I went to phat burn in a Stamford a couple of years ago and was sold one of their packages by one of the members at the front desk. Upon communicating with them that I was going back to school for the year and would like to come back on my winter break, they still asked me to sign something that would cancel my membership. I was tricked into signing at the time and when I showed email proof later on that I clarified that signing would still allow me to take the remainder of my classes at a later date, they refused to honor the remaining classes and were very unprofessional. He had said signing would allow me to finish off my classes which was not the case. The manager I spoke with was pretentious and unwilling to help even with the email proof that I was misled. Very disgusting behavior.

The community is so welcoming & kind the moment that you walk into the door. The trainers truly care about you and your goals.Not to mention great workouts, the gym also has a nutritional and lifestyle coach on staff to help you achieve your goals. Additionally they have a chef on staff so you have no excuses!Workouts have a lot of variety. Definitely recommend taking a muscle building class, building muscle will help you burn those calories like never before!Nice facility and location in Stamford as well.

This place is AWESOME. From the workouts to the coaches and staff, you really cant get much better. Ive recommended this place to so many people and already got 3 other friends to join because they liked it too!The workouts are kicking my butt but I really do LOVE it! Everyone is so encouraging and its been just what I need. Support is awesome and keeps me motivated. Its only been a month and seeing the changes Ive had already, Im so excited to see what happens when I keep going!!

I joined here 7 months ago. I like everything Phatburn has to offer. The trainers are very experienced and super fun. Everyone goes out of their way to help you achieve your fitness goals. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I cant recommend Phatburn highly enough! The coaches are wonderful especially Coach Christy! The workouts are challenging and the coaches always help you through the exercises to ensure you are doing them correctly. The classes have a great environment. The first class is free so you should definitely give it a try!

I love this place- which is a rarity for me to say about a gym. They have a great mission statement which carriers throughout all they do. All the trainers are excellent- I look forward to going! And... should you try the food it’s convenient and delicious!

I just completed my first month at Phatburn and I couldnt be any happier about joining. I have already noticed a massive difference in my energy and endurance. The classes are challenging and fun. I have not met all the trainers, but Christy and Chris are amazing, they always give me that extra little push to get the most out of my workout and it has made a difference in the way I train.

I do love what the trainers do to us at Phatburn, vast variety of workouts that target every inch of your body, and the trainers keep an eye on you to make sure your form is right so no risk of injury. They also modify the workout to suit your needs, Case in point, my knees are 100 years old 😂 so they showed me moves that will strengthen my cranky-ole knees lol, and that makes it so much more motivating & delightful for me to get up at 5:30 AM to be there for my 6 o’clock workout three days a week...but the best part is, when the workout is over, you get this amazing feeling! I always say “ man! I’m so glad I showed up this morning!”😂

I really had a great experience at Phatburn and everyone was always so nice and supportive. Prior to working out at Phatburn, my hips were fractured due to pregnancy and I had to use a walker. My daughter was born in November and the healing process was slow but I listened to my body and am so proud that I could workout at Phatburn and I feel stronger today because of it. I took most classes with Jolin and she was wonderful as were Christy and Angela.

I feel like the moment I signed up with you guys was the moment when I was given a chance to save my own lifeI was limping in pain 24/7 – literally, could not sleep because of this pain in my knee and doctors wanted to do surgery on itWas so overweight that I did not even knowI came to interview with you crying and not being able to sit because then I would not be able to stand upThe good thing was that I was stubborn and did not want to listen to doctors advise but just was coming here consistently and believed that things will get betterA year later and 40 lb lighter I feel the happiest person in the worldI cannot believe I did thisAnd where did I find the strength to fight that muchAnd now this is the most important thing I do in my lifeAnd now I found out that actually I don’t like anything else better and more than coming to the gymWhich was something I never even thought of doing beforePeople feel lost in the gym and not knowing what to doThe system here is so very well designedYou just need to followAnd the results just show upI knew I needed a changeAnd I realized that when we need a change we need to look into changing ourselvesWe cannot change anything else but the way we do and thinkSo grateful and so luckyI now also know how to feed myself which was another struggle before I joined phatburnSo thank you !p.s. Phat Burn is the best decision I ever made-when I first joined, 6 months ago, I immediately got a membership after my first night of what I would call torture Ha ha ha-I remember thinking to myself wow I have a lot of nerve how am I going to fit this into my budget. Then I said I will make it work I am doing this for me, and Im worth it. It is money well spent, as far as I am concerned this is a way of life for me now. How great is this, t friends seeing my results joined and I actually was blessed to be able to work out for free for at least two months- where do you get incentives like that? No where I have ever been.I have been to many many fitness clubs through the years and I have to say by far this is the number one program, it covers every aspect of fitness from A-to-Z. You could exercise all day long but if you dont know how to eat correctly youre like running on a hamster wheel. With this program Im getting it ALL in one place. All the staff there is amazing, we have right at our fingertips, a nutritionist and our coaches if we have any questions, anytime of day. Prepared fresh meals if we choose all measured out for us. Its such a good feeling being in the grocery store and being able to say wow let me take a picture of the nutrition facts and ask Sean if its OK, and then get an answer. How much better can you get than that ? You guys go above and beyond. You are always upbeat motivating uplifting. Sometimes during class it gets tough and if I find myself giving into my fatigue , my coaches Chris or George get me right back up and into it. It is such a pleasure to walk in and see your smiling faces, Chris, George, Paul, and the people working the front desk. It truly feels like PHAMILY. Thank you for all your support, it is appreciated more than you know. I am 150% thrilled with my results!

Over the years Ive been a member at a variety of gyms - CrossFit, Chelsea Piers, and LA Fitness to name a few. None have compared to the family-like environment PhatBurn offers. I was looking for a gym offering high calorie burning classes. After joining PhatBurn, I learned I got the best of both worlds - fun, ever changing classes and nutrition guidance. The nutrition component was unexpected. I decided to participate in one of their challenges where I learned about PhatBurns meal plan structure. I never saw results as quickly as I did once I started to follow their nutrition guidelines. I learned a lot about my level of tolerance and what my body needs in order to become a calorie burning machine. Thank You PhatBurn!

Phatburn is everything you need under one roof. I used to go to the Gym constantly and will start my new years resolution trying to achieve my ideal body to later on just quit.It wasnt until I join Phatburn that I learned how my body works, not just physically, but the food that works for me. I received the accountability I never got at any of the gyms I joined before; but for me the best part is that these guys guided me through best nutritional choices. The results I got were unbelievable, I cant wait to go back to class after Im done with my pregnancy.Try it! youll love it.

I really appreciate my time spent with Phatburn and everything I was able to get out of it for the long term.At some point after phatburn I fell into some bad habits and wasn’t doing the right things to get the results I wanted. Little things like learning about nutrition & food logging, the amount of water you are supposed to drink every day based on your weight, taking control of the portions you eat throughout the day, and the instructions on the exercise routines have really helped me in the last 4 months that I’ve been committed to consistent exercise and good dieting, on my own.Paul, Mario, Andrew and Sean taught me the fundamentals which I’ve been applying and now Im closing in on my goal of losing 23 lbs.A way to show These guys really care about seeing people reach their physical goals and continue to improve, is the fact that I messaged Paul today, looking for some feedback on some of my routines and how I can get the best results and his reply was:‘Dude thats great. Whats your number I’ll call you later and break it down for you?’ Which he did, and I appreciate that Paul.If you are serious about getting it done, ​I strongly recommend you reach out to these guys

Phatburn is an amazing place. Its a one of a kind experiance I have yet to see anywhere else. Phatburn provides a comprehensive aproach for getting healthy and fit. Its been about a month since I joined and I have made more progress in that time than if I spent many months on my own. Whats unique about Phatburn is that they help you attack your weight / fitness challenges from all angles. They provide you with five incredible workout classess per week. The instrucors are all 10+s who really walk the walk. They are extermaly knowledgible, fit and encouraging. They understand nutrician and have a unique approach to simplifying your meal planning. They even provide healthy food to you twice a week reasonable prices. Probobly most important are the goal planning and accountability sessions that if you attend reguarly and follow their instructions, you will realize your goals and then some pretty quickly. Finally, the people who work out at Phatburn are all awsome and very supportive of new commers. The morning sessions are definitly something I look forward to every day😀

Hello, my name is MJ Escobar. I have been at Phatburn for about ten months now. These past ten months have been the best! I remember,I was on Facebook, scrolling down and I found this page called Phatburn. On the page I found that they were looking for 21 people to do their on boarding program called the 21 Day Kickstart.I didnt have any idea was it was, but I did see that it had something to do with exercise which is something that I wanted to do. I have been struggling with my body for a long time. I have a difficult body type. I thought I would never see myself the way my body is right now. I know there still a long way to go and that this is only the beginning.Right now I can happily say, that I’ve lost 31 pounds and can now wear the clothes I thought I never would or could. Even more crazy to me is that I lost 21 pounds of fat! I cannot believe 21 pounds of fat were in this tiny body. I also have more energy which is important to me because as a mother of three, I have to have a lot of energy to run around between work and being a mom. Of course I have been the one gaining more from my transformation. Well, my girls not so much because Im using their clothes now J.A big thanks to the Phatburn Phamily and all the support and help I get. Thanks for pushing me even when I wanted to give up on myself and especially when I want to give up while doing my least favorite exercise, the rower! I hate it, lol. But I know its good for me so I suck it up, and do it!All the exercises and routines that those guys put us through is getting me where I am right now. Thanks to the Phatburn team, my dreams have come true, something that I couldnt believe could happen for me.All of this would not be possible without the help of Phatburn and a special thanks to Christopher Michael, Phatburn’s Stamford studio leader, for being there on my journey.

So phar, Im loving it! The results are great!I started at the end of July. By the end of oct, I had lost 30 pounds following the PhaBurn meal plan and workouts. I started with the 3 week kick start trial, and now Im in for 6 months!!I joined the new Stamford location. It is sparkling clean.The support (online and in person) is the best. The owner, Paul, takes the time to know each and every client and their goals. I have met and worked with each of the trainers in Stamford. They do a great job motivating everyone in the class. The online discussion groups are closed, which means you need to be a member of PhatBurn to join. It prevents trolls, and allows you to ask questions and know that you are going to get answers from people in the same boat as you.Honestly, I never thought that I would enjoy the classes. I was always the just slug it out in the gym type person, whether working out by myself or w a trainer. But with the class split up into groups and everyone getting attention from the trainer, it is actually a lot of fun.Every day is a different workout. We do the same workouts for 2 weeks. e.g. 2 Mondays upper body, 2 Tuesdays cardio, 2 Wednesdays legs etc. .... then after we do each workout twice, they totally change the workout you do for upper body, cardio, legs, etc. At PhatBurn, there is no fancy equipment. There are a lot of body weight exercises, and the gear used is dumbells, steps, workout benches, bosu balls , TRX, kettlebells, and one rack.PhatBurn is a great investment in yourself!
