Dr. Dunlop was very patient and kind with my dad.A great first visit.
I have had my hearing aids since March 2020. I do not feel I was adequately taught the features. I had an Android phone and after 20 minutes the audiologist called Belltone and was informed that the app was only functional in I phones. I feel I was left to learn the device on my own and I do not see ( hear) what benefit the aides are to me. It was an expensive purchase that I now regret.

I went here with a family member for a hearing aid consultation and was incredibly disappointed. After establishing this was our first experience with hearing aids I expected an introduction with basic information, recommendations and printed material. Instead, we were met with an unprofessional, uninformative sales pitch, after which we were expected to be comfortable spending thousands of dollars. We were read a couple of prices from a secret list of product we were not allowed to review. When asked about the differences between the models the explanation was its the microchip inside followed by no further information and an awkward silence. At one point we were told they make very little money through the Hear USA process so maybe this is why they were so unhelpful. Other Beltone centers may be better but I would not recommend visiting this one.
