The HOA is fair and I just wish the residents would come together more; everybody seems to be detached. However, this is a nice community and I am happy living here. Hopefully everyone will be more friendlier and once the Pandemic subsides, more meetings can be held to bring the residents together.

Finally the sprinklers are on, thank you guys for working so hard on repairing our sprinklers, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah.
