I have avoided dental offices as much as possible because of harsh and judgmental deliveries as to how I need to better my dental care. This will keep anyone away. Thankfully, a close friend had recommended Newfield Dental and from his words, I emailed the company the same day. Immediately, I received an email letting me know how pleased they were to hear from me (which I’m sure we all get from any office) but this was different, this response was different from Addy (amazing front desk associate). From the first step into the office with Addy and even friendly patients waiting for their appointments, I felt SAFE. I felt professionalism, comfort, and care. I have struggled finding a dentist that doesn’t make me feel judged or incompetent, but more so encouraged me to begin a routine that I have been needing and yearning for, for a healthier and happy smile. Daniella did my cleaning and helped me feel so comfortable from her explanation and detail in what I should be looking out for and even down to the gentle cleaning she gave me. Dr. Chang was beyond professional but also RELATABLE and that is huge for all of us at the end of the day. I began my experience with Addy and was walked through the most pleasant dental experience I have EVER had with Daniella and Dr. Chang. I’m grateful for the staff and how they could take 30+ years of bad experiences away, with my first visit. :)

Love the office. Great funny but serious Dr. The staff is great they contact your insurance before hand so when you go in the can tell you before you start. The cost of everything is broken down and what your insurance will pay and what you are responsible for. There is no surprise at the end. Great clean service and secure

The receptionists were nice but the dentists are another story. After my invisilgn, I wanted a little filing done, a little acrylic on a spot. I went for my appointment and the dentist was rushing, used a defective water pick that was spraying water all over my face. I couldnt floss in between my teeth so I made an appointment so she could fix the botched and rushed job and now I find out they charged me for that and it went into collections. So now I have to pay for their terrible service that should have been a free fix. And I needed another dentist in another practice to fix it. And FYI, her botched acrylic spot was gone within a month.

Yesterday was my first experience going to Newfield dental and I have to admit it was the first time I didn’t have an anxiety attack while sitting in the dentist chair (I suffer from massive dental anxiety). I had a very positive experience from the first phone call to the visit. Everyone was friendly, and courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The atmosphere was pleasant which made me feel comfortable. The staffexplained procedures and made me feel confident about the service. I willdefinitely return or refer my friends .

Always consistent, very professional and close to my job within Stamford, CT. You even get a few text messages to remind of your appointment as well as digital paperwork to fill to expedite the process. Came in ( gave them a text beforehand due to COVID measures ) and was seated immediately to get work done. Got an assessment of what needs to get done that day and what I could do to improve my teeth for the next visit. Thank you again.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. When I had a crack in my tooth and was in constant pain for 7 months, no one would help me. I went to several dentists and they all told me I was fine and to just wait it out. Newfield Dental was the first office to tell me they could actually help! I havent gone anywhere else since. The Doctors constantly change here, so I want to be fair with my review in addressing the Dr who is responsible for this horrible pain that Im currently enduring. My visit for a cleaning he stated that I needed a filling on a tooth that was not giving me any pain. I obliged and every since he filled this tooth Ive been in pain. So much pain that Im going to have it removed. He is an Asian dds and Im unsure of his name.

Last winter after a cleaning I was told I needed to come back for 3 fillings for large cavities. I never get cavities and I didn’t have pain so I went for 2 second opinions. They both said I have no cavities, couldn’t believe I was told that.

I had a dental emergency and Newfield Dental took me right away and completed the treatment on the same day. Staff was very professional and so pleasant. I have already referred two of my family members and I highly recommend this office. Thank you Newfield Dental!

I was in need of a dentist urgently and found Newfield Dental through my insurance. Through two appointments I’ve had the most pleasant experiences. Dr. Poon is very caring and his staff is too. I have a few more visits to get through and I’m happy to have found them to get the job done.

Dentists very knowledgeable, did not push the most expensive options, and were willing to discuss pros and cons of treatments. Also office support staff very friendly. I had signed up for their dental plan, at a very reasonable price last year. It provides lower in-network costs, and has already saved me quite a bit of money. Dentist was on time and was willing and happy to go over the original x-rays and new one, pointing out the reason for my original diagnosis, what had changed (for the better), and what could be expected. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving, and Dr. Agrawals handling of a difficult situation. Also delighted with saving almost $14,000!!! I will never go back to my former dentist.

Staff and Dr are so talented, proficient and caring. They all work together to make it as comfortable and pleasant of an experience as possible. I was really nervous about getting a filing because I know Id have to get anesthetic. .. To my surprise, I didnt feel a thing! Dr Singh is so talented. His work is flawless and you can tell he is a perfectionist and loves what he does.

I had my cleaning, full X-rays and 2 fillings with Newfield Dental and I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the dentist (Dr. Emad) going out of their way every step to make you feel comfortable. The quality of the work has been superb and I have had no problem with my fillings and they both look great. I was in and out quick. I would like to thank Dr. Emad for her masterful work. Will certainly come back for follow up cleaning and any future dental work.

Lost a filling in the morning, called Newfield Dental...had an appointment & new filling--all within an hour! Super professional, accommodating, & options fully explained (& not pushed!). Went back for checkup yesterday.

Dr. Singh provided the utmost quality of care. I fractured my tooth and needed a crown. Dr. Singh was very professional and answered all of my questions. I am completely satisfied by his work. I highly suggest making an appointment here. Dr. Singh is now my general dentist!

Went to newfield dental for a clean up which was good and during the clean up they noticed 2 cavities and a potential crown. They gave an estimate for the work which I accepted and paid for the cavities. They were supposed to call me with the approval from my insurance to have the crown done but instead they called to ask me if i wanted to go for the crown so i asked if it was approved, they had no idea made me wait and said well call u later.Then i had pain on one tooth that they worked on, they said it had a high spot which they fixed, no problem there nobody is perfect but they called to the desk and made me pay them to repair their mistake on top of that after i paid the first time they said i awe them more money from the cavities, i had accepted their estimate before now they changed it. I paid for everything cancelled the 6 months clean up appointment and asked them to not call my insurance for the crown. The front desk staff r very lost, they need training

My son and I both received dental treatment from Newfiled Dental with Dr. Emad. She took good care of our teeth and always answered all my questions. It was a great experience with this office and the dentist. The doctor and staff were also very patient and friendly to kids. Also, The Hygiene did the cleaning to me very well. This is the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Agarwal is so gentle I barely felt the needle for the numbing medication. She has filled three of my cavities in the last year and I dont ever want to go to another dentist. Her staff is extremely friendly as well. This office is amazing and I recommend it to anyone!! Dr. Fatemeh Emad is a wonderful dentist. I had extensive teeth workup in 2017-2018. She cares deeply about her patients and performs her professional work with confidence. She is diligent, attends to the needs of her patients and uses a step-by-step approach to avoid unnecessary costs to her patients. Dr. Emad uses her expertise with patience and is very friendly. Coming into this appointment I was absolutely a nervous wreck as it has been years since I last saw a dentist and I was certain I needed some work done. I made my apprehension clear and from the time I made the appointment to the end of my visit everyone at the office did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Agarwal and her staff proved to be such kind, patient, and professional people and I could not ask for any better. Dr. Agarwal took such amazing care of me and at no point was I in any discomfort.I can not begin to describe how I highly recommend this office. When youre there youre in good hands!

If you care about your dental health, do not go here. I had multiple filling done here and one of them was hurting for a couple weeks so I went back and they decided to file the tooth down more because they thought the bite was the issue (it was not). They didnt do even one scan to see what the issue was, just looked in my mouth and decided to shave my molar even further. I finally went to another dentist because of the pain and had to pay out-of-pocket and they said the work done at Newfield Dental was a mess, the filling was cracked (which could be seen to the naked eye) and the dentist at Newfield Dental shaved down a gap in the tooth so even though I wasnt able to eat on that side of my mouth, stuff was getting stuck in there and causing an infection and bleeding in my mouth. Newfield Dental shaved a few teeth into sharp edges so now they are like vampires. Ive also had 2 other fillings fall out or chip off. My friend went there the same time I did, got a filling done by another dentist at Newfield Dental and it fell out, too. I was in pain for weeks from having to get what Newfield Dental did to my mouth fixed and ended up spending many hundreds of dollars on something as easy as a filling. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality of work done here is.

Highest recommendation. Newfield Dental is outstanding. I received a cleaning, two fillings, and Dr. Agarwal (aided by her informative assistant) performed a very much appreciated ONE-HUNDRED-PERCENT-PAINLESS root-canal. She was extremely attentive during the entire procedure to be absolutely certain that I was comfortable at all times. During my cleaning -- Dr. Agarwal pointed out a tiny chip in my tooth that was stained and discolored. She promptly suggested that she could remove the cosmetic defect in minutes with an ultraviolet-cured bonding fill. She did so and the grayish spot is now replaced with white. The facility is state-of-the-art and immaculate -- and the noticeably friendly office manager made a clear effort to accommodate my schedule, was sure to give me a reminder call the day before each appointment, and verified in advance that my insurance would cover all costs of the procedure.

At first I was skeptical of the office because its in the middle of the newfield shopping center and not a traditional office setting but once I was in their care I didnt even mind that. :)
