Love the place clean and spacious . .you get towels for your workout if u dont have one...went there for Francisco samurai class !!!! The class was great as usual...

Amazing space... All the newest equipment and super friendly staff!

The owner is friendly as well as all of the staff. The facility is clean and inviting. The flexibility to take a drop in class vs one type Of membership is a huge bonus. Frequently at other gyms I have wanted to bring a friend to try a class with me but couldnt unless we did the entire membership tour sales pitch thing. Being able to have a friend join for a class is so much less pressure. And everyone needs less of that these days.

So many awesome classes. The barre, spin and yoga instructors are fantastic. Special shout out to Tyler and Mabel. They are the best in the business and we are so lucky to have them at mActivity.Love the new turf classes. Such a great addition!

Top notch instructors, great classes, and welcoming atmosphere!The vibe here is friendly, energetic and always positive! I cant say enough about the outstanding instruction in the classes with attention paid to the right form and the mind body connection.

It has a nice comfortable and upbeat atmosphere. The girls at the desk were really welcoming. All of exercise instructors are very professional, and I really enjoyed taking Catrinas class yesterday.

This is a beautiful new gym in downtown stamford. Staff was so friendly and I love the classes! Definitely worth checking out!

Right away they have earned 5 Stars because of their superb teachers, combined with a welcoming environment, making it a perfect setting for their various classes. This is not just a gym, it is a community of nice people who love to workout.
