We are new members to the IC, joining in the Spring of 2021 and honestly, I’m not sure why we didn’t join sooner. Our experience has been fantastic thus far. During the summer our family used the pools several times a week, where we relaxed and had fun with some of our favorite people, made several new friends and reconnected with friends we haven’t seen in a while! Our kids take swimming and tennis lesson and are making excellent progress in both. We also love attending the family nights out.

Both we and our boys love going to the IC! Whether it’s for a quick dip in the pool or to spend a few hours lounging (parents) and running around playing (kids) with our friends. We also enjoy the many events offered throughout the year, from the summer camp out and move nights, to the Halloween party and holiday events.

The Italian Center was my home away from home this summer! Their late pool hours were perfect for an after work swim and they offered plenty of adult programs to keep me busy! Im truly looking forward to their fall/winter activities:)

We love the IC! Weve been members for several years and have participated in many of the offerings. The location is very convenient which helps with small children and with drop offs for our older children. We use the outdoor pools daily in the summer and the kids are always able to find someone they know there to play/swim with. The kids have also taken swim lessons in both winter and summer and are all great swimmers. Weve also taken part in tennis and paddle lessons, the onsite daycare/preschool, comedy nights, outdoor movie nights, Easter Egg Hunt, the workout room as well as many others. There is truly something for everyone!

Were happy so far. The pool is great for hot summer days and the indoor pool is good too. It is what you make of it, easy lunch, meals to go. Helpful.

I am beyond grateful for the experience the IC has given my family! My 3 children have made amazing memories and great friends! The staff goes above and beyond, including a personal call when they found my daughters brand new crocs!!! We attend events and it is always great to see friends and staff! All events are family friendly or adult only for nights out! Im so impressed by what the IC provides for my family and I!

It is really messed up how a center meant for families doesn’t allow a 6 week old baby safely in their stroller far from the pool with their Mom within the pool enclosure. Time to change daycare and pool membership to a kinder more welcoming place.It is also lovely that the pools are sometimes closed with no reason and no warning. Indoor because the lifeguard did not wake up. Outdoor because it could potentially rain although it never did that day.Do not waste your time and money with this place.

We were only here a week and they are WAY over capacity on the pool. Super crowded when we are barely out of Covid! We hate it here and asked for our money back and they wont do it. They are heartless. We are stuck here. One star for customer service, for a horrible experience, and for stealing our money.

Nestled in the countryside of northern Stamford, Connecticut, is the wonderful Italian Club. This 18 acre hiatus, that is landscaped with beautiful tennis courts, pools, softball fields and buildings is certainly magnificent.  The diversity of programs and banquet facilities makes this a very unique club of its kind. It is open year round however, it does lack indoor tennis and a year round restaurant. Whats up with that? They need to expand their fitness center. The staff is pleasant. Membership here goes back decades and the history as well over a 100 years. It is moderately priced for the middle class and super rich. The grounds of this facility are impeccably kept. The Italian Club is definitely worth the price and worth the time spending there having a single membership or family membership. Go take a tour and see what its all about.  You will not be disappointed.

Love the indoor swimming pools. The sign up process online is very user friendly.

Wish I could give this venue/the staff more than 5 stars. Two weeks before my wedding date our original venue informed my fiancé and I that they could not carry out our wedding. We were SCRAMBLING trying to find a place to hold our event. Then I called Anna Maisner who was willing to see us that day, and walk us through all of our options. Anna was the sweetest woman who helped guide us through this troubling time - she was our light at the end of the tunnel. We were so nervous we would not be able to turn the event around with less than two weeks, and all Anna said was “I planned my last wedding in one week - we have more than enough time!” And not only did this team pull off an AMAZING event, I feel as though the event was better at Serafina at the IC than it would have been at the venue we had originally chosen!! We had our event in the Al Fresco tent behind the Italian Club, and it was beautiful!!!!! Also, given the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, the spacious tent made all of our guests feel beyond safe. I had several family members come up and say how safe they felt. If you are looking to salvage your wedding in 2020, or even just looking for an outdoor wedding, this is the venue to chose!!

The IC is truly my family’s home away from home. We love spending time there. There’s always someone we know! We recently had an event there, the tented picnic area was just gorgeous for our event. Everyone raved about the food and most importantly the service was exceptional. Highly recommend the IC.

We couldnt be happier with the Italian Center. The preschool came highly recommended to us for our girls who completed the 3 year old program and are now currently attending the 4s. They absolutely love it! The teachers are wonderful, the facility has so much to offer, and we love having the girls take swim as part of their school day. Great place!

One of those places you wanna do business with and host an event but they never call you back.UPDATE: The original post ^ was a month ago, still NEVER got a call back 😂😂 Im sure they remember my name tho since I was calling like crazy. I recommend the Greenwich Eastern Civic Center as they will always call you back if they missed your call 🙂

Overall a great family spot, a pool for every age, indoor pool and Jacuzzi for the winter, and recently a ton of family events from food truck nights to camping! They also have a phenomenal banquet staff if you are looking to host an event, great food, very reasonable pricing.

Bitterly disappointed with the way the center had been run. Supervisors not knowing why the main pool is closed. Lifeguards that don’t enforce the rules. Inconsiderate parents that save chairs for kids that never use them.The main pool was closed today on beautiful sunny 4th of July.

Spent many years at the center. The best time in my life. My uncles Bill, George, Jim Ippolito all were members. My stepfather Rovo Genovese also. Many of my friends, we all enjoy are times there.

I organized my wifes babyshower at this location and in main hall and I can definitely say this is the best hall in town. Plenty of parking space and good linens. Especially I should THANK catering manager Enzo and entire staff is soo accommodative. Once again thank you Enzo

What a great summer camp for kids
