Extremely professional. Excellent service. I love that Dr. Pruzan is so warm and personable and yet, business-like at the same time. She is very thorough and explains things in a clear, easy to understand manner. I highly recommend her!

I cannot say enough good things about this office.. 24 years ago i asked my primary care dr in Greenwich who he suggested for the best dermatologist in the area.. he did not skip a breath and answered Debbie Pruzan.. Years later, I found out she was best my sister-in-laws best friend high school.!!.. anyway, as a person, she is loved by her patients and her office staff for her ability to juggle a crazy schedule as she gives her patients patient thoughtful concern. she will chat like your best friend , but .. she always runs on time-- so try not to be late! and if her schedule is too busy, her three colleagues are just as nice and just as thorough.. if you want expert advice and treatment for serious skin issues, no one is better .. and if you want another cosmetic procedure that her office does not perform, she will give you her candid recommendations.. my family has a history of skin cancers and cosmetic procedures.. this office should be your first option always.. dana gaston

“First do no harm” I had a small precancerous spot on my face. It was “frozen” with liquid nitrogen which I have had done many times before. This time I had a huge blister and a swelling underneath the size of an apricot. It resulted in a permanent burn mark right underneath my eye. I had just spent the summer having laser genesis (elsewhere) to remove all the brown and red spots on my face! After sending a photo to Dr Marsh and then seeing Dr Hall (Dr Pruzan-Clain was too busy) With no offer to do something to get rid of the brown mark on my face caused by too aggressive “freezing” I went back into the office to see if they would give me a free treatment to remove the mark caused by Dr Pruzan-Clain. I was given a RX by Dr Hall for a cream which she said would cost $125 & would not be covered by Insurance. I asked if perhaps they could give me a sample of something to lighten the mark. The answer was NO. I just tried to get the cream from good RX and it is well over $200 even with a coupon

Both of us get our annual skin scans here. Excellent straightforward, experienced practitioner. Another plus is that Dr. Pruzan runs on time !
