When I walk into this dental office, I feel like family. They truly care about your dental experience. I had a hygienist who was not very gentle in my previous cleaning visit. When I expressed my concerns to the office manager she immediately noted my file and set me up with another hygienist for my next cleaning. Today was my second cleaning and the hygienist was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable.I also recommend this group of you need work done. My gold crown fits amazing in my last molar. The lab is on the premises, and does not take long to have your tooth made. You only need to wear the temp for a short time. I have a nice piece of jewelry in my mouth now! :)

This is the best dentist practice I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They have taken extra precautions to protect themselves and their customers during this pandemic and still provide outstanding customer service. My dental Hygienist, Lisa, was very comforting and made my cleaning a painless process and I felt the effects immediately.

What a warm, yet very professional office! Waiting area is hygienic, well designed and comfortable. Receptionist and dental assistant were respectful, accommodating, and friendly. Dr. Kanter was gentle during the oral examination and answered my questions fully and patiently.

I broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain. They were able to get me in quickly and resolve the issue!!! Love this place. They are amazing from the front desk and all throughout the office!!

This place was recommended to me to help with cosmetic dentistry. Dentist was condescending and not helpful at all. He put the burden of blame on me and said I seemed too “picky”. When you go in for a consult for veneers, it is my right to be “picky” and don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Front desk and other dental Staff was friendly and were able to accommodate my schedule for an appointment, but I wouldn’t recommend for cosmetic dentistry.

Many thanks to Dr. Pross team for the extra care given my deaf adult daughter today. I had called to make the staff aware that wearing masks makes it impossible for her to read lips, much less understand what is being said to her. They greeted her warmly, lowered the mask when necessary to communicate, and made her feel like she was understood and special. I cant thank you all enough for accommodating my daughter. 10 Stars!

I’ve been with this office for many many years and even though I’m moving to another city I will remain with this practice. You don’t see any turnover of the employees and it is a beautiful, peaceful and professional atmosphere. The dentist and hygienist give top-notch care!

The best experience I have had at a dentist. They accommodated a same day appointment when I had an urgent dents need and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on and a straightforward treatment plan. I couldn’t even feel it when Dr. Kanter injected me with Novocain! I will definitely be returning and would 1000% recommend North Pointe Dental !!

I lost a filling and some bonding on on of my front teeth just before Thanksgiving. I called this practice as a new patient and they were able to squeeze me in. They then contacted me regarding a cancellation they had from another patient which turned out to be more convenient for me so I took it. Dr. Pross was awesome! Fixed the tooth and replaced a filling in the same tooth that was about to fall out. Everybody in this practice was so kind and professional. They addressed my primary concern and made me feel completely relaxed. I need more work done which will have to wait until after the holidays and will definitely be going back. I very highly recommend this practice.

I have been to a couple of dentist office and this one is the best one hands down. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. In my book, North Pointe Dental scores an A++ in all areas. From the moment that you walk in the door, they are welcoming and caring. Also they have safe Covid protocols in place. They run on time and provide the best dental care. My regular cleanings are great. I have complete trust in any dental work that Dr. Tindell recommends and does. I’m generally very stressed in the dentist office but I feel much better at North Pointe Dental.

First off, I just wanna say this was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental practice. Within 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was already in the chair being looked at and having my treatment plan worked on, unlike other practices who leave you waiting forever. Dr. Tindell and his lovely team were very informative and compassionate about the care provided. I was able to have my tooth extracted and leave the office out of pain within an hour. They took the tooth out so quickly and gently that I didn’t even realize it when they were finished! It was such a great experience that I’m actually excited to have the rest of my wisdom teeth removed here! Tindell and his team definitely took all the right steps to make sure I was comfortable and get me out of pain as soon as possible. If you’re looking for true compassionate and gentle dentistry, this is your place! Even if you have dental anxiety/fear, I have no doubts that the wonderful team will do everything in their power to make you feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this practice for all of my dental needs.

I used to hate going to the dentist before I found this place. I had traumatic experiences at the dentist when I was a child. I started going to North Pointe Dental and started seeing Dr Tindell about 14 years ago and finally Im able to go without anxiety! Everyone there is so kind and gentle from the receptionist to the payment clerk and everyone in between. Everyone does a wonderful job, including Dr Tindell Jr, who recently took over when his dad retired. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree!! I cant say enough good things about this place!!

Everything about this office is top notch! Very friendly and welcoming, and following strict CDC guidelines for Covid19. Office is very clean, staff is very professional, using state of the art equipment and procedures. Dr Lu is a wonderful dentist and Debbie, his assistant, make you feel at ease. They also have an excellent in house lab technician, who consults with the doctor about any needed cosmetic dentistry.From start to finish, I was totally comfortable, no pain, and have a beautiful new crown.

She is the best and uses state of the art tools so not too much of that horrible scraping with sharp objects. Dr. Pross is the best in the business never doing anything unnecessary.
