I called in because I moved out of the area and need to go see a doctor. They will not see me without my records being sent over. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and when I finally got in touch with carmella, it seemed like I was annoying her. Dr. Bivona is a good doctor but he definitely needs to get better people assisting him at the front desk. Hopefully they send the documentation I asked for, she didn’t even confirm the fax.

He has been my GP for the past 15 years and I have found him very professional and knowledgable in treating all of my various aliments. Have recommended him to many of my friends over the years and they been delighted with both Dr. Bivona and with my recommendation. Ive now moved and still traveling an hour to see him.

WORST FRONT DESK STAFF EVER! They keep you on hold and never pick up the line.

Dr B is a fantastic doctor, but the front desk staff is so so.

I scheduled a appointment for them which was easy enough, no trouble there. I was told that I would need blood work a week prior, so they said they would send the Information and I could just walk in. The day I go to get my blood work, the people there say that nothing has been sent. The woman working also made an observation that there is always something not getting sent over from dr. bivona office. Now I have to most likely reschedule all my appointments. Highly unprofessional if you ask me

Everytime I go to the office I am told that the Doctor will call me back with test results. I have never gotten a call back.

Dr. B is awesome but his front desk support is absolutely horrible! They will hang up on you, put you on hold for a long period of time, and are completely rude

Called up just now to seek an appointment as one of my friend has refered me to Dr. James. The receptionist was extremely rude and had no courtesy on how to speak with a patient. She hung up the phone without listening the complete issue.A good doctor with a extremely bad staff to manage the patients.

Been trying to get the doctor on the phone for last 3 weeks.. 7 calls to the office so far but no luck yet.Edit 8/23/16: The staff gets zero stars. Especially the lady in-charge of prescriptions. Shes incredibly rude and doesnt want to do her job. Been trying to get her to Fax a prescription to the pharmacy for 4 days now... dont understand why its so hard.

Dr James Bivona is extremely professional and kind. Been going for many years and couldn’t be happier.

Tried to call Dr. Bivonas office to get a referral for Senior nutrition for an elderly relative who is a patient of his and was trying to do this from far out of town. I had called about this three weeks ago and they said they would handle it, but I never heard anything more. I found on calling the social services organization that the referral was never received. The contact at the doctors office I talked to to follow up was unable to help me because it was too long since the patient had been seen, which I understood. However, she was also incredibly rude to me, and was heard by my daughter who also was shocked at her comments. Left me in tears. Fortunately the relatives specialist will handle the referral and the social service was most helpful.
