More than a 5 star is deserved. To start, dentists in general give me massive anxiety. I moved here in 2019 and began to search for a dentist. Initially I found one that created a plan that would exhaust my medical benefits (Im in healthcare I know the deal) with addressing my initial concerns last on the list. Unhappy with the consultation, I found Dr. Genningers office online and spoke with the receptionist who was able to get me in same day because I was upset and stressed with my current situation. I was greeted by the front desk team who made me feel immediately at home and understood my concerns.I was brought into the room and greeted by Jodie who explained the whole assessment process in detail and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Genninger came in and reviewed all of the x-rays and developed a plan with me that we have since started. I havent felt any pain, nervousness or discomfort with this group at all and its been a few visits. Ive been coming to Dr. Gs office for years, after being terribly afraid of dentists, I knew it was time to get over my fear to have a healthy mouth. I was very nervous my first time, but the staff and office were so awesome. They made me feel like family, especially after all of us having a good laugh over my forms where I made joking side notes about pain levels, cost concerns, etc. I needed some work done, naturally, but they made it painless and comfortable. They are really the best dental practice around. Im actually sitting in their office now to get a cleaning. Bonus if you get an app on Halloween, they have a theme each year where everyone dresses up. Nothing funnier than having a farmer work on your teeth. 😂😂

Hmm. Where do I start? For a person with previous dental trauma where multiple teeth were removed that could have been saved, crowns fell off days after being put on and all of the work done by them had/have to be repaired by someone else... I have FULL confidence in Dr. Genninger and his staffs ability to give me the smile Ive always wanted.From the moment I walked into the office, the nautical atmosphere felt like I was preparing to take sail. Mary was kind and courteous as she assisted with paperwork. The waterfront view in the room looked like an everchanging portrait my eyes witnessed transpose. My hygienist Jacki kindly educated me on how to care for my teeth and her natural nurturing energy kept me relaxed throughout the cleaning. The equipment used was next level! So much so, I was able to enjoy its gentle massage of my gums as Jacki reassured me with her words (and service) that my previous experiences would not happen in their care.And Dr. Genninger?? Oh... if his staff are all the ingredients to make the cake, hes the icing in between the layers, on top and all around! When he came into the room, the atmosphere in the building made total sense. His presence is one that is easy to be drawn to as his spirit is light and warm. Any thoughts of previous trauma reoccurring dissipated the moment I felt his smile. Yes, felt it. After tons of research, I decided to give Dr. G’s office a try. The reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but they are indeed accurate. READ THIS! Why this Dental practice is rated so high. I would go higher given the opportunity. Today I went in to the clinic for my 11:00 am appointment. They took me back to the room within 10 minutes. Three people in Dr. Genninger’s practice worked diligently on me for three hours. Each going in and out of the room to make adjustments to my bridge. We finished and I went to reception to check out and schedule my next appointment. One of the women made an off the cuff comment which made me realize I was there on the wrong day. They had fit me in somehow and said nothing that would make me feel like the idiot I am. When have you experienced that level of service and accommodation. Can’t beat it. And, the only way they could have accomplished the impossible is due to the fact that everyone in the practice is a part of a well oiled machine and interacted like a family. (And I was the much cared for Auntie).

A couple to a few times a year I look forward to “going to the dentist” in Tampa since Dr. G, his staff Catherine, and assistants Sandy, Jodi, Jackie, to name a few, are a welcome relief to the daily gnashing we all face in our daily engagements and on the highway. Not the Corporate shake we have been inured to expect, but instead, personal private attention by a caring and interesting group of professionals. Exacting to detail and generous in spirit. My name is Jesse B, I think this is the first review I have ever written but I was amazed at this dentist office. I have worked in a pharmacy in management over 15 years. When you have worked with patients that long you learn a word called “empathy”. I called 5 different dentists in this area and I didn’t feel empathy from any of them. When I was about to give up amazingly Genninger was going to be my last call. I’m glad I made that call. A lot of people don’t have empathy for others but this establishment does! They were professional, caring, and very empathetic to my situation. I was highly impressed with them and if anyone asks me about a great dentist I WILL definitely recommend this one! You will NOT be disappointed you made that call. I want to thank all of them for taking care of me and I just haven’t seen that kind of commitment in a long time! I really can’t thank you enough!

Not only Dr. Genninger and his team are outstanding professionals working in a pleasant, state of the art, environment... the moment I go in, I feel like a king.... because they treat me as a king... I spent three years in Miami and I used to come periodically to Tampa just to be under their care. I have been their patient for 20 years.... they are the best.

My grandparents Jim and Barbra have been patients for many years and found this golden gem of dentistry and have been kind enough to share this place with me and my dad as well. They always do a wonderful job of fixing cleaning and giving knowledge about teeth. I would recommend 11/10 any and every time, even when having a dentist in the family lol

Been going to Dr. G for many years, when you walk into the office it is like visiting family. Everyone greets you like family and treats you exactly the same way when working on your teeth. They are a first class operation and know how to make you relax in the chair....

It all started with a broken crown.I had dealt with this broken crown for 2 years, but on this day a broke it beyond repair. Meaning it was no longer able to be superglued back in place.I called and was able to be seen that day.Everyone from the reception to the hygienist to Dr Genninger were friendly and attentive.I really felt and continue to feel like I a part of thefamily.They xrayed, moulded the replacement and got the temporary tooth in a few hours.I looked good as new.Made appointment for placement of the permanent a few weeks later.Liked the treatment so much, scheduled a cleaning for my wife.I have found our dentist.

Such a life altering experience. Thank you and your staff for making this journey for my teeth ad easy, painless, and comfortable as possible. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face! Dr. G and his staff are amazing! They make a not so fun experience be enjoyable. They are exceptional at what they do. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr Genninger and staff for your dental needs. The location has a family friendly and a professional atmosphere. I went in for an extraction and they explained every option I had & explained in detail were I could understand and what would be the recommended action. There was never a rushed or pressured feeling from the staff and they made the visit as comfortable as possible. From top to bottom I would highly recommend them for your dental needs and will continue my business here.
