Reminded me of my appointments and are priced extremely competitively. The dentist and staff are great. But the receptionist needs to improve in answering their phones. Every time I call, they either don’t answer the phones or put me on hold for lengthy time. When I do leave messages on their voicemail, I never get a call back. That’s poor customer service which is the reason I give them a 4 star. But overall, they are very nice.

At first I was so nervous and the dental assistant and all the staff made me so comfortable and relaxed .. The doctor was so gentle and really cared about me and my teeth. She was knowledgeable and gave me my confidence back by fixing my front teeth right then when I came in for a cleaning . I am beyond happy to finally find someone who I feel totally comfortable with and that will get my smile back to 100%. Can’t thank them all enough !! A+++++++

My experience was amazing, it was beyond expectations. There were two strong positive things about my visit. 1.the doctor was amazing and the way he did my treatment made me feel no pain at all. 2.the front desk costumers service was out of this world, super friendly and useful. Having worked in a large practice, I was pleasantly surprised considering there were only two ladies working the front at the time and multitasking no-less! I had made a scheduling error and came woefully unprepared without my new insurance information, but the receptionist was very understanding and quickly helped me through it the process. They managed to find an available doctor to see me for a cleaning and I was seen in mere MINUTES!Ive been going to Dr. Dental for quite a few years now, but when I was particularly on-edge the whole team left a lasting impression that made me feel assured that the rest of my experience would be that much more thorough. And it was just that! 💯😁

I left my old dentist and came here because my old dentist wasn’t trying to work with my insurance and they told me my crown was not covered and I had to pay for everything. So I went to Dr dental and they have the best staff ever! Jennifer was so helpful and patient with me we went back-and-forth with the insurance about replacing my crown and we finally got it approved. I will certainly say that this place is very affordable and will work with you. I just want to thank everyone there and the Dentist.

Up until I found Dr. dental, I was having such a hard time finding a dentist. I was a patient with my previous dentist for over five years, but after the way I was treated at my last visit, I knew I needed to find a new practice. I scheduled a visit with Dr. Dental just to get a consultation, but since the staff was so professional and knowledgeable, I already scheduled a follow up appointment. Today, they gained a new patient and I will be using their services from here on out. Not to mention their office is very clean and well kept!

My family and I go to Dr Dental for our dental needs. We find them (Stamford location) to be accommodating, understanding and patient, follow COVID protocols and are very thoroughly clean and organized. They are really nice here at Dr Dental . I recommend everyone to go here ! The only thing was that this guy came in complaining about his tooth and he wasn’t cutting into my time . I had to wait over half hour . They should have told that guy to come back another time but he refused to leave because it would conflict with his work schedule . Dude we all work the whole world don’t revolve around you and your daily schedule!

I visited Dr. Dental today and I had an appointment with Dr. Elahy and it went great! I went for a teeth whiting and it went way smoother than I thought. I’ve heard from my friends that it’s very difficult too do but it wasn’t anything like that at all! Dr. Elahy made it so easy to complete and beat all of my expectations. It was an amazing experience to see her work on my teeth, I went from having yellow teeth to beautiful white teeth. I definitely would recommend -Dr. Dental- for any type of dental issues! 10/10.

Always a nice experience here, easy in and out cleaning, super affordable if you dont have dental insurance (or opt out) for annual cleanings. Theyre honest and dont push services if you dont want or feel like you need them.

I liked how fast the work was done wen it needed to be done and now i do not have to worrie about the trouble with my teeth they so now i have no pain for now the only thing is you have to make 1 to 2 visits befor the work gets done and mybe even more to finnish the work i had 4 visits fist 1 was just x rays 2ed was just to see how i was they could of called me for that that was a wast of me coming there and time the 3rd time they did a back filling and then a cleaning then the last 4th visit they finished me up with two more fillings they were all petty fast done its just i had to come back 4 times it should have been 3 or 2 times not 4 but i still give them five stars becouse there close to were i live and they take the husky heath not a lot of dental take the husky heath so they are helping me out a lot

This may be the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple cancelled appointments on arrival due to mistakes and issues on their end with no rectification, a pain prescription and antibiotic never called in after an EXTENSIVE oral surgery, no response from anyone at the office when I called to find out about the issue. Lack of communication and total disregard for patients. When I finally got in touch with someone after a 20 minute hold, I was told by the phone person that it was not their fault but ours, and I asked to speak with someone else. Apparently, there was no one else to speak to to rectify this situation and that I could “come down there and see” that she was alone. Was I upset on the phone? Of course. Why wouldn’t I be? I left 3 messages that went unanswered. After I received a call back from the same person who hung up on me, they continued to blame with a string of lies about requesting a medicine they don’t prescribe and that’s why it was never sent. The medication she claims that was requested is on the list of allergies, so it wouldn’t have been. This is completely unprofessional and incompetent. The staff makes this office an absolutely disgusting experience. Since I wasn’t able to speak to a manager I’m writing this review in hopes that you learn to treat your patients with empathy and understanding instead of blame and blatant disregard.

My doctor was one of the most informative and patient dentists that Ive ever had. She explained everything and was very kind! I will definitely return for a follow up and would recommend her. Thank you!

I had my tooth extracted here. Dr Hwang was simply amazing! He assured me that it wouldn’t hurt & it didn’t! He made sure I was comfortable.and not in any pain! Dr. Wong is an awesome dentist. Definitely would like him to stay at this Stamford location!

The entire staff at Dr. Dental were a delight to visit and professionally impressive. Dr. Baranova was incredibly thorough in her examination , cleaning, explanation of findings and recommended treatment during this initial visit. She took a good deal of time to answer my questions and explain in detail my options for treatment. As well, the manager thoroughly reviewed and outlined my choices and costs of treatment. I have never had such a thorough first experience at a dental practice . While the findings were extensive and I have a lot to review and consider before proceeding, I appreciate the gracious, exceptional treatment I received and how I was not pressured or made to feel so very anxious (under the circumstances). Dr. Dental is not my primary dentist, however I had a dental emergency and was thrilled to find them open late on a Friday (6:30 PM!) and able to see me for a very last minute appointment. They were the only ones in town (or for 5 more towns around) still open and Im glad they were. They were professional, courteous, quick, gave a sound diagnosis and offered an immediate solution to my emergency. I saw Dr. Gandhi and was very happy with his care. If Dr. Dental was more conveniently located for my personal situation (the location is great for many overall Im sure), I would consider switching to them permanently in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!

Excellent experience today. The company needs to invest in this current staff especially the dental assistant who has a goal of pursuing a BS degree in dental hygiene. I hope the company provides tuition reimbursement because we need to invest in our young people.

I do like their services but the wait is crazy. I been sitting in this chair for almost an hour waiting for a cleaning! Not to mention the receptionist didnt even acknowledge me for ten minutes after I walked in!!!! Ill be looking for quicker service.....

My first time to Dr Dental was a great experience.. The Lady at the front desk was so friendly and professional.. she explained everything to me and made sure I understood the procedure that was going to be done ... I spoke with Dr Kang. Hes such a nice person , I went there to have a tooth removed but he explained the chances of removing that tooth and gave me a better option... Hes a good dentist I must say. Looking out for his patients. Ill continue to visit Dr Dental.

I called Dr. Dental on a Saturday after 1pm. They were able to get me an appointment @ 8:30 Monday. No one else would take me last minute Saturday. I spent the weekend cringing in pain but grateful Id be seen. I arrived around 8:20am, still in pain. The front desk woman was exceptionally sweet and I recall her calling me love that, thankfully, started to distract me from the pain. I cant recall much between filling out the forms and getting to the dentist chair as the pain and my curiosity got the best of me. At one point, I remember the pain really spiking and before doing anything, the dental assistant gave me pain medication. Or maybe it was the dentist who did it - things were hazy. Once the pain went away, the DA quickly did x-rays and I met Dr. Baranova. She went over my x-rays and my treatment was explained to me. She was very pleasant. Afterwords, the love front desk woman explained cost BEFORE treating me, which I really like. I hate wondering while sitting in the chair what the financial dent is. In this case, it was very affordable. I agreed and she left and the Dr and DA started working. It was very fast and I didnt feel a thing. I was relieved and most of all, grateful that they did such great work. I no longer feel pain and def plan on going back for all future dental work.

Made an appointment today with some young lady Asheley I believe. I’m not one to write reviews but she was very kind and easy going. So I give credit where it’s due Can’t wait for my cleaning. Hopefully the dentists there are just as good!

Front desk can use a bit more training. When i arrived the receptionist checked me in and proceed to loudly say what my visit was for and how much it was and how I would be paying. As if I didn’t know why I had an appointment and it wasn’t like I was paying beforehand. I felt that could’ve been handed in a better way, I have never been checked in like that at any office visit. There were other patients in the lobby and they all heard, a couple of people that I knew. On the other hand the dentist was very nice and professional, she guided me through the process and I felt very comfortable.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted here and I couldnt have asked for a better oral surgeon. Dr. Yen is amazinggggggg! He made me feel so comfortable, walked me throughout the whole process with tender loving care and explained exactly what the procedure entailed!I absolutely love love the staff of Dr. Dental Stamford branch! Theyre just awesome and super duper friendly. I highly recommend them!

I was a new patient who called up with a broken tooth. Ive avoided the dentist for a while because they tend to make you feel bad when you have a cavity or in my case, a very broken tooth. I was able to get a next day appointment and have the extraction done on the same day. It was incredibly affordable. I left feeling cared for and have already recommended Dr. Dental to 4 people.

After a not a very pleasant experience the first time (very long waiting) I changed my appointment by a suggestion of one of the nurses. I have to say the second appointment was 5 starts short waiting less than 5 min. At the waiting room. Doctor and nurse inside were more than 5 starts. Excellent and very professional service. Definitely I recommend Dr. Dental.

I did not even want to give this establishment ANY stars but had to in order to post this. This has to be the worst dental office I have ever been to, you will never see the same doctor twice. This must be where all the graduating dentists must come to practice before they start their own business. I chose this place because they are part of my DMO and decided to have them perform a dental implant. As I am half way through the procedure, over $2000 invested and almost a year later my scheduled appointment is approaching for the impression. Upon my arrival (which I showed up 10 minutes early but was seated 40 minutes later and was the 3rd person in cue but the Saturday morning receptionist seated 3 new comers that did not seem to even have appointments) all they wanted to do was clean my teeth, I specifically told them I was there for the impression, again no one had a clue what I was talking about. I asked the doctor what was going on and she had the nerve to say I dont know You DONT know??? It is your job to KNOW what is going on with your patients. I should not have to tell you what I am here for if you took the time to look at my chart. AND the fact that I was paying for this procedure out of pocket and made FULL payments at each visit. They also charged me an unnecessary $450.00 for a healing abutment but was told it was the actual Abutment. Needless to say they never ordered the materials for the impression which was requested one month in advance. I transferred my records to much more reputable dental office, the Stein Dental Group in Stamford.

I went in for a regular cleaning and everything was great. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I was in and out in no time.

My best dental visit so far, under the care of Dr AlBaiyaa and the wonderful staff.Pros: Dr is very caring and gentle and patient. He explained the process and took his time. The best cleaning I had ever done by far. He is also surrounded by a staff of professional and beautiful ladies who made the experience very friendly.Cons: Office needs updating. Stains on the carpet, dusty plastic plants, wall stickers falling off, all those need to be replaced. Bathroom also didnt have toilet seat covers left to use.Tips: Make sure to book the right length of appointment that suits the purpose of your visit. Make sure to give all insurance information over the phone prior to your visit to save time.

I was impressed at presentation and cleanliness of the office but my visit for a cleaning and exam wasn’t what I expected. Dr. Ghandi is a nice doctor but I felt like my cleaning was rushed and I left the office feeling like I didn’t even get anything done. He only came in for about 15 minutes then stopped to tend to other patients (being that he was the only dentist at that hour) . I only did four xrays on my bitewings. I was more concerned why I didn’t get a full X-ray because I have very sensitive teeth and I needed him to look at. I wasn’t pleased with my service at all .
