This pharmacy is chronically understaffed. Dont waste time calling if you need to speak to someone, they dont pick up. This predates the pandemic; maybe a bit worse now. Pleasant enough staff but be prepared for a wait.

Great cvs. Help is nice and they normally have fully stocked shelves

They kicked a woman out who was wearing her mask correctly, for pointing out someone else was having their nose out of the mask. Terribly rude.

The Pharmacy department is very nice, customer service is great.Front store customer service is a nightmare !Always rude and disrespectful, having an attitude.One day they are refused to take my kids passport photo saying shes not dressed professionally !!!!Went to the different store at Bulls Head and had no problems at all.

After waiting 1/2 hour on line, and my 3rd attempt to pick up rx, was told i could have gone to the second bay which not one car attempted! No signage to indicate this option! They gobbled up small retail pharmacies in the area only to give the worst service possible. CVS sucks!

Easy to get to. Ample parking. I was greeted with welcome to CVS and every worker I passed on the way in and out asked me politely and in a friendly manner if I need help finding anything?!

This review is for the drive in Covid testing. Expect a very long wait (1 hour) even though appointments are required.

Worst attitude ever.

My experience was horrible at this location in High Ridge Rd. they were not able to help with what I needed and worst part is that employee didnt even try.
