I had to go in for an emergency extraction due to an infection. My regular dentist was closed for the day so I tried them out and I am so happy. Everyone was super nice, I was seen the same day, and was out in under two hours. And the price was fantastic, less than what I would have paid at my regular dentist for a non-emergency procedure. I could not recommend them more.

Had an emergency with my daughter this morning and the Two front ladys worked with me to get her seen the same day.Im now making them my primary dental care.They are so very polite but professional and extremely reasuring all at the same time.I would recommend anyone to make them your primary.Thank you so very much for all that you have done and look forward to seeing you in the near future with my dental care.

Great practice! Starting from my initial phone call from having a toothache into the receptionist squeezing me in for an appointment for the next day. They were quick taking care of me. DR. Richard Mancuso was tremendous and explained everything clearly. I’m excited about discovering this fantastic office less than a mile away from home. I’m definitely going back.

I used to have pretty severe dentophobia before coming here. I remember when I came in for my first visit at Carrollwood Village Dental, it immediately subsided thanks to their awesome/friendly staff.Linda is amazing at her job and incredibly thorough, yet gentle when it comes to cleaning. She is my favorite dental hygienist, hands down. I actually look forward to getting them cleaned by her lol.Dr Mancuso is amazing as well. You can clearly see how he has mastered his craft. It’s actually pretty awesome to see since he does it so well.Paula and the rest of the staff will make your life so much easier when it comes to payment, checking in, and all other recommendations. They’ve actually saved me money by recommending me their membership plan, as I would’ve paid more using my insurance.Overall, the whole staff will treat you like family and take great care of you. I hate going to the dentist, this is the best dentist I have ever been to. They make me feel really comfortable and they are super friendly.UPDATE: Almost impossible to get an appointment here. I just had to cancel my appointment due to the storm and they dont have any new appointments until September, looks like I will need to find a new dentist.

I had some serious tooth pain that came up over Easter weekend, and on Monday, the office squeezed me in. They were so gracious, didnt act at all like they were doing me a great favor (which indeed they were), and everyone was so friendly.Paula greeted me right away, Christina was fantastic (I cant say enough about her), and Dr. Mancuso was awesome. I need more work to fix everything, but they fixed what was urgent today.Lots of dentists in the area say they offer emergency services and cant see you until next week. Dr. Mancusos office says they do, and get you in.They are up front about costs, and Kristy went over everything.I hate dentists, seriously hate them, and this was a great experience for a dentist. :)

It was a nice visit. The doctor even went out of his way to accommodate my specific situation. Jade was very quick about X-rays and the beginning of cleanings and the communication between the staff is immaculate. I will need to learn the name of the woman at the front desk as well because she was immensely informative and sweet. Their services are made affordable with their care plan and their alliance with a healthcare credit card! I will be making this my hone dental office.

This place is awesome. Admittedly I got bad teeth, a mouth full of cavities, and a fear of sharp things in my mouth. Everybody here puts you at ease, from Christy at the desk, to the dental assistants like Linda, they got an atmosphere that’s homey and professional. Rich is also the best dentist I’ve ever had. He doesn’t try to sell you on anything, he’s personable and will give it to you straight about what needs to be done or what’s going on. 12/10 going back as long as I’m in Florida.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Carrollwood Village dental the people are so kind and funny and the doctor is gentle and caring and I do not like going to the dentist at all but they’ve made the experience quite bearable it’s not so bad there I will go back again every time I believe Dr. Mancuso is a great dentist and his dental assistants are also fantastic!

Linda, my hygienist is GREAT! She’s both friendly and thorough! The office is relaxed and friendly. I haven’t had any dental issues, so haven’t had too much experience with the dentist except for teeth checks and he’s quite pleasant.

Yesterday was my 4th visit to Carrollwood Village Dental. The office can be found at the corner of S Village and W Village in a small strip mall (with an abundance of parking spaces right out front). The office has a friendly, professional staff who try to accommodate your needs. My hygienist is LInda who is one of the most skilled Ive ever experienced. She is focused, friendly and expertly aware of her profession. I live close enough to walk or ride my bike but I would travel virtually anywhere in the Tampa area to go there.

Dr. Mancuso and his staff are excellent. They’re honest, knowledgeable, friendly and everything runs smoothly from appointments to billing. I appreciate that they never try to sell me extra procedures and products like other practices I’ve been to. My husband and I have been very happy patients here.

There is nothing positive to say.... Customer Relationship Management and a little consideration for your customers pain points goes a long way.. You make a misjudgement and maybe not charge full price for the correction next time. I will take my thousands of dollars in future procedures to someone else who values my business a little more.... It is sad that people cant figure out that small sacrifices and acts of kindness will gain them so much more in the long run, as well as, maintain your customer loyalty. Good luck to your office, you will need it with that kind of attitude toward your patients.

Took my 14 year old daughter in for along overdue checkup. She experienced no discomfort during her exam and cleaning, the dental hygienist was so kind and gentle, and everyone else on the staff was friendly and fun. This is by far the best dental practice I have been to in at least 5 years. They are very accommodating with appointment setting; they tell you what needs to be done and prioritize and they do not push extra dental procedures on you (that was the reason my sister switched to this practice too). I have had a 30 year old crown replacement and Dr. Montelione takes his time so that if he doesnt have to do a root canal, he doesnt. So far, no root canals! YEAH!! Not the case with my last dentist - all they did was push the crowns, root canals and taking out credit accounts...... not. His office staff puts you at ease, and they are prompt and courteous.

HORRIBLE!!!! PLEASE AVOID! This dentist has a dirty office with old equipment and everything is dirty. They also over charged the insurance company so I have less money to spend this year on dental work. They took x rays and never performed the real work. And they never made me a follow up appointment yet they charged for the work. Worst of all, they have an extremely long wait because they overbook each time slot. I waited 2 hours to see the dentist. One hour in the main waiting room and another hour in the in the small room laying in the dental chair. I think he writes his own google reviews. This office has a very rude tattooed technician that took 9 x-rays of one tooth because she cant get it right the first time. And because shes the bully, she runs the office and makes you feel awkward like your in her house and annoying her.

Just finished my 4th session to fix up my teeth. Loved every visit. Dr. Mancuso and the rest of the staff did an exceptional job form the time I entered to my last visit. I highly recommend this office. Glad to have found them!

Dr. Mancuso & his staff are awesome- several times now they have gotten me in same day when I have had issues with my teeth. They have had to refer me out twice to endo/oral surgeons and they have been great as well. Dr. Mancuso has very fair pricing, plans well, and constantly checking on status so that any necessary changes to treatment or updates can be made.The office is quaint, clean, modern- in a great location in Carrollwood less than a mile from my house which is very convenient. I have never sat in the lobby waiting for more than a couple minutes. They are all on point.Dr. Mancuso and his staff (especially the receptionist, although I forget her name) are all very thorough and make sure you are comfortable through all steps of your appointment.Highly recommend!
