helpful). I had 1 time where one of their CT machines were down and redirected me to Lafayette same day around the same as my Thornton appointment. The guy in Lafayette was awesome. The ones that did mine in Thornton are awesome. Peak time, Saturdays... always great. I do the surveys at the end, too, because I like to make sure the people that helped me are recognized. Now a days, its a thing for customer service (which Im in) and want to make sure they know who their awesome people are. Thank you for your service and friendliness!

The place itself is fine, the technician was really nice and friendly. However, as a whole company, they are not great. I have contacted them 6 different times to request my medical records and they say they will reply to emails and calls within 24 hours, but they have not once contacted me. If you want copies of your records ever, dont go here.

Great experience for a simple walk-in X-Ray! My Doctors office x-ray tech was out so they sent me here. I walked-in and they were very busy - they warned me there would be a long wait but it wasnt that long at all. The X-Ray tech (Scott) was awesome, kind, patient, informative, everything you dont expect when a place is as busy as they were. I have an MRI coming up and Ill do my best to schedule it with this location if I can.

Weve had scans 4 times, going again today. This location is VERY busy. Weve come at different hours & busy, busy, busy. The ladies at the front are professional, they do their job, not friendly but not rude either. I sympathize with them because they are dealing with the general public which can be rude & not understanding that it is busy. The techs weve dealt with have been very nice. There is coffee & cookies in the waiting area which is great because you will wait for a bit, maybe 15 mins at the longest. Nice clean location. We are very pleased with their service.

All I can say is WOW!! Had to take my dad here for an ultrasound and was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. Very friendly staff, very clean environment and in the waiting room they had free coffee, tea a variety of cookies from a reputable company. Being an ex medical worker its the little things that make a good impression. Thank you all so much for the excellent work you do.

Upon arrival, argument ensued over correct copay/ patient responsibility. These folks apparently don’t know how to call and verify coverage. Then they want you to sign something saying it’s ok for their collection agency to call you on home/work/cell phones. No thanks.No they no I’m frustrated, so I get called into the MRI room and start the procedure. Tech asks me what music I want on the headphones and the she puts on the opposite of what I asked for just to mess with me.Unprofessional, and ridiculous.

I have not even been a patient of this organization yet but trying to schedule an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. I was calling for two days in a row and then I missed a call from them when they finally decided to call me back and then they couldn’t figure out which person it was called. I then sat on hold for seven more minutes and then they told me that the person I needed speak to you was busy! Seriously? If they can’t even book your appointment properly how in the world are they going to take a proper MRI and get it over to your doctor in a timely and efficient manner. No thanks.

They were very accommodating! Although The girl who did my scans was not very clear in informing me of what body part she was scanning so my results were very hard to read! Front desk staff was wonderful and helped me get all my previous scans so I could compare them! They even squeezed me in before normal hours to get my scans done because I had several to do! Staff is unfriendly and rude. First they call and cancel my appointment 15 minutes to arriving and rescheduled me for a week later. The tech that put the dye into my shoulder didnt wait for it to numb up and the pain sucked. After the injection they made me walk through the lobby in a hospital gown. How embarrassing!! Then to top it all off they forget to read my results. Im 2 hours from seeing my surgeon and I have no report to provide to him after waiting 2 weeks for my arthogram appointment. They will also not provide me with a copy of the report unless I drive 45 minutes to pick it up. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went in to get an ultrasound done, I asked and made sure my insurance fully covered the costs, the receptionist said yes and I’ve been getting harassed with letters saying I owe 300 dollars when I have a paper from my insurance stating it was fully covered. They now sent it to debt collection when I don’t owe anything. Don’t ever go here.

I have had many test performed by this facility in the past 2 years. My wait time has been minimal and the staff has always been great to work with. I have never had any billing or insurance complications like a few others have noted. Only negative I would say is their machines were down and I was not notified untill I arrived and had to jump through hoops to reschedule with another facility.Thank you

We have fantastic insurance and my husbands procedure was covered 100% yet they made us pay the procedure cost at the time of the appointments. Our insurance paid them the same amount within 10 days of his appointments. It has now been 45 days and we still havent received a refund of what we paid. They have $600 of our money and no rush to get it back to us. They didnt even notify us...I had to discover this myself. I keep getting the check is in the mail....

Not sure why all of the mixed reviews. My experience couldnt have been better. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and didnt have to wait even that to be asked to go and get my MRI done. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous. The technician was also super kind and accommodating as I have limitations because of my back injury and pain. My primary care sends me here for diagnostic imaging. They are great about scheduling. But Ive had 2 ultrasounds there and find it extremely inappropriate the the ultrasound technician shares what she seems to think she finds on the ultrasound. Im not ok with her sharing what she thinks she sees.

I kept telling the tech “no, left, the pain is to the left!” She stayed to the right and continued to take pictures of organs like a 3 year old instead of going to the left of my belly bottom like I asked. She was a skinny blonde girl,no older than 25. Never again..

Know your payment arrangement options before having any exams performed. In my experience they are not very flexible when it comes to payment arrangements. I was given 3 months to pay off a 424.00 balance or an option to apply for a loan through care credit. I asked to make monthly payments of 50.00 of which they advised they could only do 3 months and would not budge. I am in a position to qualify for care credit, but what bothers me is the lack of compassion it seems they have for being in the health care industry. Most healthcare providers are a little more negotiable to ensure they will get paid, but with Touchstone my options were presented as pay the 170.00 monthly or we will send you to collections. Its like, I want to pay, but the amount I can afford to pay is not good enough for you.So, why pay at all if your just going to send me to collections. They would rather get no money than all of their money at a slower rate. I was seen to have a diagnostic mammogram, so time was of the essence and I needed to have the exam done as soon as possible. If that wasnt the case, I would have waited until I could afford the procedure. But again patient beware and know what your payment options are because it seems they are not very negotiable or compassionate about your health andcircumstances when it comes to the bill.

I was going to be a new patient. Showed up for appointment, 15 minutes early (first appointment of the day). Specifically asked and was assured I would be out of there by 8:00 am for other commitments. Waited until 7:15 and asked how they were already delayed if Im first person on the schedule. They said my appt was not until later and that they dont know why anyone would have assured me Id be done by 8:00. Dont go here unless you have nothing else important to do with your time.

I called shortly after the business opened to request a copy of a set scans done at another location and they told me that they would have my scans available two hours later. When I arived, it appeared as if the message never was passed on. While I appreciated their willingness to burn the disks for me on the spot, I ended up having to wait in the lobby for around 20 minutes for the disks that I was promised would be ready on a grab and go basis. While I know that no business is immune from communication problems, this caused me to be late for a doctors appointment. I would recomend that the business implement a communication log for patients who call requesting copies of their disks.

When I called, I spoke with Angel and she told me they didnt have my referral and she was going to have my provider fax or email my referral and call me back. Angel never called me back; when I called again, Heather answered the phone and I told her what had happened. She was rude and very unprofessional. This is not a friendly nor professional place and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Do not use this place if you are on medications of any sort! Giving people a heads up on their policies should they accidentally kill you. They gave me the wrong IV drip which should have been dye only but mine had valium. With all the other medications I was on thats all it took for me to pass away Christmas Eve which they called someone other than 911! Once I was revived they sent me home as if nothing ever happened so when I go to get info to thank the 1st responders for saving my life, no record. They use their own private ambulatory company so when there must be things covered up its done with no record other than you, them and your witness who took you there. How many ppl have paramedics hanging in the waiting room with ya- they dont! Touchstone Imaging wont even give me the courtesy of knowing how long I was deceased for! Please choose another imaging place - there are lots of them!

However, Im sitting in the lobby right now, for an hour now, watching the staff herd patients through the lobby wearing their hospital gowns. This outfit would not provide me with my MRI report by fax or email. They would fax it to my doctor, but not to me. They claimed it was a HIPAA violation, but I dont agree. I was contacted recently and advised they had changed their practice. Too late to help me, but Im glad that this wont impact any future patients.

Staff was kind but they were unable to find a mass on my neck my doctor asked to be examined, despite my being able to feel it with my fingers. Of course, I was still charged and Ill have to schedule a follow up somewhere else.
