Unbelievable!!! Absolutely worst experience ever. First off they have a jammed pack waiting room even if you have an appointment you will be there for an hour easily!! The staff is rude and disrespectful. Half the people in the waiting room weren’t even wearing masks. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t follow it ? Does anyone even work there besides 1 or 2 people ? What a joke.

You’re better off not making an appointment. Walk ins go first and they will have you waiting on the waiting room for an hour with an appointment. Never again, better off driving far, you’ll get better service

The ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF- the rude disrespectful staff makes this experience absolutely disgusting. Yelling at patients in waiting room and not explaining the POS2 error they made with the sign in process. Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely the worst place you can go to. I waited from 12:40 to 2:00 pm. I was only allowed to check in a couple of minutes before my appointment. Then the wait was supposed to be 50 minutes so they asked for me to wait outside but they would text and let me know when I would be seen. I waited and 10 minutes before the time was up I came back in the office because I never received a text and did not want to miss my time. As I came in the office I saw that my name was at the first appointment but they kept calling people after my name. Then they added more time to my waiting time. I am beyond upset. I just waisted 2 hours just waiting around these disgusting people to call my name and they never did.

This place is a complete joke with no customer service and incompetent staff. Came in for a 315apt. When my time came my name apparently disappeared from the list and they treated me like a walk in. Waited 2 more hours. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will be reaching out to corporate as this location is clearly run by a bunch of clowns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waited for two hrs for my “text”!, Which I was supposed to get when they were ready for me. After two hrs, I asked why such a long wait when I had an appointment? The response was attitude and was told that I was skipped! No reason why… just skipped. Not only was I skipped but also I was going to have to wait for another 45 mints!!!Super rude!

I arrived at my appointment to find that I had a 1 hour and 25 minute wait. The appointment system is totally broken. There were a dozen people in the waiting room who had already been there for over an hour.

Nurse Dona (or dana - hope I am right)Was extremely friendly! I had to come with my two children to do my blood draw and I was literally in and out it was super quick she was super friendly to me and to my daughters I would highly recommend this place

Absolutely rude and Obnoxious. While trying to speak to the supervisor on the phone about a documentation discrepancy on my part the staff member kept muttering and talking and making Comments over the phone conversation. Finally after getting frustrated with her dumb attitude she threatened to call the police. She seemed to be looking for a confrontation and her attitude STINKS.You need to find better staff and she needs a serious attitude adjustment. Not recommended at all and I give this place ZERO stars and I have filed a corporate complaint on this woman and I am also writing a letter. She needs to be FIRED

As I walked in I signed in machine,immediately I was called. I asked SHARON the lab tech a simple question. “I have to be at work at 9 AM I’m not sure what you have in front of me, so would I be out before then.And as rude as she can be SHARON the lab technician from the Caribbean kiss her teethand said I’m helping you know. Sucked her teeth again mush up her face and proceeded to talk under her teeth.I said excuse me did you say somethingShe responded as rude as she can be and said ME helping you nowRequested my insurance information asked me was I the primary I said no and as Rude as she can be again she says then WHOI certainly understand working with the public can be quite difficult however attitude reflects leadership and I am sure she is not leading any other lab technicians or anyone else in that office because bad attitude start from the top I do hope her attitude changes throughout the day to make her day betterIn the future I will go elsewhere I hope someone reads this

My review has gone up today from the review of last year. Donna behind the desk was courteous and professional. I did not have to wait the 15 mins that their board stated, but only 5 and Michelle drew my blood painlessly and was so friendly. Glad I returned.

Never again!! Can’t find the doctor order for tests, no ownership of the problem, fortunately my doctor was able to fax over the order. 15 min process became a 45min hassle.

Terrible, terrible experience today. I come to this place every time I need a blood work done. Up until today Anthony was always there and he and the team have always been amazing- nice, pleasant, quick and the blood drawing itself was (almost) painless, while there was hardly any line (Ive been going there for the last 4 years). When I walked in this morning around 7.45am, there were another 9 patients waiting. There was no pen to sign in so I put my own pen so that other patients could sign in and the phlebotomist doesnt have to be interrupted. Finally the phlebotomist comes out after helping one patient. It was not Anthony or any of the staff that I have met there before. She makes a phone call, types on her computer, and after probably 15 minutes asks for the next patient. Very slow. She saw the pen and asked whose it was. When I answered she looked at me and put it down in the very opposite direction to where I was sitting. She was very rude when I said that she could have just given it to me. Her behavior was uncalled for, unnecessary and extremely unfriendly. There is no excuse for that. I walked out, I would not let someone like her ever touch me yet alone draw my blood. Patients beware! Not sure whether Anthony has left but if so thats a huge shame and I would love to find out what location he moved to.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Sharon Fray is unnecessarily RUDE. I walked in and said good morning (first patient) and didnt even acknowledge. I waited around for 15 minutes, until she said check in on that ipad right there. Then when I finished, i just waited around, and she said to me SIT DOWN NOT you may take a seat, please sit and wait, or simply, well be right with you, please sit down. People like her shouldnt have a job dealing with customers. Seriously!

Absolutely horrible they have a system that you register you have the option to wait in our car from a 15 minute wait to over hour my 78 year old mom needs blood work done waiting in the car I keep looking at a monitor with her name on it it goes for 5 minutes to 10 to 14 minutes to 21 minutes horrible horrible

If you going to be in the medical field and customer service field leave the attitude at home one of the ladies there has the worst attitude ever and its not good for the business
