Horrible customer service, my appt kept getting postponed and then when my appt finally came, they gave me the wrong time. When I showed up late because of their mistake, they didnt even try to help me make another appt or accommodate me in any way. Do not waste your time, go to another doctor!

They took 6 weeks to get my glasses ready when they must have been 2 weeks. Every time I called they said that the lab is behind work. Finally I called my insurance and left a complaint about this service, two days after the complaint they called me and told me that the lenses were ready. Dr. Gomez is a good doctor, but the service is very bad. I do not recommend this place. Im going tomorrow to pick the glasses Ill post the result of their work with it.

Dr. Gomez is a fantastic doctor I feel comfortable with him and trust his diagnosis unfortunately he only works there on a Monday. I personally have never had much interaction with the staff I get my prescription and I have it done somewhere else.

This office are thieves. They steal from people their irreplaceable time. They pride themselves on overbooking and making people wait. The inefficiency of the scheduling personal is costing people their valuable time. How many hours of time is stolen from patients in one day? What about one week? A year? I would expect better from medical care professionals, but this office doesn’t care.I used this office last year for an eye exam and prescription readers. The appointment was late, but I had a book to read. In February of this year I made another appointment. The appointment was about 30 minutes late. I received my prescription and ordered new lenses for my sunglasses. A week later my sunglasses were ready. When I tried them on, my vision was blurry. I could see better without the glasses. The vision assistant took the prescription and my glasses to the back room to check. When she returned, she said that the glasses match my prescription and recommended that I wear them for a while to adjust. I found myself straining my eyes to see and didn’t get used to them. I called the office and made an appointment to re-check my vision. I had to wait for another week for the appointment. When I came to the office, I was told that I didn’t have an appointment, and they can’t fit me in. I received an appointment for 2 weeks later. When I came to the office, I waited for 40 minutes pasted my appointment time. I asked how much longer I had to wait. The answer was that there were 2 patients ahead of me and this will take no more than an hour. I couldn’t wait and had to reschedule again. I asked for the first appointment of the day, so that I wouldn’t have to wait. After another 2 weeks, on May 1st, I was by the office door before the opening. I was not alone. When the doors finally opened, I was told that the other patient also had an appointment for 9am and I had to wait, because her appointment was a full exam and mine was just a re-check. I asked, if the doctor can’t see 2 patients at the same time, why make 2 appointment for the same time. The answer was, that this is how this office works, and some patients wait for more than 2 hours. Wow! I guess, that because my insurance already covered my exam and I paid for my glasses, there was no incentive to provide me with care, since there was no more money to be made. After 4 tries, I gave up. I lost my time and my money, and still don’t have a pair of glasses I can use.

Good doctor. The rest - not so much. This is my second time over 2 years, and they just cant seem to get a pair of glasses done right. The first time it took a return to the doctor and 2 more to the store. Thats 4 visits for a pair of glasses.Granted, they are willing to fix things, and to that extent and because the doctor is good, its a 2-star and not a 1-star.But how many hours of my time must be wasted for something other stores do routinely.Suggestion: See Dr. Gomez and take the scrip and run.

Dr must not get enough pediatric patients as she does not seem to know how to speak to children. My child is shy and you could tell by the tone in her voice that she was getting frustrated having to repeat herself. She told me that there was going to be full eye exam as he seems to have allergies and wanted to treat his eyes first. She had me buy some over the counter eye drops and prescribed other drops for $200 that insurance would not cover. I reached out to the office, as well as the pharmacy for her to prescribe something else or for her to call the insurance in order to have them overwrite it. Never heard back from that office regarding prescription and its been three weeks now! I will not be going back! Not to mention I had to pay out of pocket for the office visit and they refused to bill the insurance for the visit and stated that they do not issue refunds once it has been paid out of pocket.Once again, I will not be going back. Need to find a child friendly doctor.

Horrible service.my mom spent couple hundred dollars on 2 pairs of glasses. Less than a year later returned with three separate issues on one pair. Optometrist approaches me and said this couldn’t have happened to these glasses. Very insulting to my mother who is 70 on dialysis and never goes anywhere; and knows how to take care of glasses! Cheap products and horrible people working there. Will never go here again.

Horrible service! Very unprofessional staff. My PHI was violated by staff who disclosed my insurance information in the lobby. I was then brought into room with another staff doing data entry as tech was assessing my eye pressure. Extremely unprofessional!!!

I ordered contact lenses in March. It is now late June and I still havent received them. They are saying I never paid for them but I have the receipt. Also, I came one time and the girl, who I believe is the manager, kept me waiting while she attended to a personal call. So unprofessional!
