Great to work with. They understand your pain doctor perscribed you medication for pain they are always in stock. I have had nothing but great experience. Super nice people.

One of my UAs came up positive for marijuana when I hadnt smoked in 4 months!! They clearly manhandle their samples! Had to pay out of pocket for a hair follicle test to prove my innocence!! Will be lodging a formal complaint on Monday!! They literally have one job, dont mix up the samples!! Cost me time, money and effort!! So incredibly angry!!

The Cordant Lab on floor 6 at the Cabrini Tower in Seattle, WA was an awful experience. Not just once but twice.The first time I went the lady was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever met. I think she expects all of us who go to be crazy drug addicts! When I get tested, Im supposed to fail, doctors that prescribe pain medications, should be checking to make sure the patients are taking them!!! Its called safe practice, but this lady treats all like convicts.Second time- I watched as the lady (same as first time) was helping another female, she had her gloves on as she took and emptied the urine in a cup, then when proceeded to fill out the paperwork with said gloves on, went to copy machine and made copy with said dirty gloves on. It was disgusting. She did change gloves when she delt with me BUT again, did the same thing. She filled out the paperwork with the same gloves she used to handle my urine ( we pee in toilet into a plasic tub like in a hospital) affer she signed the paper, with dirty gloves on, she tried to hand me the dirty pen to sign the paper. I couldnt believe it! When I refused to take the Pen and said something to her about it, she made light of it, tried to put me down like I was stupid for thinking it was discusting. If it wasnt for her flippant rude behavior. I would never have written this. But enough is enough. This was not a one time thing but obviously a habit of hers. This habit also puts other employees and patients in danger of potential deseases!!
