I had a wonderful experience with this company. Being a plus sized person made it more challenging to get a good , well fitting knee brace. Not only did they take the time to search their inventory for extra-large size knee braces but they also measured my knee and thigh to help me get the best fit possible. I was very impressed with the service I received and very satisfied with the two braces I purchased. 5 stars.

Satisfied Customer: Wearing a knee brace is so much more than just the brace, effectively dealing with issues such as slippage and migration must also be addressed. So education around wearing the brace is so very important. Diane took the time to educate me about the different supplies to consider such as undersleeves pros and cons. What really made the difference is she was not just trying to sell something. She was more concerned with my satisfaction with products and supplies and that they worked to meet my needs. I had a really bad knee injury and needed equipment to aid in my recovery in a hurry.Not only were they super responsive and quick to find exactly what I needed, but the staff is so friendly and caring! They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and took care to answer all of my questions. I even got a few suggestions for some supplements that would help.
