Jasmin and Elizabeth from Dr Gracias Office has rejected my husband and my self as a Patient to be treated with Dr. Garcia . Dr. Garcia has been clueless that they are doing this . We have Aetna PPO and I called a couple of months and she stated that they are not taking that insurance . I referred a friend to Dr. Gracia that has Aetna PPO and they accepted it. Also her second reason was they are not accepting new patients and I referred my mother in law there and they accepted her as a new patient. I call almost every month leave messages for Dr. Gracia to call us and our messages are not being delivered . His office Jasmin & Elizabeth are very unprofessional and will drop the ball and not take accountability of their wrong doing with towers with being sent to do MRI exams. I will not refer this office to no one even through Dr. is good their office sucks and unproductive and unprofessional.
