First Sara us amazing. She is always helpful and responsive most all i appreciate her demeanor. Dr. Brooks is excellent and Patrick received the best care under her. Finally, each time i bring the dogs to be groomed they come home looking great.

Brought my three legged cat Hopper in for a physical and some shots. Everyone was super kind and answered all of my questions. The vet was super understanding when I explained that the family that had Hopper before hadn’t given me any paperwork, which I was stressed about. We came up with a plan for Hopper’s weight and lump on her back hip and we can’t wait to go back and see how we are doing in a year. Thank you everyone!

Wonderful, caring, staff. First time in there I could tell they love their job! The veterinarian that examined our kitty was wonderful! She is having some issues because she is now 10 years old. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything. Instead of going for the big bucks he started with changing her food instead of going for a very expensive ultrasound, of which another vet said she needed. We are going to try the practical things first then see how it goes. These are wonderful people and now they are our “go to” doc for our kitty!!

I was pleased starting with the front desk and ending with an amazing Dr Vet that I called Dr. Bill. He was amazing I stopped going there for years because I worked in Aurora and saw another Vet in Aurora. I am retired now and I will never leave them again and live just blocks from the office. I hope Dr. Bill stays with them forever he is amazing.

Couldn’t be happier. Recently moved to the area and wanted a vet that didn’t over prescribe and overcharge, and Eastlake is all that and a bag of chips. Dr Lant took her time with us and was very knowledgeable and the visit didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend!!

I took my 4-month pup Sunny for his vaccines and wellness check and really pleased with the care we received. Dr. Guster was amazing - he spent ample time with us, making sure to answer all of our questions. Front desk is also very professional, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ive been taking Pepper my dog to Eastlake Vet clinic for about a year. The doctors that have seen him were great. I ha e also had him groomed several times and Sarah is awesome. Pepper always looks great. So far I wouldnt change a thing.

I was in need of a veterinarian, shortly after everything started opening up. They got me in pretty quick considering how busy these places were during that time. I started getting my girls groomed there as well. One of my girls has a special attitude and if she don’t want you to touch her, you won’t. When I picked her up after her 1st grooming with East lake, I was so pleased. I was concerned she wasn’t going to even let them near her. Just took them in again yesterday and my girls look great. I like the fact that I get a call before she starts cutting their hair, to see exactly what I’m looking for. I would definitely recommend Eastlake Veterinary to anyone, needing a vet. The love for what they do, starts showing from the beginning, when you 1st call for the appointment. The whole team is Amazing!!!!

Love this veterinarian! Ive been coming here for 11 years. I moved further away 3 years ago and still travel there to take my babies. Dr Kieger has saved two of my babies with awesome treatment plans. They truly love your pets and have their best interest at heart. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

Always professional. Always friendly. Ive been going here with my pets for 8 years. I always feel welcomed and I know that my pets are very important to them and in good hands. Theyve taken wonderful care of my various babies for 8 years and I always feel I can trust them. That is saying a lot because that hasnt always been my experience at other places in the past. Its nice to have a place where I am truly comfortable taking my little ones to be checked out or just having someone there to call and throw questions at when necessary. Theyve always come through for me and I highly recommend them!!

So, my vet tech and vet, Dr Miller were absolutely fantastic!!!! Very helpful and understanding. I must say that the receptionist was less than pleasing... How do the kids say... Horrible A F!!! I will continue to go there, but just because the Drs and techs are wonderful... As a front desk person, people who go to the vet are usually confronted with difficult situations about their fur babies... The receptionist should be more likeable... You know, smile, pleasant greeting and goodbye... Just saying...

Sad to say that i had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment to find out that the doctor took another animal in front of mine. I had to leave due to the fact how hard it is to sit in a room with a 68 lb lab over an hour and had other commitments and so my lab was not seen for the condition I had scheduled her for. The staff and doctors help was so nice and apologetic for the doctor tardiness thank goodness at least got one of the items done and sure enough was charged for the visit. I was so upset because my poor girl wasnt seen for the rash. 😔😔ill have to see about getting her in again

Seen my dog and didnt make me pay for anything unessescary prescribed me meds and now my dog is gaining weight again and feeling so much better. I was expecting emergency visit fee and x=ray fees they were so helpful. Thank you I will be back with all of my pet needs.

When our cat, Cooper, fell and broke the bones in his paw we made the mistake of going to the local emergency vet. Our poor boy waited in a cage for 6 hours before he was seen. During that time his paw swelled up so much it was hard for them to set his bones properly. Among other things, his first cast wasn’t wrapped properly and slipped off causing his bones to become misaligned again. The emergency vet had to reset his bones but made him wait another 4 hours before they got to him. We decided we had enough and brought him here to Eastlake. We should have done this from the beginning! Dr. Guster has made us feel at ease, answered every question we could think of, and never made us feel like he was too busy or trying to rush us out the door. He communicated everything Cooper needed at every appointment. He also treated Cooper like a family member - my favorite was when he called Cooper “kiddo”. We never felt like Eastlake was trying to upsell us or get us to agree to additional services we didn’t need. Dr. Guster is very down to earth and level-headed. Both he and Eastlake have been wonderful to work with. We will be lifetime clients! Thank you!

I have been taking my pet Meeko here from day one and my second dog Bella for a while now. The staff is very professional and patient, meeko it’s a mess and gets nervous every time but they always work with him in order to get everything done in a professional and gentle manner. First I have to say we love Dr Guster so we’re so happy that he is at Eastlake. He gets 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is because our appointment was at 4 and we sat in the parking lot until 4:20 when I called again to find out why the long wait and that’s when they finally put the vet tech on the line. We were the only car in the parking lot so idk if they forgot about us or what the delay was. By the time we got to see the Dr it was 4:40. 40 mins past our appointment time. I think they can do better about the long wait times. We will continue to go here but I hope they work on their wait times.

I have been here 3 times now, to cut nails, have a broken dew claw removed, and a sick pup due to eating deodorant out of the bathroom trash. All 3 times they took great care of my boy Charlie and I! Also the meds, plus the appointment seemed to be reasonably priced.

I would have given 5 stars except they called our cat my child. I am a mom and I do not put our pets on the same level as my real children. I also was not told about ALL the things we would be doing during the visit so I was surprised once I got there. Pre visit communication was lacking. They are all very sweet and treated our animal with great care.

My sweet pup had an eye infection. I called that morning to get her in and they were able to squeeze her in that afternoon. From the assistant who came to get her, to the vets care and then coming to talk to me after, I knew my baby was in good hands. She is skiddish around men but Dr. Guster was patient with her and helped me understand what happened and how to get her better. He also helped me with ways to get over her men fear. I hope it works. Even though it is curbside right now, I know shes in good hands without me. Thank you!

We wont be returning. The staff isnt very professional and neither we nor our animals feel comfortable there. Weve taken two dogs there and neither came out in their usual happy spirits. Our previous vet in Colorado Springs was their friend so I know its not just because its the vet office, but they seemed genuinely scared of the staff when they came back. Eastlake also wouldnt return our calls and we had to call multiple times to get an answer. Plus, this place charges way more than other vets and genuinely seem to want a cash grab by suggesting an unnecessary procedure every time we have an appointment and being very pushy about it and rude when we say no. It also made us very uncomfortable that the first two times we went we paid at the end but this last time we were told we needed to pay in advance when they hadnt even seen our dog yet. Then they kept our card in there the entire time our dog was being seen. That seemed so sketchy. You need to trust your vet because they handle your kids. I gave this office 3 tries, but I dont trust them and seem to trust them less every time we go.

Worst experience ever talking to the supervisor at the front desk!!! Not only was this lady extremely rude, but she had no customer service skills what so ever! We have been going here for almost 8 years and Dr. Kieger is amazing! Over the years we have had lots of mistakes created by the techs and front desk and we have normally kept quiet about it until now. We brought our dogs in for a nail trimming and when we went to pay they didn’t add our military discount to the bill. When we asked the front clerk about it she said we never had a military discount on our file? Weird I have almost 8 years of receipts showing we have it. Either way that’s not the issue cause it only saved us $4 for nail trimming. It was the way we were treated when we questioned it! The lady lost her temper and flipped out! This place is awesome except the front desk employees always treat you like a number and not like a family member! Time for us to stop letting issues go. Over the years our dogs have had their nails trimmed at this location every 4-5 weeks. There has been around 10 times our dogs have come out of the grooming with bleeding nails! We asked them not to trim their nails too short and we got nothing but attitude from them that they don’t trim the nails too short it’s not them? Who can it be if we have only brought them to this location for nail trimming? We have had 3 times where the techs have given the wrong shots to our dogs, taken blood from the wrong dog. We never brought it up because they get so defensive about their mistakes and then verbally attack you when you actually point out the issue! People make mistakes, but when they try to say their not at fault is crazy! We tried talking to the lady and no matter what we said you could tell she was already in a bad mood and took it out on us! Before this supervisor hung up on us, she said she will send us our dogs records and we can find another vets to bring our dogs to! How is it after 8 years of going to this place keeping our mouths shut about issues and when we finally point out issues she screams at us trying to make it seem we are making this up and then tells us to find a new vets? HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I see so many people talking highly of this place and up until recently we would have too, but this supervisor needs to be removed from this location! Sorry, can’t keep quiet anymore and won’t take blame for their mistakes anymore! Drs are amazing, but be very careful with the techs and what you say to the power trip front desk employees! We will miss Dr Kieger very much, but we can’t be treated like this anymore! I hope they call or reach out to explain how a few questions set off the supervisor and she’s kicking us out of the location?

I have taken my pets to Eastlake for many, many years and have never had the poor quality of front office/phone service as I am now. I understand everything is more difficult now, however, I don’t feel I should have to call multiple times and multiple days to get through to the office. I also hate that frequently the phone is not even answered but put directly on hold. I don’t feel like the front office has ever been adequately staffed but now more than ever they need to consider getting extra help. I have considered moving to another office but I Love my groomer and do like the doctors. We will see what happens.

We took our little chihuahua in for a teeth cleaning, which she needed desperately! They had to extract 8 teeth (and they gave us the teeth). Poor thing had lots of infection, so she is on anti-biotics for 7 days. She is feeling so much better on day 4. Dr. Jerell Guster did the surgery and gave us complete instructions to follow afterwards.We are very pleased with Eastlake Veterinary Services.Thank you for taking such good care of our dog!

I moved here from out of state and was worried about finding a good vet. We have three dogs and two cats. One of our dogs has several chronic health conditions. They have been incredibly reliable and knowledgeable and professional. Since moving here we’ve been there many times. We’ve now worked with three of their vets, each kind and helpful. The support staff from techs to reception are also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My dog blaze has been coming there since he was just a few months old hes never scared to go in there hes never been traumatized any questions comments or concerns I may have for the doctor there so quick to respond Ive never experienced anything like that even my dog went into surgery and he was happy to be there and he was just as happy to go hes been treated extremely well there I have not used their grooming service yet but I sure plan on doing that as soon as his wound hills I would recommend this to anybody and everybody they dont shoot trap with you they theyre straight shooters they will let you know these are your options give you a an idea of what to look forward to which ever way they decide to go they listen to the pet parent and try to do whats best for all parties involved and when I moved to Florida I am truly truly going to contact doctor kegur to see if he knows anybody there so I can make sure I take my pet to that vet that he would trust

Initial visit was great. Vet was great. Called 2 days later to get a prescription. Was told to order online. Checked the status 2 days later, called because nothing had changed. Emailed next day. Called again 2 days later. Got a person and was advised rules for prescription had changed. I followed up, was never contacted by them.

I originally started coming here because I could get both of my dogs (dobermans) in for yearly exams/immunizations, at the same time, that worked with my schedule. The doctor was amazing! The staff was amazing! Because of Covid, the staff came & got my dogs from my car & the doctor came out to me to chat & make recommendations after their exams. We’ve always had great experiences with vets. I’m sure the care here by the actual vets are great... but the front office is very unorganized. I started taking my golden retriever puppy here for shots and checkups a few weeks ago.When scheduling the first visit, I called on the phone. The front office was very nice and told me they had a 3:20 appt available, which worked great. When I arrived at 3:19 and called them, the vet didn’t show up to my car until 3:30ish (which is fine, because I know they’re busy). But when the vet came to my door, she told me I was late to my appt and that I’d have to reschedule. I was NOT late. The vet was nice and took my puppy in. But I could tell by the look in her eyes that she didn’t believe me.Fast forward a few weeks later- I wanted to avoid the miscommunication with the front desk staff and saw that I could book an appt online. So I did. It said they had 6:30 appts available. Great. I put in a request for a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday at 6:30pm and an email was sent back saying they looked forward to seeing us on Thursday at 6:30pm. When I pulled up, I called and the front desk lady said “oh, we don’t do 6:30pm appts. Next time you should call us to confirm.” TONS OF MISCOMMUNICATIONS. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to go. I’m sure the vets are great, but the front staff gave me the impression that they really don’t care to fix any miscommunications. I know all of us have a lot of stresses in life, but this has happened the only two times I attempted to see the vet. Going somewhere else.

I am so thankful for Dr. Kieger. My dog Monty had issues for years. He had a thin coat, would throw up often and always lethargic. We had done so many tests at other vets and they weren’t able to figure out what was going on. We were running out of money and hope. Dr. Kieger was amazing and really spent the time to figure out what the problem was. My dog is now really healthy and thriving!!Separately, this office and Dr. Kieger also helped us when we had to put our other dog down. They were compassionate, professional and incredibly helpful during this hard time as well.I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Kieger!!

We have just started going here and now will be going elsewhere. The front desk is very unorganized. They double charged us on a previous appoint. Then we dealt with it for a credit, was not put on our account. We go to this appt. and requested the credit, no record of it. Three times we dealt with this. We questioned it and then got Attitude for it. Well, that pretty much told us Everything we needed to know about this vet. Im sorry but were takimg our business elsewhere. Your front desk is difficult to work with and we question all the shots that have to apparently be done over and over again. I had my doubts and the front desk lady who gave us attitude at the end confirmed it. I feel like this is a Cash grab vet.

After visiting Banfield , Community Pet Hospital and Aspen Meadows Vetrinarian, we FINALLY landed at Eastlake Vetrinarian. They were incredible!! Kind, professional, timely and helpful. I have been a loyal client for 18 years. It was their fault the card didn’t go through, there was $1,900 in my account, they probably typed in in wrong. They didn’t even read the card number back. I think you should have retried the card and made sure you entered the correct number. Terrible customer service skills you should be fired. The vet never even called to give me diagnosis.

The first time we used this veterinary service everything was fine. Normal care, in and out, nothing to remark about. The second time we came things were not so good. Overall I feel like we were forgotten and communication was poor during our time of need. Below is my story.Our cat had suddenly started loosing weight. Then, about a week later, he started developing lumps in his skin. In 8 days time he went from 2 lumps to 8. We called and set up an appointment. I told them I wanted him looked at due to weight loss and lumps and to get blood work and x-rays. We set up the appointment and brought him in. When I arrived they asked me why I was bringing him in. I told them again what I said when I set up the appointment. They had him for about an hour, then the doctor came out and told me that he wanted to do blood work and x-rays, and maybe an ultrasound. I repeated that I set this appointment up to do specifically those things. They did those tests and we took our kitty home. Our kitty is in pretty bad condition at this point. We get the results in a couple of days and review it with the doctor. Our Kitty is in stage one kidney failure based on enzymes and also has a low red cell count which usually isnt seen until later stages of kidney failure, but nothing else is found. Doc recommends fluids and a biopsy to figure out more on the lumps. We discuss and I call them back in 30mins. I get a voicemail so I leave a message saying we want to do these steps and to call me. The next day is Friday. By 1p I have not heard anything from them. I call in and am told that they were going to call me, but were waiting to confirm with the doctor on what I need because they dont see anything in the file, but the will call me later today. I do not get a call. I call them Monday morning, first thing. They apologize for not calling. They still have not got confirmation from the doctor. They go ahead and schedule me for the biopsy on Wednesday and say they will get a tech working on fluids for us. If there is a problem they will call me. Tuesday I get a confirmation text for the appointment on Wednesday and in the afternoon they say fluids are ready for pick up and we decide I will pick them up when I drop my kitty off the next morning. Now my kitty is still not doing well at all. Food interest and energy is low, lumps just keep growing. I bring him in on Wednesday morning. They tell me they will give me the fluids when I pick him up. I go home. 10mins later the doctor calls me and says he doesnt do surgeries on Wednesdays and that he is fully booked with appointments. They can keep him and try and squeeze him it at some point but not sure if that will happen. Super frustrated, I explain the series of events since Thursday last week and how I dont want my cat sitting there all day with nothing to eat since he hasnt been allowed food since the previous night. He apologizes. After learning that he has not received the fluids yet the doc says he doesnt want to do the surgery yet, which I understand. We reschedule the biopsy for next week, Tuesday. They say I will get a call to come pick him and the fluids up. 5 hours later I get the call to come get him. They said they gave him one does of fluids and to start ours tomorrow. They even charged me for the dose they administered. We give him fluids, take him in on the following Tuesday for his surgery. Surgery goes well, doc says he is recovering and they will call us to come get him and give us more instructions. Upon pick up He has a 3in incision on his side. We are told that we should have results on Monday and to bring him back in 2 weeks to get the stitches out. We are given no medications. The incision area is red and, to be frank, the stitch job looks bad. Everything is closed, but it is very bunched up. I am not a doc, so maybe its something to do with the extra skin on kitties and the location. He is in pain, I call the next morning and get pain meds. Kitty still doing bad.

I have been a customer since 1998. They are the best vet in town. Unfortunately I started using them for grooming in July and Last two times Zeus escaped or tried to escape just trying to get him in the door. Up until then he was so excited and loved to go there. I dont know what changed but will be changing groomers for sure. Hes scared and frightened after visiting.

Eastlake vet is the best. They have seen all 3 of our dogs at some point. They are very friendly and helpful. They suggest things but do not push you or look down on you if you dont do it. They are very honest which I appreciate so I dont feel like Im just paying another bill but they actually care about my animals.

Share review10/23/2020This is the WORST vet I have ever been to. The front desk is very rude and disrespectful. The vet tech was dragging my dog inside as she was crying & choking, I asked the tech to pick her up and she refused. the tech was VERY UNPROFFESIONL. I sadly had to put one of my dogs down and this office got all my final wishes for my dogs remains wrong. They had no remorse that my last memories of my dog was getting her back with all the wrong things. I was unsure if it was even my dog. I will NEVER take any of my animals back to this facility and I recommend you DONT either. All this office cares about is the money. after my vet appt the doctor is supposed to call and inform you of the findings, I still have yet to speak to the doctor. It is obvious this vet clinic only cares about the money not the people or the pets. I have never been more disgusted with a facility in my life! How they are still legally open blows my mind..

Vet Asst was not very well trained. Dropped off urine sample for our cat yesterday 10/29. 9:00am. She did not ask for payment. Received a phone call at 1:00pm for payment before being able to send sample to lab.

Weve been bringing our pets to Eastlake Veterinary Services for years. We currently have 2 cats and a dog and all of the staff have always been caring and helpful. Our lab actually enjoys going and knows to go right to the scale! Several years ago we had another cat who had to be put to sleep and the staff here were so compassionate during such a horrible experience. Staff here are very good at communicating when appointments are running behind due to emergencies and have even been great at sending records to dog daycare places for me.

Incredibly impressed with the quaint office with an outdoor dog park to the front staff who are very knowledgeable and courteous. I have been seen on-time at all my appointments and the vets take the time to let me get all my questions out. Their office rates are fair as well.Im new to the area and will be taking my pets from here forth. Shout out to Dr. Bill! I highly recommend him.

This place is just so unorganized, they NEVER have any idea why your pet is there they set appt, for major items and do not send price est. Until you pull up. You call and leave message but never return calls, teeth cleaning 899.00 dollars REALLY. Thats a start,I will not be returning, I should of known from my previous experience with my irish setters.Do what you want but I suggest another vet.Petsmart vet would be better, and they are not good at all

Saw a review by someone recently with a very negative poorly writen review and other reviews of theirs are negative and complaining about money related issues while blaming them. Seems Carissa has some accountability issues, do your due diligence Karen, I mean Carissa.Eastlake is great, Dr. Keiger is amazing with my old 18 year old cat. Very informative and spends time with us every time ensuring all questions are answered. The groomer isnt there at all times but Keiger has been very helpful by jumping in and helping with getting some of the mats that form out

This is the vet I use for my dogs and cat. The people here are very nice and very caring. I unfortunately had to put my dog down and they had sent me dog prints of her and the nurse was very comforting. Could not imagine going anywhere else. Just the best vet in town.
