I have nothing but, great things to say about Dr Bonheur and his office. Hes a superb surgeon and in addition hes caring and compassion. The office staff are efficient and empathetic. I would wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Dr Bonheur.

The attantion given to me before and after surgery by the team ofDr. James Bonheur was excellent.I feel great after 3 third day of surgery.

Amazing doctor and great staff!

I had 2 successful hernia repair surgeries with Dr. Bonheur. My case was somewhat complicated as my initial inguinal surgery failed and my mesh had adhered to my spermatic cords which was very painful. The surgeon that originally did the work whom I visited several times said there was nothing wrong despite the fact that I had swelling and had difficulty even sitting down. I spoke with several other surgeons and they all gave me no hope and refused to do anything until Dr. Bonheur. Dr. Bonheur agreed that to have the pain and discomfort I was dealing with for 5 months was a problem and was confident he knew what was wrong. Ultimately Dr. Bonheur found with each surgery the old mesh had adhered to my spermatic cord and that I had hernias again in both sides. He was able to repair both sides & I am forever grateful that he was kind enough to listen to me and had the expertise to understand what the issue was. Thank you!

Very professional and accommodating. His office was able to schedule me in quickly and always returned my calls promptly.The day of the surgery I was greeted by each team member, one at a time and they each asked me questions and explained their role in the procedure. I was very nervous at first, but felt better after meeting each person on his team.In the recovery area I was checked on frequently to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. The next day I was contacted by the office to see how I was feeling.I would recommend Dr. Bonheur, his team and office staff.

For over 5 years I visited most plastic & general surgeons in the area. After having baby number 3, I had two hernias (ventral and umbilical) that was very bulgy and visible Dr. Bonheur was wonderful and amazing to me last Summer 2017!! Not only he is the best surgeon in the area, I recommend him 110% The surgery was a HUGE success! I did NOT have to get a tummy tuck like many other surgeons have told me. The scars are extra minimal about 2-3mm, and I have my flat abs again:-)Love, love him!!!

I took my self to the Greenwich Hospital complaining about a server pain in my naval . I Had an umbelical hernia. I was introduce to Dr. Bonheur he answers all my questions and was very caring and sincere and did a great job fixing my hernia.
