I wish I could give them -1 Ive been trying to get my Rx for over a week. Unless you have 3 hours to stand in line or the drive up and even then you may not get to the front of the line. I requested them to mail it and paid, but it has been over 9 days and nothing has arrived in the mail. If you have lots of time to wait and I mean a lot you can go here. if not, go somewhere else. I am never having them fill another Rx. ever.

I hate this pharmacy and everyone who works here. I was told 5 days ago that they ordered my prescription and it would be in on Monday, it’s Wednesday and I still don’t have it. They haven’t even ordered it yet. They are incredibly incompetent and unorganized. They should be ashamed of themselves.There are so many complaints against them already and they still do nothing about it. They DO NOT care about the people who go there. They are all lazy.I’m on my way to my doctor now to switch pharmacies because this place and the people who work there are pathetic.I wish I was able to give them 0 stars because they don’t even deserve the 2 stars they have.Absolutely appalling.DON’T GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS, they don’t deserve to still be in business.

I have a medication they I NEED to take every day or I get horrible migraines and they literally NEVER have it ready in time, even though I call my doctor in advance to get my medicine. I called my doctor 2 weeks ago so my prescription could be filled 7 days ago and the people at Walgreens just now ordered it and won’t be here for another 2 days. Not to mention I went to see them last Friday and they said it would be in today (Monday) and I still have to wait until Wednesday because they only just ordered it today.They are very polite but incredibly unprofessional. I’m trying to switch pharmacies now.

Been in the drive up for 15 minutes and the line hasnt moved, worst service ever

Was told my prescription would be ready in 2-3 hours. I showed up 4 hours later because I knew it wouldn’t be ready on time. It almost never is. When I pulled through the LONG drive-thru line, they told me it still wasn’t ready. When I brought up how I was told 2-3 hours, she said it was just her and one pharmacist so it would be another 30-45 minutes. About 5 minutes after I pulled out of the line, they called me and said “Oh, your prescription is ready.” Just for me to pull through the long line to wait again because the inside part of the pharmacy is inconveniently closed. I understand being short-staffed and busy, but this was severely frustrating.

Worst pharmacy in Texarkana. Go anywhere else. I will never use this location again. CVS and Walmart does a better job

The absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever used. I do not use this pharmacy my husband uses them, I personally use a hometown pharmacy. I spent a total of 3 hours on hold with them today JUST to see if I could get any type of help after my longest call that was 1 and half hours on hold the phone was picked up and hung up!! My husband is filling his scripts this last month and then he is done with them!!

Worst pharmacy in texarkana....they never have meds ready even when the automated system calls and tells you they are...they hardly EVER answer the phone...its always 3 callers ahead of you....at this moment Ive been on hold for 45 mins saying theres 1 caller ahead of me

This place is a joke trying to get prescription filled they was dropped off at 8am and at 4pm they said it would be the next day possibly cause they are backed up so that means people are dying before they get meds

Poor customer service. Came in to drop off a FedEx package. Every other Walgreens Ive ever used accepts the package at the photo counter....under the big FEDEX sign. They looked at me like I was nuts, told me to take it to the front. The front looked at me like I was nuts and mumbled something. I just left. Dont want these people responsible for a package of mine.

I have always had good service there. I like the fact they are open twenty four hours, and you can do some shopping too. I think they are a very busy pharmacy, so some customers may get frustrated with delays and mistakes on their prescriptions, but they have been accommodating for me.

This Walgreens is the BEST! I have always had a great experience filling my prescriptions here & they are always in stock. I drive 30 minutes bc I cant get a few meds from my local CVS. Im grateful for their great service!

I have always tried to be very polite to these people but dont expect any of them to return the favor! The evening people are the RUDEST ladies I have ever,ever talked to. I called to ask a very simple question at eight p.m one night and the pharmacist was so hateful and for no reason? I was saying yes maam and no maam and she was scolding me like I was a troubled school kid because she told me one on my meds was waiting on the doctor when I knew it was waiting on the o.k from my insurance and in the end I was right.I have even called at three or for a.m several times and every time takes them almost an hour to pick up the phone and only to receive more bad attitude. They are ALWAYS very short handed so no matter what time you go in to get your refills (that are already ready) expect to wait in line for thirty minutes.They literally cant stand it when you ask them a question so duck if you do!. I changed my pharmacy and will never even return to Walgreens!!

I go in and it takes me less than 5 minutes to get what I want. It takes about another 5 minutes for the cashier to get to the register, and that’s IF you don’t have to go hunt them down.

Only cause I love the photo lab and most employees are nice, good spot for Christmas gifts but other then that way to high!!

Buyer beware!Everybody knows that prices at Walgreens are often far higher on things sold here than what other stores offer for far less.Still, you might not realize the extent to which the prices here are so high. One wonders what is being sold here since items at Walgreens are identical to brand items offered by other competitor retailersConsider this: A prescription purchased without use of any insurance drug plan (paid cash for this) for a generic of Tamiflu in the 75 mg dosage and a five day supply is an unvelievable $107 in February 2018 at Walgreens.A prescription for a generic methylprednisolone (an equivalent generic for the common medrol dosepack) cost $31 without benefit of any insurance drug plan.If these even seem reasonable to you, you should shop around for pharmacies and drug prices before actually choosing which pharmacy to buy your medicine from.To my surprise drug prices vary enormously by the retailer, and it seems that this has nothing to do with branded drugs or generics, really.That exact same generic Tamiflu (oseltamivir), by the exact same manufacturer, is almost $47 less for patients buying the medicine from the Target pharmacy, where this exact medicine by the same manufacturer is regularly priced at only $65... Thats the Target price without any coupons.Walgreens, thats highway robbery. Taking advantage of people like this so is wrong. I cant even begin to say what is needed to be said. Im too angry. I am irate over this kind of business practice.The second example I mentioned is a common steroid dosepack priced at $31 in Walgreens in mid February of 2018. Would you know that it so much cheaper when filled and purchased at Walmart pharmacies, where every day and without hassle off coupon hunting, the EXACT SAME DRUG sells for the regular low price of only $4?Hmmm. $31 or $4? Thats $27 more at Walgreens, and that makes twenty seven more reasons still in my pocket as to why Walmart Pharmacy is a no brainier in this particular matter. $27 is more than many people earn in an hour at work. Why pay that $31 at Walgreens? Just so you can carry your medicine out in a Walgreens?Needless to say, I am furious that this kind of price gouging is going on like it is.I can only equivalate this unreasonable and senseless profit margin as a corporate pricing strategy that is nearly identical to that of the greedy, loathesome EpiPen pricing scandal which was nationally exposed not too long ago.This has got to be stopped. I am so upset right now, I could just start a revolution to change it. I am so livid! After all, its not the convenience of late hour pharmacy service that justifies these kinds of inflated prices. Its not the Walgreens brand or reputation that justifies these ungodly profits at consumers expense.Its desperate, despicable greed that drives this kind of profiteering, and success in swindling, that is, in unfairly taking money from folks who are probably struggling to afford their medicines--young, old, employed, unemployed, insured, and uninsured alone.Walgreens isnt getting a dime more of my money. And, you can bet your back sides hide, if I can do anything for anyone needing medicine, it wont be to recommend this retailer.Highway robbery hardly categorizes this kind of evil and greed. Im not even sure how to accurately describe this kind of evil and unscrupulous price gouging.Walgreens should be so ashamed of itself.Walgreens has seen the last penny of my money...for forever.I hope and I pray that when people get wise to what Walgreens and others like this have been doing--whether by reading this review or doing otherwise--Walgreens and the likes of it have once and for all seen the very last of all hard-working folks money.We may not be rocket scientists, but we certainly arent the fools Walgreens takes us all for.

Unintelligent staff

Worst pharmacy ever, pharmacy could not fill prescription because staff including pharmacist were incompetent and could not figure out how to key the prescription into computer???? They will never get any of my business.

WORST. Came to this location ONLY bc they, 1- are 24 hours (only Walgreens in Texarkana that is 24 hours) and 2-tgey take my military insurance, which by proxy of being a government contract, they’re also the providers for Medicaid and Medicare...i.e. a busy store 24/7/365. We are out of town, my son had an emergency and we needed his prescription filled after the ER visit. After waiting 30 plus minutes at the window, I still hadn’t had a pharmacist greet me or take the prescription. I rang the call button thinking a second person; that being either a pharmacy tech, manager on duty, or the pharmacist, the only acknowledgment I got was some barely audible, muffled noise and a hang up sound...terrible terrible terrible! Why at 10:00 at night, they’re staffed with ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE!?!? This is an obviously busy location and merits more employees or a quicker pharmacist than the one meandering around slowly helping the 2 customers in the store while there was 4 cars behind me also waiting. This is exactly why I do not use Walgreens and will continue to avoid using this pharmacy for ever. If I could give negative stars I literally would. Absolute WORST. DO HEAR THAT WALGREENS?!? This is the worst location and you’re developing the reputation of being the worst overall for ever. P.s after waiting 45 minutes, I drove across the street to the CVS and paid cash-you’re that terrible that I’d rather not use my insurance that I pay for.

Absolutely awful service at the pharmacy. Dont waste your time, go across the road to CVS. At Walgreens, the pharmacist does not respect women & treated us like we were stupid, yelling at us in front of other customers bc we came to check on our Rx 30 minutes AFTER he said it would be ready. Told my wife to sit down and wait until he called her. Once we had decided to take our business elsewhere, he refused to give the prescription back. After we went across the road to CVS where they went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful.

Very sorry they will not sale you a over the counter drug (Clareten D) for your allergies unless you have had a prescription filled in the last year yes I know Clareten is one of the main ingredients in meth but not everyone is in to meth!!!!no I will never step foot in this place again!
