Highly recommendedI came to Dr. Lott and Tampa spine and wellness after a terrible motorcycle accident. I had never been in this situation before. I was hurting from head to toe. Dr. Lott and his office staff Immediately made me feel more comfortable by clearly laying out a treatment plan Dr. Lott worked hard to ensure that I getting better and truly cared about my well-being. You could smell tthe claming essential oils as soon as you step into the office, the staff members are very earm and welcoming. Ms. Adelina the physical therapist is the best of the best, I recommend this place 10/10 for top comfort and pain relief.

First time patient and made the decision to go here based off reviews and well I am so impressed. My husband got his back adjusted today and already feels better. The best thing of all is Dr. Lott just wants him to be back to full functioning status. Most offices want you to come back every week for the rest of your life but the Dr. is confident that in a few visits he will have my husband back to normal. Ive been visiting Tampa Spine and Wellness for the past few weeks to address chronic neck and shoulder pain. After the first visit I saw a big improvement in comfort. Dr. Lott is very knowledgeable and insightful about the causes of back pain and helped me to understand the sources of my discomfort. In addition to his professionalism, Dr. Lott is very likeable and funny; he does a great job at making me feel at ease during each of our sessions. The acupuncture session was a new experience for me, but one that I would highly recommend. Cost wise, sessions at Tampa Spine and Wellnes are very affordable and a great value. I highly recommend Dr. Seth Lott. I have been suffering with knee pain for many years. I had gone to several doctors and even physical therapy with no relief. After several visits at Tampa Spine & Wellness, my knee pain has vanished and Dr. Lott has taught me what to do when it returns. Dr. Lott has also taught me the benefits of regular adjustments and acupuncture. Dr. Lott has helped me embrace well-being not just management of symptoms.

Amazing and friendly staff

I was experiencing a horrible pain in my left leg for months, but right after the first visit I started to feel a big relief! It has been a couple weeks now, I am feeling much much much better and I am already training for the St Patrick’s Day 10k

Dr. Lott was a life saver when I unexpectidly injured myself and needed to see someone right away. He was very accommodating and was able to make time to see me the same day I called. He not only examined my injury and treated it with acupuncture and electro therapy, but he also explained the reason and benefits to what he was doing every step of the way. He is a very knowledgeable and attentive doctor who truly wants to understand your injuries thoroughly in order to give you the best treatment possible.
