Went in on September 8th to drop a same off for my mom, took forever to be acknowledged than treated so rudely afterwards about I needed my moms info when it was clearly in their computer system then told their was no Dr order and needed to get it luckily the Dr was on the third floor of the same medical building, when I came back down still treated badly and still told their was no Dr order they had to look for it and that their was a balance if not paid they couldnt do anything well whats the point of assistance if its not applied to help patients on limited income. Ive been in customer service for awhile and I know you dont think a patient as badly as I was treated. LabCorp needs to hire more people with a heart not heartless workers.

I had the hardest time finding this location. I scheduled my appointment online and was provided a basic address with no details on how to locate the lab inside a rather large medical complex. There are several medical buildings all in the same area which makes it hard to find. No signage to help people locate it. I found a lab on the first floor but it stated PAML...I didnt know that Lab Corps also calls themselves PAML. Theres a directory in another building but it only states lab not Lab Corps. Was not able to call to ask them. No one in the building to help.To the office manager please make it easier for people: have the Lab Corps confirmation emailprovide basic directions, add signage to the outside to help people locate the correct building, make it clear that Lab Corps also goes by PAML, put Lab Corps in the directory, update Google to put second floor or some basic direction. Anything to help people find it so that they dont show up the appointment frustrated and show up on time.

I went in about 130pm, walked in to one person working the entire lab. Waiting about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was in for a newborn heel sticks (mind you, this lab is one floor above the birth center) and the tech covering (she mentioned this was not her normal lab) could not find the droplet cards. Was told I needed to go to the other lab in the hospital (I do not use this hospital) and the directions given sent me to the inpatient lab which i could not use. Finally a tech took pity on me, as i was and am very frustrated, and walked me to the outpatient lab that will hopefully have the correct stuff needed.

Lab techs did okay job with blood work, but companys billing practices and knowledge are very questionable and turn out to be very pricey for cash patients. Same seems to me true at both facilities Ive been to.
