My family and I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Solace Care. Our mother’s diagnosis with Alzheimer’s did not come as a shock, but her need for extra care came quickly. Audrey at Solace Care was our first call and we never looked back. Her knowledge, her warmth and her compassion put us all at ease immediately. She personally came to meet my mother in order to match her with the perfect person for our in home care needs. She matched my mother with the perfect person. In addition, she was always available and communicative throughout. We cannot say enough about our experience with Solace Care.

If we could give Audrey and Solace Care 10 stars...we would. We live over an hour from Dad and helping him daily has been a very difficult task. Even if we were closer, his constant needs are difficult to administer to while we are working full time. I cant imagine what parents with young children have to deal with in the same situation.Our process for deciding what service to provide him, coupled with the is he ready for this quotient, was arduous. Solace Care was recommended by our fathers physician over a year ago.Audrey began working with us to find the right care taker, but we continued to push it off because Dad wasnt ready or so we thought. Audrey was patient, understanding and stuck it out with us. Looking back, we wish we would have pulled the trigger on a care taker service quicker. But, its definitely a process.Audrey facilitated interviews with several candidates via Zoom until we decided upon one person that seemed the best fit. Dads care is beyond what we could have imagined. His care taker works with us in such a collaborative way and is so kind and lovely to our father, who is on the Alzheimer spectrum and needs someone with incredible patience.We highly recommend Solace Care.

Working with Solace Care has been a blessing for my family and my mother. We have had a provider coming two to three days a week to help assist my 97 year old mother at home.She is now part of our family. She is caring, kind, helpful,concerned.Working with Audrey to answer questions and help evaluate needs is great. I feel I can call on either one to alleviate any concern I have about my mothers needs.They are always easy to contact and provide me with advice and direction.It will be going on two years we’re have had assistance from Solace care. I would never change a moment.Thank goodness they were there to support our families needs.

Audrey arranged a 24 hr. live-in caregiver (Joyce M.) for our aunt who is stricken with Alzheimers. We couldnt have been happier with the results. Joyce is a WONDERFUL lady, a self-starter who took charge of the household and had us completely at ease even though we were 1200 miles away. Provided transportation, laundry work, shopping, and cooking. If something needed to be done, Joyce did it, or found someone that could do it, and did so for 18 months. Peace of mind, knew how to interact with an Alzheimers patient.
