The quality of service at the Stamford office has SIGNIFICANTLY declined since I started going here. I started receiving my allergy shots the summer of 2019 and everything was fine until this past summer. They me sign the form to renew my vials which I did but then when I came back I was told that I did not sign that form so I couldnt receive my shots. I asked them to call me when the vials were ready and they said they would leave a note in my file to do so. I never received a call so I eventually called back to ask what the heck was going on. The front desk lady told me they were ready...So I made an appointment and came in, sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, only to be called back and told that because I hadnt been there in so long they needed to drop my dose down to gold (the very first dose i was receiving in 2019) and that they would have to remix them so I could not get my shots YET AGAIN. So now here I am 2 years+ into the shots process and im starting from SCRATCH rebuilding an immunity I had already built and I will need to go back to getting shots once a week which is a great inconvenience considering I was at a point where I could go once a month. Essentially rendering the past 2 years of these shots useless. I will also note that the overall friendliness of the staff and my doctor has declined. Overall I am sad that I am in a position where I am only spiting myself by not continuing to go but I wish I would have started this process at a different establishment.
