Not an expert on braces but my son had crooked teeth then they put the braces on him and now they are straight, they are still not done with his work but his teeth looked much straighter very quickly after having the braces. Looking forward to the finished results and him getting his braces off one day

Dr. Jeffrey Drayer changed my life. Before I went in to have my teeth examined I was depressed and so insecure about my teeth, I was always the funniest person in the room and I couldn’t even laugh at my own jokes because I was afraid of what people would think of my teeth. Slowly during the process I would see a change in my teeth that would make me happier and happier as the process went on. I got my braces off and I am amazed by the job that was done. Drayer has a fantastic skill and I owe him my life for it. I am now incredibly happy and I have a sense of confidence I never thought was achievable. If I could I would give them zero stars. If you value your mouth, your childs mouth, or your wallet do not go here. They are rude and do not take responsibility for their mistakes and instead chose to blame you and attempt to charge you for it. When they are upset with you they will try to force bad appointment times on you and even then they wont always actually schedule the appointment right.Theyve canceled on us twice in the past 3 months alone and then claimed we missed the appointment or didnt have one scheduled at that time even though we had appointment cards from them for the day and time in hand. They will try to charge you for just about everything and none of its cheap. The doctors and nurses will argue with you even when they check their charts and realize youre right. All in all this place is not a place to go if you value yourself, your child, or your wallet. They look at you and see a money bag not a patient. Its gotten so bad that my Girlfriends mother has swapped her other two children to a different doctor when she realized they kept trying to over charge and nickle and dime her for things that are covered by insurance or their fault.DO NOT GO HERE!

Excellent place. My daughter loved the doctor and assistant, she felt and was very well taken care of. Everything was clean and neat. We loved the place!

Dr. Drayer is a very skilled and wonderful doctor. He takes the time to explain his treatment plan and works with you to get the best results. His staff is always helpful and courteous.

This office is fantastic! I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Drayer and his staff. I had a lot of work done, during the course of having braces, by Iryna. She was kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Drayer at each appointment was also wonderful with bedside manner and eagerness to give the best results. After years of hating my teeth, I am thrilled with my results. I would highly recommend. A lot of appts and billing questions were answered by Jennifer who also sticks out as being a courteous assistant. I was referred by 4 members of my family were correct in saying I’d have a great experience. Dr. Drayer was the 3rd consultation I had. I was so comfortable on the first visit we began the process then. He even referred me to a great dentist to assist in cleaning and keeping my teeth healthy during, now after, having braces.

Dr. Drayer is a good orthodontist who seems to truly be interested in the practice of orthodontics. His staff is pretty friendly, but very quiet. Sometimes one of the women there works on people’s mouths like she’s tuning up a BMW, very rough! Prices are around average, leaning towards high. My only complaint about Dr. Drayer, who is a great guy, is that he seems to be a bit greedy with how many appointments he books in a day. For the amount of money that orthodontic treatment costs, and for how important it is to the people receiving it, I’d like to see him spending more time with the patients and making them feel more comfortable.

Both of my kids went here for their braces. Dr. Drayer is fantastic, as is his team. Highly recommended.

The only reason I take off a star is that Dr. Drayer says only another month or two WAY too soon. With both kids, he said that and there was still 9 or more months left. Eternity for a child! Other than that, great staff, great results, office is run smoothly.

Excellent. Highly professional, highly competent and passionate about what he does. He is very accessible. I am in my 50’s and have Invisalign. There were a lot of Orthodondists to choose from. I am so glad I went with Dr. Drayer. My teeth look great!

They do NOT have the patients best interests at heart. They tried to rush me to begin treatment for oral surgery, and in the end I told them no. They charged me full price for taking dental records and then went behind my back and submitted a claim for the records to my insurance! I only realized 7 months later after talking to my insurance company.

Dr Breyer is excellent, the facilities are good, and staff is very attentive.

We just had our very first appointment with Dr. Drayer, who came highly recommended by a trusted friend.We had such a positive experience and will definitely be recommending him to others! He was so kind and gentle with my daughter and frequently asked how she was doing at each step. He really took the time to explain everything to us in depth and we felt empowered in what we had to do with my daughters new brace care. He was so effective that my 10 year old daughter is even better with her brace care than even me (ie, Mom, why are you giving me that snack? You know I am not supposed to have that.). She is taking ownership of brushing properly with her new braces, too. We ended our appointment with Dr. Drayers reassurance that if anything comes up and we need him, to contact him right away and he will get right on it. He said, We are on our way to a beautiful smile! Love that! We feel very confident and reassured that we chose the best orthodontist for my daughter.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Drayer and his staff. Dr. Drayer is such a high professional, caring, friendly and kind person. From the first visit to the office I was immediately impressed. Dr. Drayer listened to my problems carefully and answered me how my problems happened and how he was gonna treat them at the time of the consultation with great patience.The office was clean and everyone was friendly and super nice.It would be hard to find a doctor and staff that care more about their patients and services.  Highly recommend DR. Drayer to anyone that need an orthodontist. I believe he is the perfect choice for anyone who is looking for orthodontic treatment! I couldnt be more happier and satisfied with the experience.My braces are off now, They also made me feel less weird about being an adult with braces (which I was nervous about at first!).

When you first walk in you notice an odor. No one greets you, I stood there waiting for the receptionist to acknowledge me, and then signed in....waited over 30 minutes and got the paperwork completed....we were brought back into a room and the dr came in. He seemed nice. He took out the sterile tools and the mirror looked disgusting. I dont care if an item is old and looks gross, get a new one. My child didnt feel comfortable, the smell in the office bothered him and the people piling up in the waiting room got to be so many there werent enough seats...I will never go back again.

Complicated, crowded mouth is now a supersmile. Staff always makes us feel welcomed, and Dr. Drayer is the best.
