Its sad how this is the most professional pain management clinic Ive ever been to and just because they do NOT accept trashy people or the ones that sell their medication and or do NOT follow their pain management procedures properly they wanna bash the clinic. Dr. Laflamme is the most caring and straight foward doctor Ive ever worked with. The staff does the right thing and can smell BS from around the corner. Keep up the good work and dont let these ungrateful people stop you from treating those of us who REALLY need the treatment.

Dr. LaFlamme is very thorough, although it takes a while for him to warm up. He is very professional and from what I can tell he is very good at sorting through the patients who are legitimately in pain and those who are just looking for drugs to sell.He is very knowledgeable in a great amount of medical issues. But, he doesnt accept any BS from his patients. Hes very good at separating the BS patients from those who are really in legitimate in need of pain relief. The only drawback is that they do NOT accept any type of Insurance. So, patients will need to get reimbursed by their own insurance companies.Make sure that you have ALL MRIs, CTs, and other medical records in order before going here. This way the process will go much smoother.Unfortunately, as soon as your case becomes medically complicated, theres a high likelihood that he will discharge you as he did me. Not only did he discharge me, but he medically abandoned me. By Florida state law, he is supposed to continue continuity of care for AT LEAST 30 days and help me find a doctor who will treat me. I was not medically non-compliant. I followed all of his instructions, whether I agreed with them or not. While in the hospital, the hospitalists gave me medication that he didnt agree with. And I was honest and upfront with all of that with him. I never lied to him, even if it would have been in my personal best interest to do so.I still respect Dr. LaFlamme, but unfortunately it seems that he isnt up to date on the laws in Florida. He abandoned me, point blank. He didnt even discharge me in a legal way.Overall, I think that he is a caring doctor. True, he can be harsh and critical, but I think its because he cares. In my opinion, he abandoned me because he couldnt provide me with the care that he thought would be best for my situation. But, that doesnt absolve him from the illegal and unethical way that he discharged and abandoned me. Theres laws for a reason, and he as well as his staff are unaware of these laws. When I tried to educate them the receptionist didnt want to hear it and asked me to leave. My last option for continuity of care until I can find a doctor is the office manager, Steve. Hopefully he will be aware of the laws and have Dr. LaFlamme treat me with continuity of care and refer me to a doctor who may be able to treat me.

Horrible front office . The women in the front is rude and told me she didnt believe me when I explained I was shot in the chest , seriously who tells someone such a thing because you feel someone is too young to be in pain . Felt like I signed paperwork for no reason and they just wanted the money since they couldnt help me with my pain and actually prescribe me something to help. Go somewhere else they wont take you serious unless your 50+ and dying .
