I was asked to wait outside because I gave symptoms if being sick... Thats why I was there and they knew. I left. Terrible staff. At least be nice lol.

Just had my covid test and am very thankful to Robin Lee and Alexis for their help. The people who are complaining about the wait should be ashamed that they lack empathy for those health care workers who are running around all day to see patients and risking their lives to keep all of us safe. Plus if you’re getting tested you shouldn’t be going anywhere else, so time is irrelevant. Once again very thankful to Robin and Alexis for completing such a thorough exam.

Everyone was very nice. I had sent my boyfriend there to get some testing done. When I asked him a bunch of questions afterwards he wasnt really able to answer any questions I had about his health. Thought it was him. Went there myself, was unable to get clear answers that I needed. Will not return and not recommended.

Absolutely no respect for peoples time or safety... Went to appointment while it was dead they made me wait in the covid room for 40 minutes so I could wait to give myself a swab that takes 30 seconds...Not good at what they do thats for sure

My wife and I have been going here for a couple of years now. They’ve always been super nice and knowledgeable.

Everything was very clean, and I was quickly checked in on time.

Probably the worst doctor visit Ive ever had. The attending physician seemed to not care whatsoever of my ailments and kept checking his watch.

Such a great clinic! Litzy, at the front, was very nice and quick. Ann, the nurse practitioner, was fantastic! She was very friendly, listened to me and cared about what I said, and one of the best health care providers that Ive seen. I highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! My exchange student has very selective health insurance so I had to call around to find a clinic that she could get the rest of her vaccinations that were required to going to high school in Arizona. This clinic not only took her insurance, but had all the live vaccinations on hand. The doctor was amazing, and the receptionist was so friendly that it put my exchange student at ease because she has a fear of doctors and needles in her country. They quickly got us threw so we were in and out in less than an hour. 👍🏼 Thanks Ladies for the hustle.

Kind and welcoming nurse Julie but practitioner give me an ear flush with cool water and was not able to supply cotton for the ears after the ear flush. Other than that job well done. 2 stars! I have a slight headache.

Ive been going here for years, honestly they have always been kind and welcoming to me when I come in. They spend all the time you could want and will listen attentively when you have an issue. I recently today needed an emergency refill of a drug and they were willing to help, they did so at closing time!!! Thats awesome, very friendly staff and the Nurse practitioner Lynn was super great and I just wanted to say thank you!

Was not feeling well and the thought of waiting all day at an urgent care wasnt an option. I had wonderful treatment from the PA Garcia and her staff. She was very thorough and helpful. Thank you!!!

Im not sure how the other clinics are but this clinic was terrible. The woman at the front was not welcoming or kind in any way. Ive gone to Walgreens clinics multiple times and have loved the service. Not happy with the customer service or how rude the woman at the front was.

Weve had a great experience every time we have been in they always follow up to see how we are feeling. Recommend it over urgent care of possible

They except very few insurances and are rude about it. My insurance is accepted at the pharmacy 5 feet away from their counter, but they will not take it. I am very sick and scheduled an appointment and at no point did anyone tell me my insurance wouldnt be accepted until I arrived for my appointment

Will never go to this little clinic in Tempe. I was told I did not have strep when I went in. I had all the symptoms would not treat me for it even when I told them on the quick strep it seldom cames up positive but when they sent it in to see if it grows it ALWAY comes up positive. called to see when those results would be in. I was told they threw the test out and I would have to come back in to have another done. like I feel up to that. IM SICK. BUT LET ME GO EXPOSE MORE PEOPLE TO MY VIRUS. strep or not. I guess they dont look at history. when I talked to my dr. nurse she was VERY disappointed in the place!!!

Total waste of money and time! Was told I have a cold and given advice of how to treat it. Like I dont know when I have a cold and if I did have a cold like I wouldnt know what to do. Really???

Dont bother, these guys are about as useful as a porcupine in a condom factory.
