My sister and I were paying for our stuff. We noticed a old man watching us and was very close to us as if we were trying to steal! He watch all our moves. He even got out the store when we left. Yet he did not do that any other person except for my sister and I. He went back to what he was doing in the beginning. I believe he did this because we are Hispanic!!!! Very unprofessional.

One of the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re taking a prescription that this pharmacist doesn’t agree with they will be sure to shame you about it. Doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable on certain neurological disorders

Very rude and disrespectful pharmacist. How dare she speak to me that way. Said my doctor gave her red flags when I asked her to look him up she started yelling at me. Am 71 years old and never was treated this way.

Extremely bad customer service, the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with

The drive thru pharmacy took 30 minutes for no reason and I was trapped by cars in the front and back so I had no option but to wait. Ridiculously slow service.

TED is rude and disrespectful. Made snide comments to my wife while having issues at checkout. Unprofessional and needs retraining. A assistant managers shouldnt be talking smack about customers.

Closed Pharmacy early on Sunday, we will be pulling out prescriptions from here. Thanks Hopefully no one does from missing there perceptions.

This CVS is one of my favorite places to go. The makeup selection is great, and the employees are kind and cheerful even at 9:45pm on a tuesday.

The pharmacists are top notch. Everyone goes above and beyond in the Pharmacy dept. Paul and brandie are excellent pharmacists. Technician Jessica r remembers everyone and it feels like a small hometown Pharmacy instead of a chain. Love CVS!

Excellent service in Pharmacy. I wish the Pharmacy was updated and a little more up with the times but that’s not the stores fault. The counter definitely should be replaced.

Horrible customer service, At the pharmacy. I explain to them that I only had a little over hour due to a procedure my son was in currently. Pharmacy explained that it was a 2 hour wait because they need to go to lunch, even after explaining that I was not close to home and needed the medication and I could wait a little longer. You guys are not tools and I understand there was only one person but I am not either and it was so matter of fact.... have a great lunch....

A bit of everything.

I’m from out of town and I travel for work. The CVS in stuart is the pharmacy I use when I am in town. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond anytime I have an issue with anything. It’s such a delite to walk into a place with such a happy energy. Even when all the girls are slammed busy they still take the time to go over things with me and make me feel welcomed. So kudos to the amazing staff over there. They go well above the marker for excellent customer service.

Always seems to have issues with discounts. Yesterday, tried to purchase Buy one, get one free on Lays chips. Price on one $4.29. On discount at register, credit was $1.30 on each bag. When we discussed what BOGO means and that $2.60 is NOT SAME as $4.29 (Im good at math), the MANAGER says Thats how we do it here! No Sale. I say...Back to Walgreens! What a slimy place. Not the first time with issues at the register and at the pharmacy. Customer service and appreciation of our intelligence is dead here.
