Looking for a better way to earn a living and gain the respect I knew I deserved, I saw an ad from a Facebook friend about this opportunity. My friend helped ,e get an interview at USHEALTH Advisors, but I didn’t really know or understand what it was all about.I went into the interview with a group of other people and listened as Field Sales leader Marcos Figueroa told his story. “He talked about his success,” says Krystal, “his mindset and the financial rewards of HOPE, Helping Other People Everyday. Jason Grief, the Division leader then came in and said it’s simple, ‘if you work hard, and help enough people, you can make a lot of money here. He sold me on the opportunity and after Jason and Marcos had a conversation, they said they would offer me the position to become an agent. The contracting fee was $92, so I swiped my credit card. It was probably the last $92 my husband and I had in the bank. I called my husband to tell him, crying hysterically. He was furious. AJ never acts impulsively, he researches everything. But I had made my decision. I quit my job as a server right away. I got licensed in four days, (health and life), and got appointed with the company. I didn’t have time to spare.There was no change to spare either, with money so tight, I knew I had to make it happen. I got on the phones, I called a ton of shared leads and I got my first new business, my first sale, on December 2nd, 2016. I closed two more deals on that very first day. One of the policies got issued right away and my first week’s commission was $846. I didn’t stop, working 12 hours-a-day, practicing my scripts until my kids could say them too.In my second week, I earned commission of over $3,000. Everything sky-rocketed from there. I went on to earn $220k my first year, $365k in year two, $405k in year three, and today- I am earning over $650k just in residual income alone. There is no opportunity like this one.Today, when I contract people I tell them they have to read a book, Success Principles, by Jack Canfield. I read it and it changed my life. I had a lot of work to do on mindset, I never really had someone tell me, you can do whatever you want to do. When I realized that was possible, everything changed. I also tell my new agents, this is simple, it’s not easy. I get to wake up every day and come into an office environment which is absolutely amazing. And I get to get on the phones with my team and help them with our great products. I get to help families save money to do things like pay for ballet lessons for their daughter, instead of paying high premiums to an insurance company. Plus, I help others on my team become successful. I tell the new recruit if you have the willpower to be successful, then I can teach you anything in this business.I’m the type of person that if you tell me what to do and it will put me in a better position, then I will do it. My Regional leader Jason said, ‘be in the office by 8 am, but if you want to be great, then be here by 7:30.’ “So I’d show up at 7. He said, ‘make 300 calls’, “I’d make 350. Nobody can beat me. I want to be the best. My team knows that no matter what time of day, I’m there at the office. We work 8 am to 7 pm, and in reality, most days we are there working until 11 pm or even 12 am. We work on the weekends too. I’ve got leaders I’m creating now who are becoming million-dollar producers. Changing their lives is even cooler than changing mine.I struggled financially my entire life. If somebody told me two years ago that I’d be living in a new home, driving a Range Rover and making a multiple six-figure income, I would not have believed them. Someone I know got hired for this job and has had a horrible and very unprofessional experience. I dont know how their services are as far as health Care goes except that you have to be completely healthy to qualify so those that need health Care for medical reasons are not going to be accepted. Ive witnessed the disappointment in my sisters life since shes been employed with them. She is being help captive by their company and can not go anywhere else to find employment. So after she has spent hundreds of dollars and numerous days of testing to get her agents licensing she cant even use it.

I used to have Florida Blue with a deductible of $6,150. I thought that was the norm of health coverage until I got introduced to Premier Choice. This is a great company with by far the best customer service. My agent is always there for me and I have their direct number if I ever need anything. Ive never experienced the level of professionalism and someone who actually cares about my well being before until now. If youre looking for superior coverage and a company that works hard to get your the health coverage you actually NEED, USHealth Advisors is your go to!

Toxic workplace CULTureMost people will work more hours than a regular day job and make much less. Dont ruin your life and relationships for this scheme selling limited benefit plans.BBB accreditation for the parent/affiliate companies have been REVOKED and are otherwise the worse rated among the industry.

Insider scoop from a former agent:The Premier Choice product line (overpriced FIXED benefit plan) can only be marketed as coverage. This is NOT health INSURANCE. Ask an USHA agent if they are selling you insurance, they are legally obligated to tell you no. Customers are only covered for listed services, whereas insurance covers everything unless otherwise stated. Most of these captive agents are industry newcomers and dont last long enough with the high turnover to know the difference.

This is one of the best career moves I have ever made and no matter what level you come in at, the positive, motivational atmosphere hope is beyond addicting, welcome to my last career! Also since I have worked here my family, coworkers and friends have qualified for the health coverage which most cannot and it is by far the most protective, cost worthy coverage and product out on the market today, amazing!!!

I literally shopped around for health insurance everyday till I met Jai Irani from US Health Advisors. He explained and went over exactly what I was getting and still till this day follows up with me. He makes sure that I was happy and educated with my choice. He is exactly what I needed to find the right coverage.

Not only am I a policy holder I am a Divisional Manager for USHEALTH Advisors. I am happily married and have two young children ages 2 and 4 year old. My coverage saves us over $500 per month and protects my familys assets, budget and health better than any other plan on the market place today. If there are any bad reviews its only because the agent may have not explained the coverage properly. My family is protected against the serious stuff like cancer, major accidents, hear attacks, etc. and keeps my costs down throughout the year if my family or I have healthcare provisions because the plan pays benefits right away. I do not have to come out of pocket thousands of dollars before the plan pays for stuff. It does not cover wellness, but the amount of money I am saving a year far outweighs the cost of coming out of pocket a few times a year for wellness visits and immunizations. We still get a PPO Discount for preventative services. Its truly amazing coverage and I have peace of mind that my family is protected. USHEALTH Advisors have many different products to choose from and even if we can not help you personally we will point you in the right direction.

This company sells health coverage which can not legally be marketed as health insurance because it is not compliant with the ACA because it leaves out Essential Health Benefits mandated by the Affordable Care Act. Not only that but its junk coverage. They sell a fixed benefit plan which is meant to work in conjunction with real insurance, and their entire office sells it as major medical insurance with a $3000 maximum out of pocket. (Little did I know, when I called and asked if this was true, customer service said all the agents market it as that, but they fail to mention, if I did want to access the $3000 I would have to purchase a separate plan, and my rates would jump from $435/month to over $1900/month (more than 80% of Americans monthly mortgage...) I used the coverage once to test if my agent was telling the truth. I simply got my blood work done, and got billed over $4000 and the plan only paid $30 towards the blood work leaving me with $3970. I called Cigna to see what was going on and once again was left with another eye opener, the insurance is not through Cigna, which my agent told me it was. It is with a company called freedom life insurance company of America who is a USHealth company who pays to use Cignas name. If I were Cigna I would drop this contract immediately because every review I read on line shows that this company USHealth advisors in Tampa is completely tarnishing Cignas reputation with their fixed indemnity supplemental insurance that doesnt pay for anything at all. My agent was an extremely nice girl and acted like she was looking out for me, little did I know she was digging me a financial grave.
