I have been using STEPS Home Cares services for about a year and have nothing but praise for the company and its staff. From the very beginning, they made every effort to understand my particular needs and to only suggest help that they truly thought would be a great match. They are highly professional in their operations, warm in their interactions, and very accessible at all times, returning phone calls in a timely manner. They even organize weekly excursions for their clients in the general area in which they are located. I have recommended STEPS to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

STEPS has been crucial to me and my family for the care of my mother. I have to trust an agency 100% as Im not there to supervise the aides, dont use cameras, and cant depend on my moms assessment of the situation, as her mind is not clear. STEPS management is responsive, attentive, and understanding and really cares about our familys well being. This agency has allowed my aging parents to remain in their home.

STEPS Home Care, based in Westchester and now in Connecticut, is family owned by sisters Jennifer Baukol and Lisa Wade and they care deeply about their clients. Jennifer personally visits her clients, hand-picks their companions/aides to make sure it is a healthy and happy fit. My parents live in California, but if they were local, I would not want anyone but Jennifer and STEPS to provide their care.
