Its a nice and peaceful location. Maintenance of the area in general is not the best.

Rebecca H.is kinda nutty.Wont join the board(never attends association meetings)n just complains.The few ppl that know her best would attest to all the aforementioned.The place needs some work but price is gd n suitable for some.When increases are needed to enhance upkeep,several tenants lose their minds.(too many on low fixed incomes!)I left for a better environment as I could afford to.Coral Springs is generally far better/safer yet more pricey.you get what u pay for

The stairway between buildings has roaches, maggot flies and is hardly cleaned. They have stopped pest control in all buildings which of course lead to tiny roaches..they had to tent a whole building at the owners expense . This should tell you that the annual pest treatment is in the best interest of the community. When u make a complaint, the association and management company point the finger at each other and the concern does not get addressed.... Something is fishy..i even made a BBB complaint and they lied saying place was immaculate even though I showed video.. there was a used toilet by the stairs!! I need to replace my windows.they insist u use silver rimmed wind up windows which cost 1500 more as they are discontinued.. These windows were from 45 years ago. This ancient rules are holding our property value down . Our condos are worth way below that of the complex in front of and next to us.Nothing gets fixed but the president sure did make sure the tennis court was immaculate even though he is the only one that uses it.. He just sold his apartment and left. But he is still in the office..again something is fishy.. Our place was cleaner and safer before . It literally stinks now. New board that cares about this building and no management company is the answer .. Apparently the current ones have no issue living in filth.You all need to do better.
